Abstract

The basic principles of Islamic Education Management contain various flexible general principles so that they are in line with good progress and development. These principles are what distinguish between general education management and Islamic education management. The purpose of this study is to explain the basic principles of management in Islamic Education. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. This study was conducted using a number of data and information derived from the results of the literature which were then presented with new results. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Education Management contained in the Al-Quran and its relevance to life in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era is the principle of sincerity, honesty, trustworthiness and justice. One of the basic principles that is no less important in Islamic Education Management is the nature of justice in schools, students must be instilled with the values of Islamic education, namely multicultural Islamic education as a basis or foundation that is incorporated in this Islamic Education Management, the theory of justice can be utilized.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Tujuannya adalah untuk mendidik siswa menjadi orang yang beriman, bertaqwa, dan berakhlak mulia. Untuk memastikan bahwa pendidikan agama Islam di sekolah berjalan dengan baik, metode dan pendekatan yang tepat harus digunakan. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan metode dan pendekatan untuk pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Setelah diperoleh dari sumber-sumber perpustakaan, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikelompokkan ke dalam berbagai bagian: mereduksi (data reduction), menyajikan (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (drawing conclusion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode dan strategi adalah cara untuk mencapai tujuan. Metode pembelajaran yang aktif dan kreatif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan oleh seorang guru untuk menyampaikan materi tentang pembelajaran Islam kepada siswa atau peserta didik mereka dengan cara yang aktif dan kreatif. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, khususnya dalam menyampaikan materi tentang Islam, secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence educational planning in improving teacher competence in Indonesia, as well as addressing the challenges that arise in its implementation. The method used is a qualitative study with in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and education officials in several regions. The main findings of this study indicate that effective educational planning must include the development of teacher competence through ongoing training, particularly in utilizing technology in the teaching and learning process. In addition, the planning should also focus on developing students' character and social skills. However, the main challenge faced is the lack of support from the government and the community, which hinders the success of professional development programs for teachers. This study recommends the need for more focused, collaborative, and sustainable educational planning among various parties, as well as better synergy between education policies and their implementation in the field to create a more optimal learning environment.sustainable educational planning is necessary to improve teacher competencies.

Abstract

Basically, humans have a natural tendency to think; the purpose of this process is to produce knowledge and truth. Knowledge helps answer questions and problems faced by humans. Thus, science is needed to answer the challenges faced by humans. Thus, the author will examine the nature of truth, the criteria for scientific truth: types and characteristics, Furthermore, the method for finding scientific truth in the field of Islamic education management. This paper closes by concluding the problem. The method used is qualitative and uses a library research approach. This research was conducted by collecting a number of data and information from the results of the literature, and then presenting new findings. The results of the study indicate that truth is an important aspect in the search for accurate and valid knowledge. The concept of truth is often identified as the correspondence between a statement or belief with objective reality, but other philosophical approaches also recognize truth through coherence, consensus, and pragmatism. Scientific truth has characteristics that are closely related to the scientific method. Scientific knowledge is tentative and can be revised as human understanding develops. The criteria for scientific truth often involve aspects such as logical rationality, empirical content, and can be applied pragmatically
