Abstract

Studi ini menginvestigasi pemikiran Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jauziyyah tentang kritik matan dan metode yang digunakannya dalam memahami hadis-hadis yang ta’arud (bertolak belakang) dari segi matannya. Pemikirannya tentang kritik matan sangat menarik pada masanya dan juga pada saat sekarang. Pada masanya trend penelitian hadis lebih fokus pada kritik sanad, seakan-akan otentitisitas sebuah hadis hanya semata ditentukan dari aspek transmisi sanad. Sementara Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jauziyyah berpendapat bahwa otentisitas sebuah hadis tidak bisa semata ditentukan oleh aspek sanad saja, tetapi juga aspek matannya. Dalam konteks sekarang, di saat informasi tentang hadis-hadis Nabi Saw begitu mudah didapatkan melalui media berbasis jaringan internet bahkan tanpa terseleksi, pemikiran Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jauziyyah tentang kritik matan dan metode memahami hadis yang ta’arud dari sisi matan tidak kehilangan momentumnya. Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jauziyyah memberikan tiga belas kreteria hadis palsu sebagai upaya untuk menentukan otentisitas matan hadis. Sehingga temuan penelitian ini penting dengan melihat indikator-indikator hadis palsu masyarakat mudah mengetahui sedini mungkin terkait hadis yang matannya sahih atau palsu.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pemikiran Muhammad Rasyid Rida tentang kritik matan Hadis Nabi Saw. Dia lebih dikenal sebagai tokoh tafsir dan pemikiran Islam dibandingkan tokoh hadis dan ilmu hadis. Tetapi pemikirannya tentang kritik matan hadis yang terdokumentasi, khususnya, dalam Majalah al-Manar dan Tafsir al-Manar sangat menarik. Pemikirannya tentang kritik matan hadis beberapa ada yang sama tetapi juga ada yang berbeda dengan tokoh-tokoh hadis, khususnya tentang kreteria otentisitas matan hadis. sekalipun tidak secara sistematis, berdasarkan kajian penulis, Muhammad Rasyid Rida memberikan kreteria otentisitas sebuah matan bisa dinyatakan sahih atau tidak, yaitu; pertama, hadis tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an. Kedua, hadis tersebut dipastikan merupakan hadis yang mutawatir. Dia tidak serta merta menerima hadis jika hadis tersebut adalah hadis ahad, karena dalam pandangannya tentang hadis ahad, bahkan hadis ahad yang diriwayatkan oleh al-Bukhari dan Muslim sekalipun akan beliau komentari jika bertentangan dengan akal rasio. Ketiga, suatu hadis dapat dihukumi sahih jika tidak bertentangan akal rasio. Keempat, hadis tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan fakta-fakta sejarah. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam memahami hadis adalah kontekstual-historis-logis.

Abstract

As a method of life, the Qur'an is an interconnected whole and explains its components. The whole Qur'an must be considered, not just a part of it. Researchers want to juxtapose the content of the Koran with its relevance in the world of education. The aim is to find out the role of the Qur'an in the world of education. The method used in this research is library research by taking data from existing books and journals. The results of this study indicate that the Koran has relevance to education. Everything in the world of education has been explained in the Qur'an, therefore it is important for us to study the verses of the Qur'an with the letters in the Qur'an. because the verses with each other can be interconnected even between verses in one letter with another letter are interconnected. The relationship between verses and verses, verses and letters is called munasabah al-quran. As in QS. al Najm: 26 which relates to the previous sura related to education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning of nāṣiyah in Tafsir Salman from a neuroscience perspective. The development of neuroscience and Islamic education in this modern era is in line with the emergence of new findings, namely research about the meaning (nāṣiyah) in the Qur’an which some commentators define as “the crown” or in the neuroscience perspective behind the crown, namely the prefrontal cortex. The data of this research are sourced from literature studies through manual and digital searches, focusing on the Nāṣiyah interpretation paradigm in Surah Al-Alaq verses 15-16. The results of the study show that the meaning of nāṣiyah is identical to the meaning (forehead). In Salman's interpretation, what is meant by the crown is the brain, especially the prefrontal cortex. Therefore, nāṣiyah is a neurobiological trace of the brain in the Qur’an. The discovery of the concept of nāṣiyah as the neurobiological basis of the brain in the Qur’an will have broad implications for the development of the potential of ‘aql (reason) in Islamic education. The essence of Islamic education, one of which is the development of the potential of reason as a manifestation of brain function (nāṣiyah) in the Koran.

Abstract

This paper examines Khaled Abou El Fadl’s thoughts that focus on applying humanistic Sharia. Khaled considers the spread of Sharia with a humanistic pattern important because of the problem of not realizing the ideals of Islamic teachings that uphold justice, welfare, and other universal values at the level of reality for Muslims who experience backwardness and alienation. According to Khaled, this happened due to a misunderstanding in understanding the Sharia, resulting in a wrong practice. The misunderstanding that gave rise to this wrong practice has global implications, assuming that Islam is a non-humanistic religion. By using the analytical description method, this paper reformulates the humanistic Sharia proposed by Khaled from several of his works and rearranges it based on the theory of the leveling norms.
