Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results are expected to provide recommendations for HR development policies to improve the quality of public services. These findings are important to support the efficiency and effectiveness of local government administration in serving the community. This quantitative study examines the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Using a correlational survey model, the sample was taken using the Slovin Formula (305 respondents from 1,282 population, 5% error). Data analysis was conducted using the PLS method on SmartPLS 4, testing the causal relationship between variables to improve the quality of public services. This study tested seven hypotheses regarding the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of the analysis show that competence and performance allowances have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through motivation. This finding supports policies to improve human resources and employee welfare. This study concludes that competencies and performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, both directly and through motivation. Competencies and performance allowances increase motivation, which in turn has a positive impact on employee performance, supporting the improvement of the quality of public services.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the policy of providing medical scholarships in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency with a focus on policy objectives, with the research results showing that a thorough evaluation of success indicators is needed to ensure that the objectives of this policy are achieved effectively, in addition to human and financial resources as well. plays an important role where budget limitations and human resource capacity have an impact on program sustainability. The success of policy implementation is greatly influenced by the characteristics of the implementing organization which has good structure and coordination, as well as the attitude of implementers who support the policy. However, the lack of effective communication between organizations and the impact of social, economic and political conditions are significant obstacles in implementing this policy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine more deeply the implementation of e-government in the Blessing of Dayanan Public Service Mall of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency and to understand the extent to which this innovation has improved the quality of public services and what are the challenges faced in the implementation process. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation on government employees, stakeholders and service user communities. The results of this study show that e-government policy has been established to improve the quality of public services, but its implementation has not been optimal. In terms of effectiveness, digital services are still constrained by technical disruptions and the low digital literacy of the community. The efficiency expected through service digitization has also not been achieved due to limited technological infrastructure and inadequate internet connectivity. Service transparency shows potential for improvement although public trust in digital systems is still low. The main obstacles include suboptimal availability of human resources, resistance to technological change within the organization as well as limited technological infrastructure and budget. In addition, the community's digital literacy gap is a significant obstacle in utilizing technology-based services.The findings contribute to the development of more adaptive policies to support the success of e-government in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method. The unit of analysis used is the individual. The collection of basic data used using a survey, the number of samples in this study was 64 respondents. The analysis method used is SEM PLS. The results of the study show that (i). Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Gorontalo City, (ii). Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gorontalo City, (iii). Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gorontalo City, (iv). Work Discipline (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gorontalo City, (v). Job Satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gorontalo City, (vi). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation at the Regional General Hospital of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis uses SemPLS analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.0. Data collection from a number of respondents who work at the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional General Hospital through a structured questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that leadership has no significant effect on employee motivation, but leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a significant influence on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Another important finding is that employee motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership and employee performance, but acts as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. This study makes theoretical and practical contributions by highlighting the importance of work discipline in improving motivation and performance, and showing that effective leadership can directly affect employee performance without going through motivation.

Abstract

The Effect of Sales Growth and Profitability on Share Price Through Capital Structure as an Intervening Variable in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Supervisor IIThis study aims to analyze and explain the effect of sales growth and profitability on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Pharmaceutical population consists of 11 companies using Purposive sampling so that 10 companies are sampled. The analysis method used is SEM PLS. The research results show that (i). Sales Growth (X1) has a significant effect on Share Price (Y) in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. (ii). Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of digital platform support in motivating certified teachers in elementary education in Elementary Schools in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative type with a case study method approach. The informants in this study were informants who truly understood and were related to the object of the study.The results of this study indicate that digital platform support can provide motivation to certified teachers in improving their personality competencies in the era of independent learning. Digital platforms not only help teachers improve their professional competencies, but also improve personality competencies which are very important in the era of Independent Learning. By improving personality competencies, teachers can be more effective in managing classes, guiding students positively, and being good examples, which ultimately contribute to achieving more holistic and student-centered educational goals.The strategy for improving the personality competencies of certified teachers in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in elementary education in the era of Independent Learning relies heavily on collaboration and the use of technology to support teacher self-development. Through continuing education, independent training, learning communities, and developing social skills, teachers can improve their personality competencies which are very important to support quality and student-centered learning. This will have a positive impact on student learning in elementary schools in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing and customer transformation strategies at PT Jasindo Sorong Branch and their impact on financial performance and customer satisfaction. A descriptive qualitative research method was used to collect data through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of digital transformation has brought significant changes, such as increased promotional effectiveness and service speed through digital platforms. However, this process faces internal barriers, such as limitations in staff digital competencies and resistance to change, as well as external barriers, such as low customer digital literacy and limitations in internet infrastructure. The positive impacts identified include increased customer satisfaction, operational cost efficiency, and contributions to branch revenue growth, although these improvements are not yet optimal. This study concludes that successful transformation requires adaptive strategies, strengthening human resource capacity, and adequate infrastructure support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture on employee performance and assess the mediating role of work motivation in the Civil Service (ASN) of the North Gorontalo Regency Government. The method used is a quantitative approach through a survey of 120 respondents using stratified random sampling. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM with 5,000 subsample bootstrapping and Sobel's test to examine indirect effects. The results showed that work culture had a positive and significant effect on work motivation (t = 2.69; p = 0.007) and employee performance (t = 4.79; p = 0.000). Work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance (t = 7.04; p = 0.000). Mediation testing shows that work motivation partially mediates the relationship between work culture and employee performance, with a z-Sobel value of 2.79 and p = 0.005. These results prove that work culture not only directly affects performance but also increases work motivation. This study confirms that strengthening work culture and developing motivation are key strategies in improving civil servant performance and provides an empirical basis for local governments to design more effective policies for improving bureaucratic performance.
