Abstract

Artikel ini disusun bertujuan untuk menganalisis laporan neraca dan laba rugi dari Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) pasca merger dengan menggunakan metode analisis common size untuk melihat adakah peningkatan yang signifikan dari kinerja keuangan BSI pasca merger. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini menggunakan data triwulanan untuk tahun penelitian 2021 dan 2022 sehingga menghasilkan 14 data yang kemudian akan dianalisis. Hasil olah data dengan metode common size menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2021 kinerja keuangan BSI berfluktuasi terutama karena ada kenaikan dan penurunan pada sisi kas, piutang, dan pendapatan bagi hasil maupun murabahah. Tahun 2022 kinerja keuangan BSI cukup stabil dengan porsi yang seimbang pada pendapatan murabahah dan pendapatan bagi hasilnya meskipun pada sisi kas dan piutang tetap bersifat fluktuatif.

Abstract

Kanker paru-paru sulit untuk dideteksi sejak dini, akibatnya banyak pasien yang tidak terselamatkan akibat penyakit ini. Guna mengoptimalkan kinerja petugas medis dalam diagnosis awal kanker paru-paru, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem fuzzy pendiagnosis kanker par-paru. Diagnosis dilakukan menggunakan hasil CT-Scan paru-paru dari pasien. Sejumlah 120 data citra CT-Scan digunakan sebagai data set dalam penelitian ini. Data dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu 96 citra untuk data latih dan 24 citra untuk data uji. Citra CT-Scan ditingkatkan kualitasnya menggunakan metode intensity adjustment. Selanjutnya setiap citra diekstraksi dalam sepuluh variabel yaitu kontras, korelasi, energi, homogenitas, rata-rata, variansi, standar deviasi, skewnes, kurtosis dan entropi. Data difuzzifikasi untuk digunakan sebagai input dalam membangun sistem diagnosis kanker paru menggunakan inferensi fuzzy mamdani. Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan pada sistem dengan intensity adjustment adalah 83,33% pada data uji. Sementara itu, tingkat akurasi tanpa intensity adjustment pada data latih adalah sebesar 92,708% dan pada data uji sebesar 70,83%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of millennial leadership style on employee loyalty in the Production Operations Division of PT XYZ, an energy company in the oil and gas sector. Employing a quantitative approach through simple linear regression, the study involved 68 respondents, including production operators and laboratory technicians. The millennial leadership style was measured using six key indicators, while employee loyalty was assessed through f indicators reflecting affective commitment and organizational attachment. The statistical analysis reveals that millennial leadership style has a strong and significant effect on employee loyalty, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.765. This means that 76.5% of the variation in loyalty is explained by leadership factors. The most influential indicators are decision-making ability and emotional control, both correlating at 0.66. Open communication and a sense of responsibility were also highly valued by employees. Workers expressed strong loyalty when led by empathetic, supportive, and communicative leaders. Conversely, the absence of such leadership increased the risk of turnover intentions. This study concludes that effective millennial leadership significantly enhances employee loyalty and offers protective effects against workforce turnover. Thus, a leadership approach rooted in empathy, collaboration, and participative management is essential for fostering emotional bonds and long-term organizational sustainability.

Abstract

The background of this issue, there are cases of violence mostly by educators is still emerged, must be a serious concern concern, which is shows the low understanding of educators about the concept of humanist education, as exemplified by KH Ahmad Dahlan, Ki Hajar Dewantara or Paulo Friere as a famous figure of educators. The research is aimed to understand the humanist educational thought of a religious patterned (KH Ahmad Dahlan), nationalist (Ki Hajar Dewantara) and socialistic (Paulo Friere) style of humanist education. The method used in this research is a library research with a qualitative approach, by doing descriptive analysis and interpreting the data obtained. The results of this research shows that KH Ahmad Dahlan, Ki Hajar Dewantara and Paulo Freire have similarities in viewing humanist education, although they have a slightly differences in the use of terms and methods of field practical application.
