Abstract

This study aims to dertemine the effect of the audit committee, on frime size and profitability on tax avoidance in textile and and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013. This type of research is a Quantitative population and the sample of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample is dertemined based on purposive sampling as many as 6 data from textile and garment companies. Data collection methods using literature studies and documentation of the results of the audit committee has no significant positive effect on frim size tax avoidance  significant positive effect on tax avoidance, while profitabilitisynhas a significant negative effect on frim size and profitabilitiy have value Fsign 0,000<0,05 simultaneously effect tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of quality improvement of SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The findings in the study are: (1) Planning for improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is participatory planning, which involves all parties in the organization through deliberation. (2) Organization of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is a functional organization, implemented by detailing all tasks, work that must be carried out and done by each personnel in the SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan organization in terms of achieving goals. (3) Implementation of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan by carrying out several stages in improving the quality of education planning and compiling the needs needed, playing an active role in initiating and implementing policies that are made, providing direction and explanations when a program is being implemented and guiding, motivating and evaluating the sustainability of a program. (4) Supervision of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is internal supervision. Internal supervision is supervision carried out by the head of Dikdasmen as the head of the field in the organization itself.

Abstract

This study analyzes the suitability of the development of graduate competency standards (SKL), core competencies (KI), basic competencies (KD), and indicators of Islamic Education Curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is naturalistic (Moleong, 2017). According to Suharsimi Arikunto (2008), qualitative research is research that describes things as they are. Data collection in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model. The analysis of the suitability of Graduate Competency Standards (SKL), Core Competencies (KI), Basic Competencies (KD), and indicators in the Islamic Education curriculum in schools aims to evaluate the extent to which the existing Islamic Education curriculum has met the learning standards and needs of students at SD Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. Provide a better understanding of the development of the Islamic Education curriculum and help teachers and policy makers in optimizing the learning process. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implications of parenting styles on the emotional development of students in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses qualitative research with a library approach, namely a series of studies related to library data collection methods, or research whose research objects are traced through various library information (books, encyclopedias, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). Furthermore, the data collection technique used is a library study. A library study is a data collection technique used to collect data and research sources through books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and so on. The results of this study indicate that parenting styles at home have implications for students' emotional development. Students' emotional development can be fostered through simple measures, such as parents visiting their children less frequently at the Islamic boarding school and giving their children the confidence and courage to meet all their needs at the boarding school. This can make children dependent on their parents and slow the process of developing independence. Furthermore, Islamic boarding schools play a crucial role in fostering independence in their students. This is typically done by assigning responsibility to administrators to assist students, especially new students. In addition to the administrators, the dormitory head also plays a role in guiding the students under his care in developing independence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa menggunakan soal operasi hitung berbasi cerita dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berbasis deskriptif kualitatif,pengambilan data dilakukan pada siswa kelas V di SD Tunas Harapan Islam kecamatan Medan Amplas dengan memberikan soal- soal penalaran matematis yang kemudian di analisis sebagaimana hasil dan jawaban yang dikerjakan oleh beberapa siswa/siswi,dari soal yang sudah dikerjakan 26 siswa/siswi kelas V diperoleh hasil dengan kriteria (sangat baik) diperoleh 10 siswa,(baik) di peroleh 8 siswa,(cukup) diperoleh 5 siswa,dan (kurang) diperoleh 3 siswa,dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas V SD Tunas Harapan Islam berkembang cukup baik.Kemampuan penalaran matematis merupakan salah satu kemampuan dasar yang perlu dimiliki siswa dalam proses penyelesaian masalah matematika baik dalam pembelajaran maupun dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kemampuan penalaran siswa sekolah dasar dalam mengerjakan soal matematika berbasis pembuktian.Metodologi yang digunakan adalah berbasis kuantitatif dengan memberikan lembar soal kepada siswa kelas V yang kemudian dianalisis bagaimana hasil jawaban yang telah dijawab oleh beberapa siswa.
