Abstract

This article provides a critical review of the education curriculum in Indonesia starting from the implementation of the Competency Based Curriculum (KBK) which was implemented in 2004 to the Merdeka Curriculum which has been implemented since 2022. Through a systematic review method, this research seeks to analyze curriculum developments with a focus on the Based Curriculum. Competencies (2004), Education Unit Level Curriculum (2006), 2013 Curriculum, revised 2013 Curriculum, and Merdeka Curriculum. The results of the review show that each curriculum has a positive impact on students and the education system and has its own unique obstacles. The Competency-Based Curriculum emphasizes the development of generic skills and student character, while the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes learning freedom and learning recovery as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. From the analysis of the various curricula, it can be stated that learning from each curriculum is important for forming a future curriculum that is adaptive, high quality and in line with educational needs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers, the use of attendance technology utilizing a barcode scanner at MA Assalafiyyah Mlangi has been in place since 2020. The researchers are interested in examining whether barcode scanner-based attendance is effective in improving student discipline. Therefore, they plan to conduct a study entitled The Effectiveness of Barcode Scanner-Based Student Attendance in Enhancing Student Discipline at Madrasah Aliyah Assalafiyyah Mlangi, The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were all students of Classes X, XI and XII MA Assalafiyyah Mlangi. The sample used was 70 students from the entire population. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires interviews, and documentation. Validity testing was carried out using Pearson product moment with reliability testing values ??using Cronbach's Alpha (?). Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows program. The research results show that: barcode scanner based attendance (X) is effective and has a significant influence on student discipline (Y), which is reflected in the t count of 10.983 with a significance level of 0.000. The barcode scanner based presence coefficient value is 0.923 Based on these values, it can be concluded that attendance using a barcode scanner system is effective in improving student discipline at MA Assalafiyyah Mlangi. Barcode scanner-based attendance is effective in increasing student discipline with a high discipline percentage of 90%, Barcode scanner makes it easier for its users, both students, teachers and employees at MA Assalafiyyah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek pembangun dalam cerpen yang meliputi aspek fonologis, leksikal dan gramatikal serta bentuk-bentuk gaya bahasa yang memiliki aspek kultural serta makna atau interpretasi ungkapan yang terdapat dalam gaya bahasa tersebut. Adapun aspek-aspek pembangun tersebut untuk menelaah kompleksitas bahasan yang dilakukan. Penelitian  berjenis  penelitian  kualitatif deskripstif  dengan  menggunakan  pendekatan stilistika menurut Nurgiyantoro. Pascatelaah terhadap cerpen ini ditemukan hasil bahwa terdapat aspek-aspek penting kebahasaan sehingga membangun kompleksitas yang menarik dalam cerpen ini. Aspek-aspek tersebut di antaranya a) aspek fonologis untuk  istilah kedaerahan, b) apek leksikal yang meliputi kompleksitas kata, penggunaan kata istilah (dalam bentuk serapan dan jenis kata yang digunakan, dan c) unsur gramatikal meliputi jenis kalimat, pengacuan persona, subtitusi (penyulihan) dan munculnya konjungsi subordinatif, serta d) penggunaan majas yang meliputi simile, personifikasi dan metafora.
