Abstract

When the learning process is seen as a process of changing student behavior, the role of evaluating the learning process becomes very important. Therefore, this research will present the scope of Learning Process Evaluation and its five parts, namely Learning Planning Evaluation, Learning Implementation Evaluation, Learning Media Evaluation, Learning Method Evaluation, and Learning Assessment Evaluation as well as what are the obstacles during learning process evaluation in educational institutions. Islam goes on. The method used is the literature study method through collecting books, previous research and articles. The results show that the Learning Planning Evaluation was carried out using summative and formative evaluations, as well as revising the learning program. Evaluation of learning implementation by assessing classroom and student management as well as teacher management. Evaluation of Learning Media with formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Evaluate Learning Methods by assessing their suitability to basic competencies and learning outcomes, class or school conditions, students' level of development, teacher abilities, and time. Evaluation of Learning Assessment with assessment of learning achievement, performance, alternative, authentic and portfolio. The obstacles faced include a lack of teacher ability, skills and initiative, less varied learning methods, limited time, and a lack of collaboration between teachers in Islamic Education Institutions.

Abstract

Negotiation is a form of conflict management that provides a forum for resolving conflicts that can satisfy parties and build opportunities by establishing stronger relationships. However, awareness of the importance of negotiation is still low, even though negotiation skills, especially for students, prepare themselves to face various kinds of conflicts in the outside world. Therefore, this research explains Negotiation, types of Negotiation, Negotiation skills, and key Negotiation factors. This research uses a library research method by collecting books, previous research and articles related to Conflict Management and Negotiation. The results show that negotiation is a process of resolving problems between two or more parties, where the problem arises on the basis of different points of view which are then united in one common agreement. Negotiation types are divided into distributive and integrative. Negotiation skills by separating feelings, focusing, collecting options, and assessing objectives. Key factors through various self-skills. And the implementation of Negotiation is an effective alternative in resolving conflicts that occur in Educational Institutions, whether or not there is a mediator, both conflicts related to the learning process to conflicts over Educational Institution policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya Kalimantan sebagai wilayah Hutan Tropis Lembab memiliki pengaruh pada pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara sebagai barometer khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mempersiapkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang mampu berdaya saing khususnya tahun 2045. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana Perspektif Dosen di Magister Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Aji Muhammad Idris Samarinda terkait Sumber Daya Manusia berbasis Hutan Tropis Lembab dan Lingkungannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deksriptif. Sumber data dari hasil observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kemudian dilakukan triangulasi dan dianalisis dengan teknik kondensasi, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ada realisasi pelaksanaan secara tersistem dan terstruktur melalui Mata Kuliah Hutan Topis Lembab dan Lingkungannya dan minimnya literatur kampus dan juga penelitian mengenai hal tersebut. Namun, dalam tata kelola kampus telah mendukung Ibu Kota Negara melalui implementasi makna slogan "Kampus Hijau". Dosen berharap akan ada keseimbangan dengan cara Universitas Islam mempertimbangkan Ayat-ayat Kauniyah untuk bersanding dengan Hutan Tropis Lembab dan Lingkungan ke depannya.
