Abstract

This paper reveals that human resources are the greatest power in the processing of all the resources that exist on earth. Humans were created by Allah Almighty. as a caliph on earth to manage the earth and the resources in it for the welfare of mankind itself, creatures and the entire universe, because basically all of Go's creations that exist on earth were deliberately created by Allah for the benefit of mankind. Therefore, these existing resources must be managed properly because they are a mandate carried by humans who will be held accountable in the afterlife. To get good management, humans are required to master science. In surah ar-Rahman verse 33, Allah has advised humans to study as widely as possible without limits in order to prove the Almighty of Allah. And the knowledge in question must be directed to the study of the Koran and Hadith. Humans have the potential to be the noblest of creatures and also the potential to be the lowest of creatures

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM kecap tradisional di Desa Pesu, Klaten, dalam menghadapi persaingan di pasar global dan lokal. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberhasilan pemasaran produk kecap tradisional, serta bagaimana UMKM ini menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen. Dampak utama yang ditimbulkan dari penelitian ini yaitu, melalui program ini, UMKM kecap tradisional mendapatkan pengetahuan baru tentang strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan relevan dengan kondisi pasar saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran UMKM kecap di Desa Pesu sangat bergantung pada diferensiasi produk, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta adaptasi teknologi pemasaran digital. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber daya dan akses pasar yang masih didominasi oleh pelaku usaha besar. Akan tetapi secara keseluruhan, program "Analisis Strategi Pemasaran UMKM Kecap di Tengah Persaingan Pasar Global dan Lokal" memberikan kontribusi positif dalam memperkuat UMKM kecap tradisional, meningkatkan daya saing mereka di pasar, serta menjaga warisan kuliner tradisional dalam era globalisasi.

Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia: Model Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi (Differentiated Instruction) merupakan pendekatan inovatif dalam dunia pendidikan yang menyesuaikan pengajaran dengan kebutuhan, kemampuan, dan minat setiap siswa. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi ajaran agama yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sebagai strategi inovatif dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, pemahaman konsep, serta keterampilan siswa dalam mengaplikasikan ajaran agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terbukti efektif dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa yang beragam, terutama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of quality improvement of SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The findings in the study are: (1) Planning for improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is participatory planning, which involves all parties in the organization through deliberation. (2) Organization of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is a functional organization, implemented by detailing all tasks, work that must be carried out and done by each personnel in the SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan organization in terms of achieving goals. (3) Implementation of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan by carrying out several stages in improving the quality of education planning and compiling the needs needed, playing an active role in initiating and implementing policies that are made, providing direction and explanations when a program is being implemented and guiding, motivating and evaluating the sustainability of a program. (4) Supervision of improving the quality of education at SDS Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is internal supervision. Internal supervision is supervision carried out by the head of Dikdasmen as the head of the field in the organization itself.

Abstract

The oral tradition of the Malay community in the Nusantara plays a central role in transmitting Islamic educational values across generations. Through mediums such as advisory pantun, gurindam, religious syair, customary proverbs, tunjuk ajar Melayu, as well as folktales and legends, values of faith, law, and morality are conveyed subtly yet profoundly in everyday life. This study aims to explore the transmission process of Islamic educational values embedded in Malay oral traditions, focusing on their meanings, functions, and contexts of delivery in Langkat Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing text analysis, interviews, and cultural observation. The findings reveal that oral tradition serves not merely as a medium of entertainment or literature but also as a deeply rooted instrument of da'wah and education within the local culture. The identified values include: (1) divinity (tawhid), (2) morality and social ethics, (3) patriotism, (4) love of knowledge and education, and (5) the sustainable preservation of ancestral culture. These findings highlight the successful acculturation between Islam and Malay culture and suggest that oral traditions can serve as a relevant and contextual model for character education in the modern era.
