This paper presents a combination of power factor correction converter using Flyback converter and Full-bridge dc-dc converter in series connection. Flyback converter is operated in discontinuous conduction mode so that it can serve as a power factor correction converter and meanwhile Full-bridge dc-dc converter is used for dc regulator. This converter system is designed to produce a 86 Volt of output voltage and 2 A of output current. Both simulation and experiment results show that the power factor of this converter achieves up to 0.99 and meets harmonic standard of IEC61000-3-2.Keywords: Flyback Converter, Full-bridge DC-DC Converter, PowerÂ Factor Correction.

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar. Dari hasil nilai ulangan harian pada observasi awal di kelas XI AP 3 SMK PGRI 2 Taman Pemalang terdapat 19 siswa belum tuntas belajar dan 25 tuntas belajar dari jumlah 44 siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada proses pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan cenderung pasif, serta menggunakan model dan metode yang kurang tepat, dan kurangnya pendekatan pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan model pembelajaran Explicit Instruction. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran, dengan siswa berjumlah 44 siswa, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan metode tes. Dari hasil penelitian, rata-rata tes evaluasi hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 74,20, pada siklus II yaitu 78,29. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 68,18%, pada siklus II sebesar 79,54%. Berarti terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 11,36% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Disarankan guru dapat juga menerapkan variasi pembelajaran dan tingkat kreativitas didalam proses pembelajaran dengan model dan metode yang tepat disesuaikan dengan materi yang akan diberikan kepada siswa.Ã‚Â The success of learning process can be seen from the results of learning. There were many students result studies which were decreased. From the results of the daily tests on the observed values at the beginning of class XI AP 3 SMK PGRI 2 Taman Pemalang there are 19 students and 25 have not been throughly studied than the number of 44 students. Those maybe caused by the lack of variety and the passiveness in learning process, the use of inappropriate model and method, and the lack of approximation on the students. This study is an action research approach to learning models using Explicit Instruction. The population in this study is the students of class XI-Office Administration, with the total 44 students. The methods which are used in this study were documentation, observation, and test. The result can be seen from their mean scores study learning of cycle 1 was 74.20 and cycle 2 was 78.29. The percentage classical completeness in the first cycle of 68.18 %, the second cycle of 79.54 %. The concluded that an increase in student learning outcomes by 11.36% from the first cycle to the second cycle. Due to the success of learning using the learning model of Explicit Instruction method, suggests that the teachers can apply more varied and creative learning in the process of teaching and learning using model and method which are appropriate to the material which will be given to the students.

The Islamic banking products that are highly relevant to the current market needs include Murabahah bil Wakalah products. However, there is inconsistency between the concept and its implementation in Islamic banking institutions, both banks and non-banks. Therefore, this study aims to examine the distortion of the concept of Murabahah bil Wakalah with its implementation in Islamic banking institutions in Indonesia. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, through library research in collecting data from various sources such as scientific journal articles and Fatwas from the National Sharia Council of MUI. The data obtained were analyzed by literature review comparing the concept and implementation of the Murabahah bil Wakalah contract. The results of this study indicate that there are several distortions found in the concept of Murabahah bil Wakalah with its practice in Islamic banking, particularly in terms of giving representation (wakalah) and ownership issues of the object of the contract, which should rightfully belong to the buyer (Ba’i).

