Abstract

ABSTRAK Gout arhritis merupakan salah satu jenis radang sendi yang terjadi karena adanya penumpukan Kristal asam urat akibat kadar dalam darah yang selalu berlebihan. Terapi bekam merupakan salah satu pengobatan alternative yang saat ini banyak digunakan di masyarakat luas. Terapi Bekam merupakan metode pengobatan dengan cara mengeluarkan darah yang terkontaminasi toksin atau oksidan dari dalam tubuh melalui permukaan kulit. Bekam dipercaya memiliki manfaat untuk mengobati berbagai penyakit serta dapat menurunkan kadar asam urat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Pre Eksperimen drengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Postest Desaign. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 40 responden dengan tehnik total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Willcoxon Signed Rank Test. Berdasarkan uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai Z= -4,764 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian disimpulkan ada perpedaan yang signifikan melakukan terapi bekam terhadap kadar asam urat (uric acid) pada penderita gout arthritis di wilayah kerja puskesmas korleko. Terapi bekam dapat menurunkan kadar asam urat pada penderita gout arthritis. Disarankan kepada penderita untuk memanfaatkan bekam sebagai terapi dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan tes kadar asam urat. Ada perbedaan yang signifikan melakukan terapi bekam terhadap kadar asam urat (uric acid) pada penderita gout arthritis di wilayah kerja puskesmas korleko. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan bagi penderita untuk rajin mengontrol atau mengecek kadar asam uratnya, baik itu di puskesmas atau dipelayanan kesehatan lainnya.Kata Kunci : Terapi Bekam, Gout Arthritis, Asam UratABSTRACTGout Arthritis is a type of arthritis that occurs due to the buildup of uric acid crystals due to excessive levels in the blood. Cupping therapy is an alternative treatment that is currently widely used in the wider community. Cupping therapy is a method of treatment by removing blood contaminated with toxins or oxidants from the body through the skin surface. Cupping is believed to have benefits for treating various diseases and can reduce uric acid levels. This research was conducted with a pre-experimental approach with the One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The sample used is as many as 40 respondents with a total sampling technique. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecanduan game online merupakan suatu pola perilaku permainan yang terhubung ke internet secara terus-menerus dan berulang hingga kehilangan kontrol diri, minat dan aktivitas harian lainnya. Sedangkan Perilaku sosial merupakan aktivitas dalam hubunganya dengan orang lain dan lingkunganya baik teman sebaya maupun orang orang dewasa disekitarnya seperti orang tua, guru, dan saudara-saudaranya.Mengetahui hubungan kecanduan game online terhadap perilaku sosial remaja di Desa Anggaraksa tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yaitu melakukan pengamatan sekali terhadap variabel bebas dan variabel terikat pada saat yang sama. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 81 responden dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu chi square test. Berdasarkan uji statistik dengan menggunakan chi square test. didapatkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian disimpulkan ada hubungan kecanduan game online terhadap perilaku sosial remaja di Desa Anggaraksa tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut ada hubungan kecanduan game online terhadap perilaku sosial remaja di Desa Anggaraksa tahun 2022 dan diharapkan bagi remaja untuk mengurangi durasi bermain game online . Meanwhile, social behavior is an activity in relation to other people and their environment, both peers and adults around them, such as parents, teachers, and siblings. to identify the relationship between online game addiction and adolescent social behavior in Anggaraksa Village in 2022. This study uses a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach, which is to make observations once on the independent variable and the dependent variable at the same time. The sample used is as many as 81 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is the chi square test. Based on the chi square test table above, there is a P-Value of 0.000. because the P-Value value is 0.000 <0.05, which means HO is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus, it is concluded that there is a relationship between online game addiction and changes in adolescent social behavior in Anggaraksa Village. Based on these results, there is a relationship between online game addiction and adolescent social behavior in Anggaraksa Village in 2022 and it is hoped that adolescents will reduce the duration of playing online games. Abstract

Marriage is a sacred bond between man and woman to be husband and wife to form a happy and eternal family by believing in the one and only God. Early marriage can lead to high maternal and infant mortality, miscarriage, congenital disabilities in babies, and low birth weight. One of the efforts to reduce early marriage is to increase adolescent knowledge about early marriage by educating them on the impact of it. This study aims to determine the effect of early marriage education on the adolescent level on the impact of early marriage. This study is pre-experiment using a one-group pretest post-test design. The study population is 62 students in XI grade SMKN 1 Pringgasela, East Lombok Regency. All respondents were grouped, educated on early marriage, and presented orally using Powerpoint for 30 minutes. Their knowledge level on the impact of early marriage before and after the education was measured using a questionnaire consisting of 32 questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed an increase in their knowledge level with a mean pretest of 15.10 and a mean posttest of 31.90 (delta mean = 16.80). Based on the Wilcoxon test, the study obtained p = 0.000. It can be concluded that providing early marriage education impacts students' knowledge level at SMKN 1 Pringgasela, East Lombok Regency, with a p-value < 0.05. It is expected that the school will continue providing early marriage education regularly to reduce the occurrence of early marriage.
