Abstract

The aim of this Community Service (PKM) is to provide knowledge and skills regarding Soft Skills to students SMK Karya Nasional, Kab. Kuningan Jawa Barat. Especially in improving their skills through guidance in improving Soft Skills abilities. The prospect of improving Soft Skills aims to train personality, communication skills or personal attributes that are needed to be able to provide good performance in a job or business. The Soft Skills they process will make it easier for students to interact with the environment they enter. The activities of this community service program are to provide outreach to students at SMK Karya Nasional as Generation Z, providing guidance or counseling which can improve Soft Skills through many supportive activities. This was done as an effort  to improve Soft Skills  for generation z in order to face the era of industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the results of the TOEIC Prediction Test as an indicator of work readiness for vocational high school students, especially at SMKN 3 Jakarta. TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is a measuring tool for English language proficiency that is often used as a requirement by the industrial world and the world of work. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data from 213 grade XII students who took the TOEIC Prediction Test. The results showed that most students were at an intermediate level, with the following score details: above 800 (3.3%), 700–799 (8.96%), 600–699 (16.51%), 500–599 (28.77%), 400–499 (21.70%), 300–399 (9.91%), 200–299 (8.96%), and 100–199 (1.89%). These data indicate that most students still need to improve their English skills to meet professional communication standards in the world of work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan deskripsi atau gambaran bagaimana penerapan manajemen pengarsipan dokmen pada bagian pengolahan dan pengembangan data dan informasi Bank Indoneisa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi langsung, wawancara, dan studi Pustaka. Teknik Analisa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pengumpulan Data (Data Collection), Reduksi Data (Data Reduction) dan, Display data. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan pengarsipan yang dilakukan oleh bagian PPDI telah sesuai dengan peraturan Manajemen Dokumen Bank Indonesia, tetapi masih terdapat kendala pada saat pelaksanaannya. Walaupun pada saat pengarsipan terdapat kendala-kendala yang menghambat, pihak PPDI telah mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut dengan solusi-solusi yang terbaik. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Kearsipan, Data dan Informasi
