Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of student concentration when learning takes place. One factor that can influence student learning concentration is classroom management. Class management arrangements will create enthusiasm and concentration in learning, one of which is the arrangement of seating formations, including the Type U seating formation. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing the U type seating formation on the learning concentration of class VIII students in SKI subjects in MTsM Lawang Tigo Balai,. This research uses a Quasi Experimental research method. The sample for this research is class VIII students at MTsM Lawang Tigo Balai with a sample size of 52 students. The research sample is class VIII 2 as an experimental class which uses a U-type seating formation and class VIII 3 as a control class which still uses a conventional (ordinary) seating formation. The data analysis technique uses the Normality Test, the Homogeneity Test and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that the hypothesis results mean the experimental class is greater than the control class, namely 45.04 41.31 and the sig data is 0.892 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant influence on implementation. U-type seating formation on student learning concentration in class VIII SKI subjects at MTsM Lawang Tigo Balai.

Abstract

Abstrak Peningkatan mutu pendidikan menjadi tantangan utama bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan akibat keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan zaman. Penelitian ini didasari pada pentingnya integrasi perencanaan pendidikan dan manajemen pembiayaan sebagai strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kolaboratif antara perencanaan pendidikan berbasis kebutuhan siswa, perkembangan teknologi, dan tuntutan pasar kerja dengan manajemen pembiayaan yang efektif. Kajian literatur dan analisis studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis jangka panjang dan pendek menjadi panduan relevan bagi pengembangan kurikulum adaptif. Manajemen pembiayaan berbasis kolaborasi, seperti dana publik, investasi swasta, dan kemitraan industri, mampu mendukung implementasi rencana pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan. Kontribusi orisinal penelitian ini adalah integrasi kedua aspek sebagai pendekatan holistik yang tidak hanya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran inovatif dan berdaya saing tinggi. Temuan ini menjadi rekomendasi strategis bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan tantangan era digital dan ekonomi global.     Abstract Improving the quality of education is the main challenge for educational institutions in facing challenges due to limited resources and changing times. This research is based on the importance of integrating educational planning and financing management as a key strategy in improving the quality of education. This research aims to analyze the collaborative role between educational planning based on student needs, technological developments, and job market demands with effective financing management. Literature review and case study analysis show that long and shortterm strategic planning is a relevant guide for adaptive curriculum development. Collaboration-based financing management, such as public funds, private investment and industry partnerships, is able to support the implementation of education plans in a sustainable manner. In addition, transparency in financial management increases accountability and trust among stakeholders. The original contribution of this research is the integration of both aspects as a holistic approach that not only improves the quality of education, but also creates an innovative and highly competitive learning environment. These findings become strategic recommendations for educational institutions to adapt to the challenges of the digital era and the global economy

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems encountered, such as there are still a number of students who neglect their religious obligations such as not performing prayers and not being respectful in carrying out religious activities such as muhadarah which is carried out in the Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan Islamic boarding school environment, there are several students who do not appear, even though they have appointed on the day before appearing, this is due to lack of self-confidence and preparation. Violations of Islamic boarding school rules such as skipping school, leaving the boarding school without permission, often being late, fighting. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the Analysis of Muhadarah Activities on the Formation of the Religious Character of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Students at the Syekh Ibrahim Islamic Boarding School in Pasaman Regency. This research is qualitative research, researchers use descriptive type research. The data collection techniques used to collect data in this research are: observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis that researchers use in this research is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, researchers used Source Triangulation and Technical Triangulation. The results of the research analysis of Muhadarah activities in forming the religious character of santri at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah at the Syekh Ibrahim Pesantren Pesantren, Pasaman Regency, Muhadarah activities which are routinely carried out 4 times a week, namely Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday can have a positive impact on the santri. This is marked by a change in the attitude of students who obey the rules of the Islamic boarding school. Like carrying out midday prayers in congregation, this can increase the faith and devotion of students. By maintaining prayer, it will reflect the good morals and character of the students. The results of the implementation of muhadarah activities towards the formation of the religious character of students at the Sykeh Ibrahim Islamic boarding school, Pasaman Regency, are in obedience, namely increased awareness of students to carry out midday prayers on time and carried out in congregation, students are diligent in reciting the Al-Qur'an to improve the quality of memorization, students close intimate and obedient to Islamic boarding school rules, in the form of tolerance, namely students respecting friends who appear by listening carefully, in the form of harmony, namely students always respecting each other, teachers and the community, this can minimize the occurrence of conflicts between students.

Abstract

This study applies the application of learning to read the Koran for mentally retarded children in Class III SLB Insan Mulia Payakumbuh. The introduction explains the importance of education in developing children's potential, as well as the role of education in educating the nation's life and creating a quality generation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the preparation for the implementation of learning included making learning tools, mastering the material, and preparing media and a conducive environment. Implementation of learning includes conditioning students, praying together, doing apperception, and conveying learning objectives. Supporting factors include the government's good role and community response, while inhibiting factors include a shortage of teachers and adequate facilities. In conclusion, the application of learning to read the Koran for mentally retarded children at SLB Insan Mulia Payakumbuh needs to be properly prepared, paying attention to preparation, implementation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors that can influence the success of the learning process. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving the quality of learning for mentally retarded children in SLB.
