Abstract

Villa Indah Buat Rehat Anda (VIBRA) is a villa rental platform that offers a comfortable and luxurious holiday experience for customers. With a focus on reliability, performance and security, this website is designed to provide optimal service in terms of villa bookings, customer service and user satisfaction. Through data collection methods such as interviews, observations, and literature review analysis, various features and functional requirements have been determined to ensure that this website meets user needs well. In addition, defined non-functional requirements, such as data security, system availability, and ease of use, will ensure that a satisfactory and safe user experience can be achieved. Thus, the VIBRA website aims to be the main choice for those looking for quality accommodation and excellent service during their holidays.

Abstract

Kompleks perumahan Tabaria sebagai kawasan hunian perkotaan dengan karakteristik penghuni yang heterogen dan mobilitas tinggi menghadapi permasalahan keamanan lingkungan yang cukup serius. Maraknya akses orang tidak dikenal, keterbatasan pengawasan manual, serta ketiadaan sistem kontrol akses modern menyebabkan rasa aman penghuni menurun. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan dan literasi teknologi warga melalui penerapan sistem pengawasan visual berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi.Metode pelaksanaan meliputi beberapa tahap, yaitu: sosialisasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi pemantauan dan edukasi keamanan siber, implementasi sistem keamanan berbasis IoT (kamera CCTV pintar Full HD 1080p dengan fitur night vision dan PTZ, mikrokontroler ESP32, sistem alarm otomatis 110 dB, serta aplikasi mobile), pendampingan teknis, dan evaluasi. Selain itu, dilakukan penguatan kapasitas pengelola kompleks melalui pelatihan manajemen dan pemeliharaan sistem agar program berkelanjutan.Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa warga mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi pemantauan secara mandiri, memahami dasar-dasar pemeliharaan perangkat IoT, serta lebih responsif terhadap potensi ancaman keamanan di lingkungan mereka. Sistem pengawasan yang terpasang juga memperkuat koordinasi antara warga dan pengelola dalam menangani insiden. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan sistem pengawasan visual berbasis IoT dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan keamanan kompleks perumahan.Kata kunci: pengabdian kepada masyarakat; Internet of Things; sistem pengawasan visual; keamanan perumahan; ESP32.

Abstract

This literature review explores the development of Augmented Reality (AR) technology and its implications for vocational education in the context of Industry 4.0. Drawing from 30 peer-reviewed sources published between 2020 and 2025, the study identifies four key thematic areas: the advancement of AR in industry, architecture and interior design, environmental awareness, and vocational education. The rapid growth of AR as a transformative technology has led to its widespread adoption across various sectors, offering improvements in visualization, training, human-machine interaction, and collaborative work environments. In vocational education, AR enhances student engagement, facilitates experiential learning, and supports skill development through immersive and interactive simulations. However, challenges persist, including infrastructure limitations, educators’ digital literacy, and a lack of contextualized research on AR's integration into vocational learning. This review highlights that while AR holds immense potential to modernize vocational education and meet industrial demands, its effective implementation requires strategic curriculum redesign, capacity building among educators, and stronger industry-education partnerships. The findings provide a theoretical foundation for developing adaptive vocational learning models aligned with digital transformation and future workforce needs.
