Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Dilema Etika Influencer dalam Menjalankan Peran Jurnalis di Era Digital. Penelitian bertujuan menyelidiki dilema etika yang dihadapi influencer saat mengambil peran yang terkait dengan jurnalisme. Metode kualitatif berbasis tinjauan literatur digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan tanggung jawab etika antara influencer dan jurnalis. Influencer dituntut menjaga transparansi dalam konten bersponsor namun menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keaslian dan pengungkapan yang memadai, khususnya dalam kasus "finfluencer." Sementara itu, jurnalis bertanggung jawab atas objektivitas dan kebenaran informasi, meski kerap menghadapi tekanan kelembagaan serta risiko memperburuk polarisasi melalui media sosial. Algoritma yang memprioritaskan konten sensasional memperparah tantangan ini, mengancam integritas informasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi, regulasi, dan literasi media untuk menciptakan komunikasi digital yang lebih etis dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Education is not only a role of transferring knowledge, but also aims to make students feel experiencing something that makes them understand the essence of themselves, and internalize the values contained in their experience as an ideal concept that will be applied in their lives. The purpose of developing interests and talents is to optimize individual development in areas of interest. The Al-Qur'an Education School (TPQ) is a non-formal educational institution that is not only limited to teaching how to read the Al-Qur'an correctly, but also a place for students to develop their potential. The research was conducted at TPQ Ta'limul Qur'an lil Aulad which is located at the Great Mosque of Baitussalam Purwokerto. The method used is the field research method, which is research whose object is about certain conditions in an area in a community group. The research is included in descriptive qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by being directly involved in teaching and learning activities at TPQ. Providing guidance programs for developing talents and interests with the right methods, tailored to the problems that exist in students. As well as coaching for educators is carried out by assisting teaching and learning activities so that learning is more varied and able to improve the reading of students properly.

Abstract

This study examines the recruitment and selection strategies for educators at SMP Sains Qur'an Bustanul Falah Genteng Banyuwangi, designed to integrate academic and religious competencies in a balanced manner. The background of this research is based on a key issue faced by Islamic educational institutions: the dilemma in selecting educators who excel in either academic or religious aspects due to the absence of standardized assessment systems to measure both simultaneously. This study aims to describe the strategies, criteria, and selection mechanisms for educators at SMP Sains Qur'an Bustanul Falah, as well as identify the challenges faced in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, foundation supervisors, and the selection committee. Data analysis employed reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, along with source triangulation to validate findings. The results show that the selection strategy emphasizes integration between academic competencies (minimum bachelor's degree, pedagogical skills, classroom management) and religious competencies (Qur'an memorization skills, understanding of Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah An-Nahdliyah). The selection mechanism includes administrative selection, academic competency tests, Qur'anic recitation proficiency exams, and interviews on NU ideology. The main challenges identified are the limited availability of candidates with both competencies and the absence of standardized assessment indicators for religious competencies. This study recommends the development of systematic assessment standards for religious competencies as a solution to strengthen the recruitment process in Islamic educational institutions.
