Abstract

discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Lihe Auto Parts Indonesia Cikarang Pusat with a sample of 80 employees. The method used is quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance on regression Y = 5.022 + 0.826 X1, a correlation value of 0.867 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.397 + 0.879 X2, the correlation value of 0.828 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.125 + 0.565 (X1) + 0.339 (X2). The coefficient of determination is 77.3% and the rest is caused by other variables not examined in this study. The test results on the first hypothesis obtained the value of t count> t table or (15.355> 1.991). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the value of t count> t table or (13.029> 1.991) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the value of F count > F table or ( 135.246 > 3, 12). This shows that simultaneously the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job training and occupational health and safety (OHS) on the work productivity of employees at PT Inkabiz Indonesia in South Tangerang. The research method used is the quantitative analysis method with an associative approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 82 employees of PT Inkabiz Indonesia. The data analysis used in this study includes: data quantity test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. (uji t dan uji F). Partially, job training has a significant effect on work productivity, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 20.908 + 0.470X1, with a correlation coefficient of 0.478, indicating a moderate relationship between the two variables. The t-value of 4.871 > t-table 1.990 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Partially, occupational safety and health significantly affect work productivity, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 22.591 + 0.452X2, with a correlation coefficient of 0.470, indicating a moderate relationship between the two variables. The t-value of 4.769 > t-table 1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Simultaneously, job training and occupational safety and health significantly affect work productivity, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 16.326 + 0.313X1 + 0.289X2, with a correlation coefficient of 0.542, indicating a moderate relationship. The F-value of 16.431 > F-table 2.720 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor krusial dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Gitshu Garmindo di Kabupaten Bogor, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi tekstil. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda terhadap 70 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,822 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,901 dan signifikansi 0,01 < 0,05; dan (3) secara simultan, kerjasama tim dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan F hitung 172,492 > F tabel 3,13 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,837. Artinya, 83,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sedangkan 16,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi peningkatan kerjasama tim dan motivasi kerja dalam upaya mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum (RSU) Kota Tangerang Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal komparatif, yang mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara variabel satu dengan variabel lainnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan perhitungan rumus Slovin, menghasilkan 66 responden. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang ditunjukan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=7.238+0,777 X1, korelasi sebesar 0,568 dan koefisien determinasi 32,3%. Uji  t menunjukan nilai t hitung 3.833 > t tabel 1,669 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pengembangan karir juga berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=7.601+0,835 X2, nilai korelasi 0,520, dan koefisien determinasi 27,1%. Uji t menunjukan nilai t hitung 3.019 > t tabel 1,669 dengan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Secara simultan, pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengearuh terhadap kinerja pegawai, terbukti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=-3.922+0,571 X1 + 0,528 X2, dengan nilai korelasi 0,639, dan koefisien determinasi 40,9%. Uji F menunjukan nilai F hitung 21.760 > F tabel 3,14 dan p value  0,000 < 0,05, menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Musholla plays a strategic role not only as a place of worship but also as a center for religious and social activities in the community. However, many musholla still face challenges in building a positive image and encouraging active community participation. This community service program aimed to enhance the image of a local musholla by implementing effective marketing strategies and improving the capacity of volunteer human resources. The methods included problem identification through focus group discussions, training in both digital and offline marketing strategies, and workshops on volunteer management. The results showed increased awareness among musholla managers and volunteers about the importance of digital branding and improved skills in organizing programs professionally. This program contributes to transforming the musholla into an inclusive and vibrant center of worship and social empowerment.
