Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendations on Brand Switching, especially the movement of customers from Conventional Banks to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The research method uses multiple linear regression with a Likert Scale to collect data from 100 respondents who are customers from various cities in Indonesia, including Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, and Surakarta. The validity test results show that all variables have a valid correlation with Brand Switching. Multiple linear regression revealed that gifts had the greatest impact, while recommendations had a lower impact. The F test and t-test confirm that reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendations simultaneously and partially significantly influence Brand Switching. Even though the Multiple R shows a relationship of 61.7%, the Adjusted R Square of 35.5% indicates that the model does not fully explain variations in Brand Switching. The conclusions of this research provide insight for bank management to improve reputation, responsiveness, and gift-giving strategies to reduce the level of Brand Switching. Future research is recommended to consider additional variables and a qualitative approach to explore the factors that influence customer decisions.

Abstract

Bahan ajar menjadi salah satu tonggak bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran, sebab melalui pengorganisasian bahan ajar ini, peserta didik akan ditransformasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang bermakna dan bernilai jika bahan ajar yang disampaikan memberikan pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang berarti bagi dirinya. Aceh merupakan salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang rawan konflik sehingga rentan dengan disintegrasi bangsa, konflik GAM dan NKRI memberikan persepsi dan pemahaman yang berbeda diantara kedua belah pihak. Berkaca dari itu, Negeri ini harus tetap utuh menjadi bangsa dan Negara yang merdeka dan berdaulat itulah yang harus dijaga oleh generasi muda bangsa ini. Setiap daerah memiliki nilai dan norma atau kearifan local yang menjadi kekayaan daerah itu untuk mengembangkan nilai dan kesadaran nasional dalam mewujudkan kokoh dan kuatnya bangsa dan Negara ini diatas Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Melalui pendidikan dan pembelajaran lah yang lebih efektif dalam upaya membangun nilai-nilai nasionalisme itu agar tidak tercerabut dalam akarnya.

Abstract

Democracy and human rights (HAM) education are important components in building a just and civilized society. In the context of the world of education, a strong understanding of the principles of democracy and human rights not only strengthens individual character, but also increases social and political awareness. This article discusses the importance of integrating democracy and human rights education in the education curriculum, as well as its impact on forming a generation that is aware of their rights and obligations as citizens.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results are expected to provide recommendations for HR development policies to improve the quality of public services. These findings are important to support the efficiency and effectiveness of local government administration in serving the community. This quantitative study examines the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as an intervening variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Using a correlational survey model, the sample was taken using the Slovin Formula (305 respondents from 1,282 population, 5% error). Data analysis was conducted using the PLS method on SmartPLS 4, testing the causal relationship between variables to improve the quality of public services. This study tested seven hypotheses regarding the effect of competence and performance allowances on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable, in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The results of the analysis show that competence and performance allowances have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both directly and through motivation. This finding supports policies to improve human resources and employee welfare. This study concludes that competencies and performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the OPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, both directly and through motivation. Competencies and performance allowances increase motivation, which in turn has a positive impact on employee performance, supporting the improvement of the quality of public services.

Abstract

This research aims to examine more deeply the implementation of e-government in the Blessing of Dayanan Public Service Mall of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency and to understand the extent to which this innovation has improved the quality of public services and what are the challenges faced in the implementation process. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation on government employees, stakeholders and service user communities. The results of this study show that e-government policy has been established to improve the quality of public services, but its implementation has not been optimal. In terms of effectiveness, digital services are still constrained by technical disruptions and the low digital literacy of the community. The efficiency expected through service digitization has also not been achieved due to limited technological infrastructure and inadequate internet connectivity. Service transparency shows potential for improvement although public trust in digital systems is still low. The main obstacles include suboptimal availability of human resources, resistance to technological change within the organization as well as limited technological infrastructure and budget. In addition, the community's digital literacy gap is a significant obstacle in utilizing technology-based services.The findings contribute to the development of more adaptive policies to support the success of e-government in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a very important role in shaping employee engagement, especially in the context of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Employee engagement is one of the main factors that determine the level of productivity and performance of an organization. ASN's work commitment is the connecting factor that links organizational culture with their level of engagement. This study aims to examine how organizational culture can play a role in the formation of employee engagement through ASN work commitment. The results showed that a supportive organizational culture, such as a culture based on open communication, recognition of ASN contributions, and opportunities for growth, can strengthen ASN's work commitment. With high work commitment, ASN engagement in their work increases, which leads to improved organizational performance. Abstract

Gerupuk merupakan daerah penghasil rumput laut di Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Mayoritas masyarakat Gerupuk menekuni kegiatan budidaya rumput laut dan menjadi penggerak perekonomian masyarakat. Budidaya rumput laut merupakan salah satu mata pencaharian penduduk Gerupuk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya peningkatan ekonomi melalui pendampingan budidaya rumput laut dengan metode rakit apung. Kegiatan dilakukan di Dusun Gerupuk, Desa Sengkol, Kecamatan Pujut, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah pembudidaya rumput laut di Gerupuk. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pendampingan yang memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu: Persiapan Rakit Apung, Persiapan Tali Ris, Pengikatan Bibit, Pengangkutan Rakit Apung, Penanaman Bibit, Monitoring Rakit Apung, Pemanenan dan Pasca Panen. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah budidaya rumput laut dengan metode rakit apung dapat dilaksanakan oleh tim kegiatan bersama pembudidaya rumput laut dan mampu meningkatkan produksi rumput laut. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah kondisi perairan Gerupuk mendukung untuk untuk dilakukannya budidaya rumput laut metode rakit apung dan dapat meningkatkan produksi rumput laut

Abstract

The Effect of Sales Growth and Profitability on Share Price Through Capital Structure as an Intervening Variable in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Supervisor IIThis study aims to analyze and explain the effect of sales growth and profitability on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Pharmaceutical population consists of 11 companies using Purposive sampling so that 10 companies are sampled. The analysis method used is SEM PLS. The research results show that (i). Sales Growth (X1) has a significant effect on Share Price (Y) in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. (ii). Profitability (X2) has no significant effect on Share Price (Y) in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 (iii). Sales Growth (X1) has a significant effect on Capital Structure (Z) in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 (iv) Sales Growth (X1) has a significant effect on Capital Structure (Z) in the Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 (v).
