Abstract

Abstract Education is a tool to raise the degree and quality of the nation. Education is also a pillar of the nation's civilization and the intellectual life of the nation. Prophetic education is a process of transferring knowledge and values which aims to get closer to God and nature and at the same time understand them to build an ideal social community (khairul ummah). The research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The values of prophetic education contained in the udeng tradition are as follows: 1) the pillars of Transcendence consist of: the relationship of monotheism. Symbolized by Udeng, the two sides of the scroll depict the two sentences of the creed and teachings from the holy book. It is symbolized that Udeng has 4 corners describing the sources of law (Quran, Hadith, Ijma, Qiyas) The Quran is a source of law as well as a way of life and teachings sourced from the holy book. 2) Liberation pillars consist of: teaching people to be able to do good wherever they are. It is symbolized by the udeng coils that go around the head as a picture of good deeds in any place and putting the interests of others first. It is symbolized by black cloth which is the basis for the traditional color of udeng. 3) Humanization pillar consists of Brotherhood. It is symbolized by udeng which must be tied tightly and live side by side. Symbolized by batik that surrounds the udeng cloth

Abstract

This research aims to identify the numerous interpretations of tauhid education that are presented through diverse learning techniques, as well as their underlying significance. This field research (Field Research) employed a descriptive-qualitative approach. Various instruments, including interviews, observations, and documentation, were employed by researchers to collect data. Data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion-drawing are the methods used in this research's analysis. This research revealed that (1) there were several ways that the Koran was received at Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School, including (a) exegesis reception (lecture method), which involved reciting the monotheistic holy book, and (b) aesthetic reception (inquiry method), which involved displaying verses of the Koran written in calligraphy; (c) Reciting shalawat jibril and nadham aqidatul awwam facilitates functional reception (AIR technique). (2) Among the connotations attached to each style of reception are the following: (a) objective significance as a form of obedience, preservation of traditions, and growth of faith; (b) As a manner of scientifically strengthening monotheism, enhancing awareness of variety, and fostering tranquillity, expressive meaning is a means of enhancing monotheism's expressive significance; (c) documentary significance, as a type of localization of the entire civilization

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of education. Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader who is charismatic, willing to take risks, inspires, motivates, and encourages members of the organization to achieve extraordinary results. This research examines how transformational leadership creates innovative, inspiring, and high-quality education to enhance educational quality. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which systematically reviews the literature by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating relevant studies. The review results indicate that transformational leadership is a highly important approach for schools in their efforts to improve educational quality, as this leadership style can drive positive changes in various aspects of education. For optimal results, ongoing efforts are needed to develop transformational leadership competencies among school leaders and to create an environment that supports the implementation of this leadership style.
