Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh anggaran dan realisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada instansi penghasil di Pemerintah Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda, pada rasio anggaran, realisasi dan kinerja keuangan dengan sampel instansi penghasil di Pemerintah Kota Cimahi selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2012-2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, APBD merupakan instrumen kebijakan utama Pemerintah Kota Cimahi. Sebagai instrumen kebijakan, Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah mendukung posisi sentral dalam upaya pengembangan kemampuan dan efektivitas Pemerintah Kota Cimahi. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk menentukan besarnya pendapatan dan belanja, membantu pengambilan keputusan dan pencapaian pembangunan, kewenangan belanja pada masa yang akan datang, sumber penyusunan standar ukuran evaluasi kinerja, alat motivasi pegawai, dan alat koordinasi. untuk seluruh kegiatan berbagai unit kerja. Penggunaan analisis rasio pada sektor publik khususnya pada APBD dan realisasinya belum banyak dilakukan sehingga secara teori belum ada kesepakatan yang bulat mengenai nama dan aturan peraturannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between the dependent and independent variables. A literature review method was used to prepare this article, which analyzes previous studies without distributing questionnaires to respondents. The result of this study is the association of all independent and dependent variables. It can be concluded that the performance of an organization can only be successfully produced if the attitude is in line with the standards set by management. Periodic performance reviews are conducted to determine goal achievement and appropriate career plans. Increase employee motivation to increase productivity. In this literature review, we found that there is a large influence between variables, which can serve as a reference for research in the field of human resources.

Abstract

The Effect of Servant Leadership, Competence and Motivation on Performance Employee is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the field of science. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open-access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) Servant Leadership has an effect on Performance Employee; 2) Competence has an effect on the Performance of Employee; and 3) Motivation has an effect on Performance Employee.
