Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh tidak langsung work environment terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan menguji hubungan antara job satisfaction dengan kinerja. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah work environment  tidak memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai karena work environment yang ditandai dengan tersedianya fasilitas masih dipandang kurang memberikan kenyamanan psikologis sehingga pegawai dapat bekerja dengan baik. work environment  yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai. work environment yang dimediasi oleh employee engagement turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: kinerja pegawai; job satisfaction; employee engagement; work environmentAbstractThe purpose of this research is to this research is to determine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance as well as the indirect influence of the work environment on employee performance by examining the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. Data processing in this research uses PLS. The conclusion obtained in this research is that the work environment does not contribute to employee performance because the work environment which is characterized by the availability of facilities is still seen as providing less psychological comfort so that employees can work well. The work environment mediated by Employee Engagement contributes to employee performance. The work environment mediated by Employee Engagement also contributes to employee performance.Keywords: employee performance; job satisfaction; employee engagement; work environment