This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce implementation on the increase in Honda Brio car sales at PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo. The data used in this research are annual company reports from 2015-2019, with the variables under study being e-commerce implementation costs (X) and Honda Brio car sales volume (Y). The methods employed in this study include correlation coefficient and determination coefficient analysis, along with t-tests and f-tests to examine the significance of the relationship between the two variables. The findings indicate that e-commerce implementation has a significant effect on the increase in Honda Brio car sales, with a correlation coefficient (r²) value of 93.48%. This suggests that e-commerce implementation costs contribute 93.48% to the volume of Honda Brio car sales. This research provides insights for automotive companies to optimize the use of e-commerce platforms as an effective marketing strategy to boost product sales.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan e-commerce terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil Honda Brio di PT. Remaja Jaya Mobilindo. Data yang digunakan merupakan laporan tahunan perusahaan antara tahun 2015-2019, dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah biaya penerapan e-commerce (X) dan volume penjualan mobil Honda Brio (Y). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, dengan uji t dan uji f untuk menguji signifikansi hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan mobil Honda Brio, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r²) sebesar 93,48%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya penerapan e-commerce berkontribusi sebesar 93,48% terhadap volume penjualan mobil Honda Brio. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan otomotif untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan platform e-commerce sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation at the Regional General Hospital of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis uses SemPLS analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.0. Data collection from a number of respondents who work at the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional General Hospital through a structured questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that leadership has no significant effect on employee motivation, but leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a significant influence on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Another important finding is that employee motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership and employee performance, but acts as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. This study makes theoretical and practical contributions by highlighting the importance of work discipline in improving motivation and performance, and showing that effective leadership can directly affect employee performance without going through motivation.

Making silage feed in Yasa Mulya Village involves 30 farmers participating in a structured training program to increase their knowledge and skills in producing quality feed. The methods applied include initial preparation and planning, opening of training sessions, delivery of theoretical material, direct practice, group discussions, and evaluation of results. In the opening session, farmers were introduced to the importance of silage as nutritious animal feed, followed by material on grass-cutting techniques, EM4 mixing, and effective storage processes. Hands-on practice provides real experience in making silage, while discussions allow exchanging ideas and solutions to the challenges faced. Through evaluation, participants can assess their understanding and formulate necessary follow-up actions for the application of the techniques learned. It is hoped that the results of this training can increase livestock productivity and support the sustainability of livestock businesses in Yasa Mulya Village

Fungi mikoriza arbuskula merupakan fungi yang berasosiasi dengan perakaran dan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman terutama di tanah marginal. Fungi mikoriza arbuskula dapat berasosiasi hampir di semua jenis tanaman dan memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda pada setiap jenis tanaman dan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fungi mikoriza arbuskula yang berasosiasi dengan gulma dominan dan uji infeksi pada tanaman jagung di Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitafif dan kualitatif. Fungi mikoriza arbuskula yang dtemukan akan diintentifikasi menggunakan buku identifikasi dan jumlah sporanya dihitung untuk membandingkan antar rizosfer gulma yang berbeda. Sementara infeksinya dihitung berdasarkan jumlah infeksi pada perakaran tanaman jagung pada masing-masing tempat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan ditabulasi sederhana untuk jumlah mikoriza arbuskula yang berasosiasi pada perakaran gulma pada tempat yang berbeda. Spora mikoriza pada setiap lokasi memiliki jumlah yang berbeda. Spora tertinggi ditemukan pada rizosfer alang-alang di Distrik Kurik sebanyak 560,44 spora dan terendah ditemukan pada rizosfer Digitaria sp. di Distrik Tanah Miring.

Pupuk organik merupakan pupuk yang berasal dari sumber bahan organik seperti kotoran ternak maupun limbah pertanian. Pupuk organik sangat penting dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman. Pemanfaatan pupuk organik telah dikembangkan dibeberapa daerah, tetapi bukan di Kabupaten Merauke khususnya di Distrik Kurik belum dikembangkan. Kampung Sumber Mulya merupakan salah satu Kampung di Distrik Kurik yang sebagaian besar masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani dan peternak. Banyak limbah yang dihasilkan untuk dijadikan sebagai pupuk organik yang saat ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh masyarakat. Adanya potensi limbah tersebut, maka diperlukan edukasi ke masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan limbah ternak dan limbah pertanian sebagai pupuk organik. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan dengan partisipasi aktif langsung oleh masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu 1) melakukan sosialisasi awal, 2) penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk organik dan 3) melakukan pendampingan pengolahan kotoran ternak. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan-bahan yang tersedia di masyarakat. Rekomendansi kegiatan selanjutkan memanfaatkan pupuk organik pada budidaya berbagai tanaman sayuran.
