Abstract

Semangat nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia pada saat ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Masuknya globalisasi dan modernisasi membawa pengaruh terhadap generasi muda yang dikhawatirkan terkikis oleh budaya asing, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk menumbuhkan kembali semangat nasionalisme. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mempelajari sejarah perjuangan pahlawan, satu diantarannya adalah Brigjend Hasan Basry. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry yang menumbuhkan semangat nasionalis yang dapat ditanamkan kepada generasi muda. Artikel ini disusun dengan metode studi literature dengan memanfaatkan 20 sumber yang berhubungan dengan nasionalisme dari perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry. Hasil dan pembahasan artikel ini untuk menguraikan Biografi dari Brigjend Hasan Basry, Perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry memproklamasikan kemerdekaan Kalimantan, Nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry, Perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry yang dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar IPS untuk menumbuhkan semangat nasionalis generasi muda. Kegigihan perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry dapat menjadi contoh teladan bagi generasi muda untuk membangkitkan semangat nasionalis di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Student engagement in differentiated instruction at SDN Berangas Barat 2 remains suboptimal. This is evident form students’ low levels of comprehension, collaboration intensity, discipline, ability to express opinions, and sustained focus during learning activities. One of the main contributing factors is the limited use of culturally relevant learning resources. Ethnopedagogy, as a pedagogical approach, is believed to transform cultural knowledge into meaningful learning resources. This study aims to examine the influence of Banjar culture-based ethnopedagogical IPAS learning resources on elementary students’ engagement in differentiated instruction. Employing a quasi-experimental method with a control group design, the study involved 46 sixth-grade students from SDN Berangas Barat 2, 23 students in Class VI A (experimental group) and 23 students in Class VI B (control group). Student engagement was measured using an observation instrument, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 27, applying a two-tailed significance test with a threshold of <0,05. The results showed a Sig (2-tailed) value of <0,05. The results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) valued of <0.001. It is therefore concluded that the use of Banjar culture-based ethnopedagogical learning resources significantly enhances student’s engagement in differentiated instruction at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is one part of the learning recovery effort where teachers use teaching modules as a learning design aimed at delivering content to students systematically. This research aims to analyze the implementation of teaching modules by history teachers in class X SMAN 2 Banjarmasin, this research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. Data validity techniques use triangulation of techniques and sources. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the implementation of teaching modules by history teachers in class The school will not let this problem drag on. To overcome these problems so that teaching and learning activities are not hampered and can help teachers implement teaching modules, the efforts made are the implementation of learning communities in schools and workshop activities to increase teacher competence so that teachers in learning can improve the quality of competence in teaching.
