Abstract

Deli Serdang, a densely populated area with a majority Muslim faith, has many madrasah in various sub-districts. To get quality graduates, good learning processes, quality teachers and madrasa management, supervisory management is needed to guarantee and improve the quality of madrasah. After the pandemic, it has required a number of groups to create various concepts for organizing activities so that they do not experience setbacks, one of which is the concept of madarasah supervision management at the Deli Serdang Ministry of Religion. This research uses a qualitative approach with various conditions and stages of research methodology where the Pokjawas or Supervisory Working Group is the research object. The research results show that the management of the Pokjawas related to the supervisory work program is still being carried out but the presence of members is incomplete due to concerns during the Pandemic era. So regarding the use of program funds, Pokjawas activities still rely on independent funds from supervisors and self-help from a number of groups to carry out madrasa supervision programs, and the last is the responsibility of a number of supervisors regarding madrasa development. new strategy to facilitate coordination other than the online system between supervisors within the Pokjawas Ministry of Religion Deli.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of quality improvement of SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The findings in the study are: (1) Planning for improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is participatory planning, which involves all parties in the organization through deliberation. (2) Organization of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is a functional organization, implemented by detailing all tasks, work that must be carried out and done by each personnel in the SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan organization in terms of achieving goals. (3) Implementation of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan by carrying out several stages in improving the quality of education planning and compiling the needs needed, playing an active role in initiating and implementing policies that are made, providing direction and explanations when a program is being implemented and guiding, motivating and evaluating the sustainability of a program. (4) Supervision of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is internal supervision. Internal supervision is supervision carried out by the head of Dikdasmen as the head of the field in the organization itself.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan layanan informasi pendidikan NAPZA dalam pencegahan penggunaan narkoba di kota Medan dengan pendekatan humanistik. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun PIK-R telah aktif dalam memberikan informasi dan konseling tentang permasalahan remaja dan sosialisasi tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba masih terbilang kurang di lingkungan Asam Kumbang. Upaya lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan sosialisasi tersebut dengan pendekatan humanistik yang menekankan pada empati, penerimaan tanpa syarat, dan penguatan potensi individu. Penerapan edukasi NAPZA di PIK-R Asam Kumbang diharapkan dapat membantu remaja memahami bahaya narkoba serta cara pencegahan dan penyalahgunaannya di lingkungan tersebut.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru dalam membentuk karakter anak usia dini di TK Forward Excellence School. Karakter anak dibentuk tidak hanya di sekolah melalui proses pendidikan formal, tetapi juga melalui pola asuh yang diterapkan di lingkungan keluarga. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui seminar parenting, workshop guru, FGD, dan penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut berbasis nilai karakter. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif-kolaboratif, dengan melibatkan orang tua, guru, dan tenaga ahli. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya sinergi rumah dan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya program kolaboratif berkelanjutan agar tercipta lingkungan pendidikan karakter yang konsisten dan kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia 4-5 tahun di Tk Santo Fransiskus Asissi Delitua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan design penelitian pre-experimental. Teknik pemilihan sampel digunakan adalah total sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak usia 4-5 tahun di Tk Santo Fransiskus Asissi Delitua berjumlah 12 orang anak. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 22 dengan uji normalitas serta uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji liliefors. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian di temukan bahwa nilai rata-rata postest yaitu nilai 0.101 < 0.391 dan data pre-test atau 0.007 < 0.391. Uji Hipotesis jika Thitung>Ttabel atau nilai sig < 0,001 sesuai dengan pengujian statistik digunakan maka Ho ditolak hingga Ha diterima. Pada hasil data yang di peroleh nilai sig 0,001 < 0,391 diperoleh Ha. dimana Ha adalah ada Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Puzzle Huruf Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Kata Anak Usia 4- 5 Tahun Di Tk Santo Fransiskus Asissi Delitua.

Abstract

In the 1980s the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki began to get a negative image. The pesantren is considered a candidate for the Negara Islam Indonesia (NII), because there are two founding figures, namely Abdullah Sungkar and Abu Bakar Ba'asyir. They were plotted as individuals and extremists against the Kartosuwiryo movement. Various negative accusations made in various momentums and media as well as slanted views on the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki are still in the spotlight by various parties. In fact, until now various negative assumptions and accusations from both the eyes of the domestic and international public are still leveled at the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki, whereas this has never been proven at all. This study aims to find and analyze the historical institutional dynamics of the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki in 1972-2021. The research method used is qualitative with a historical approach using four steps, namely: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of this study reveal that the historical institutional dynamics of the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki have a religious background. This means that the establishment of the Pesantren Al-Mukmin Ngruki was the result of the missionary journey of preachers in Surakarta, bearing in mind that during the transition period from the Old Order government to the New Order government, the area of Surakarta was a communist base and became the main target of Christianization which needed the attention of Muslims.

Abstract

Educating children with the method of giving rewards and punishments is often looked down upon by educators, because it is very common. So that the existing provisions and rules are forgotten and many do not realize that things that are considered trivial have rules. In fact, mistakes when applying this educational method can have fatal consequences, namely damaging the child's personality that was previously well formed. No educator wants punishment to be used in education unless forced. Rewards or praise are much more important than punishment. In the world of Islamic education, this method is called the Targhib and Tarhib method. This method is a method that is commonly used in the teaching and learning process. Just like in the use of the targhib and tarhib approach to students in a preventive or repressive manner, with the hope that through giving rewards and applying these punishments, it can prevent various violations of the rules and can provide strong motivation that arises entirely from fear of the threat of punishment. With this method, it is hoped that students can be motivated to carry out progressive actions. This study aims to describe the application of the targhib and tarhib methods in learning at MAN 2 Medan.
