Abstract

Abstract: The practice of paper writing services is nothing new in the world of academia. A paper is a form of scientific writing on a particular topic to complete a study. The problems studied in this research are the practice of paying for paper services and the review of Islamic law regarding the practice of paying for paper writing services. Basically, the practice of paying wages for paper writing services is not contrary to Islamic law, but is prohibited because doing so has negative impacts, such as violating the academic code of ethics and intellectual hypocrisy. In the Qur'an it is also explained that mutual assistance is not permitted which can harm other people and have a bad impact on other people. Keywords: Papers, Payment for paper writing services, Islamic Law Abstrak: Praktik jasa pembuatan makalah bukanlah hal yang baru lagi di dalam dunia akademisi. Makalah merupakan salah satu karya tulis ilmiah mengenai suatu topik tertentu sebagai untuk menyelesaikan studi. Adapun permasalah yang dikaji di dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana praktik pembayaran jasa makalah dan tinjauan hukum islam terhadap praktik pembayaran jasa pembuat makalah. Pada dasarnya praktik pembayaran upah jasa pembuat makalah tidak bertentangan dengan syariat islam namun dilarang karena hal itu dilakukan memberikan dampak negatif, seperti pelanggaran kode etik akademik serta kemunafikan intelektual. Didalam al-Qur’an juga dijelaskan bahwa tidak diperbolehkan tolong-menolong yang dapat merugikan orang lain dan berdampak buruk bagi orang lainnya. Abstract

Religious moderation is an approach that emphasizes tolerance, respect for differences, and the maintenance of harmony in religious life. In the context of the Jorong Kampung Mesjid community, religious moderation plays an important role in building effective communication among its recidents. Through moderation, differances in beliefs and religious practices can be managed peacefully , preventig conflict and miscommunication. This study aims to analyze how religious moderation can enhance the effectiveness of social communication in Jorong Kampung Mesjid, through a qualitative approach carried out during service in Jorong Kampung Mesjid, the research finds that religious moderation fosters openness, emphaty, and the strengthening of values of harmony in social interactions. Proper implementation of religious moderation proves to create inclusive and harmonious spaces for dialogue, as well as enchancing solidarity within the community.
