Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi bagian integral dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, baik di tingkat sekolah maupun universitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak penerapan teknologi terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran serta mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi teknologi terhadap tingkat efektivitas dalam proses pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan sekolah dan universitas dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah pada pengalaman, persepsi, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pengajar dan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pembelajaran. Metodologi yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui analisis dokumen di berbagai institusi pendidikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi, seperti platform pembelajaran daring, perangkat lunak edukasi, dan alat komunikasi digital, secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, efisiensi pengajaran, dan aksesibilitas materi pembelajaran. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan bagi pendidik, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, institusi pendidikan, dan pengembang teknologi untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan optimalisasi penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Dengan demikian, studi ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi implementasi teknologi yang lebih efektif di sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial literacy and Financial technology on financial performance in Desa Kebun Kelapa . Financial performance information is indispensable in assessing potential changes in economic resources to predict the production capacity of available resources. Fintech is a combination of financial services and technology, which allows financial transactions without having to have a bank account, on the one hand this creates problems for Indonesian people who are not ready to accept changes in economic activity, Through Financial Literacy and Financial Technology, it can help village officials in terms of improving their village's financial performance. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary data and skunder. The object of research in this study is the village community of coconut plantations, especially business actors and village officials. The analysis method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that Financial Literacy and Financial Technology play an important role in improving village financial performance in the form of increased operational efficiency, and efficiency enjoyed by its members, however, the application of Financial Literacy and Fianncial Technology also has its own challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of education on employee performance at PT. WITH WORK SERVING THE Medan Area. Human resources have a very important influence on the realization of organizational goals. Performance in an organization is the answer to the success or failure of the organizational goals that have been set. Education has had an influence on employee performance in order to improve intellectual skills and can provide development of employee human resource potential in accordance with the targets and goals the company wants to achieve. This research aims to identify and analyze whether education influences employee performance at PT. WITH WORK SERVING THE Medan Area. The role of education in improving the quality of human resources is very important. This is very important considering that education is a way out of the problem of bottlenecks in a person's knowledge and skills in their field of work. The influence of education on employee performance has the greatest influence. The suggestion is: remember that education has a significant positive influence and makes a significant contribution to employee performance at PT. BY SERVING THE Medan Area, the company and management need to increase the performance intensity of their employees so that they work at a more significant level of performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how employee performance assessments and discipline affect job promotions. PT. Population on study This is all employees of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta totaling 40 respondents. The number of samples taken was 40 respondents. The side technique used was saturated sampling (census). This study was conducted in 2024. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to produce primary-quantitative data which is then processed with SPSS version 25 with the method multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the assessment of work performance and employee discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the promotion of PT Graha Bara Lestari Jakarta. The results of the t-test show that the assessment of work performance has a regression value of 0.311, t-value = 2.081 and significant = 0.000. Employee discipline has a regression value of 0.204 has a t-value = 1.917 and significant = 0.000. The results of the determination coefficient test of 94.7 % of job promotion can be explained and obtained from the assessment of work performance and employee discipline while the rest is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of transformational leadership and work satisfaction, which is mediated by motivation, on employee performance in the CUSA of Line Banjam (KSP) CU. Peace Seperate Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with survey design. Data obtained through questionnaire that was spreaded to 120 employees working in KSP CU. Peace Seperate Medan. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression suggest that transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, motivation proves to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance. This study provides important insights for KUP CS management. Peace to improve employee performance through inspirational leadership, high work satisfaction, and sustainable motivation.
