Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication structure and reward system on employee performance at the Batam City HR Development Staffing Agency office. The population in this study were employees of the Batam City HR Development Staffing Agency. The total population is 52 employees. The determination of the number of samples using saturated sample technique, so that the number of samples was 52 employees. The sampling technique is probability sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data that has been collected is processed using SPSS data processing software. From the results of the study, it is known that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, communication structure has a significant effect on employee performance, the reward system has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, it is known that organizational culture, communication structure and reward system have a significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R square value is 0.584 or 58.4%. This means that organizational culture, communication structure and reward system are able to explain employee performance by 58.4%, while the remaining 41.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation on work effectiveness. The object of this research is PT Laras Era Perdana Batam. The sample used in the study was 85 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to be processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study are partially work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work attitudes have a significant effect on work effectiveness, work loyalty has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work motivation affects work effectiveness and simultaneously work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation have a significant effect on work effectiveness. The R square value of 33.6% means that work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty, and work motivation can affect work effectiveness by 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not studied in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and e-commerce utilization on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Batam City. Digital literacy is an individual's ability to understand, manage, and utilize information technology effectively in supporting business activities. On the other hand, e-commerce has become a strategic tool that helps MSMEs reach a wider market, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness. This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology and the need for MSMEs to adapt to the digital era. The object of this research is MSMEs in Batam city with a sample size of 71 MSMEs. The research data were obtained with the help of questionnaire distribution. The data is processed using the SPSS application. The results of the study are partially digital literacy and ecommerce utilization have a significant effect on MSME performance. Simultaneously, digital literacy and e-commerce utilization have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Batam city. From the results of this study, it is hoped that MSME players can adopt digital in an effort to increase the benefits obtained.
