Abstract

This research aims to describe decision-making techniques at SD IT Riyadhoturrohman. This paper uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants for this research include school staff who are directly supported by documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are: (1) Multiple Alternative decision making technique, where this decision making technique is a technique for making decisions based on determining the best alternative from several certain criteria; (2) The inhibiting factors in decision making are the lack of teacher cooperation in taking part in decision making, as well as awareness of the teacher's responsibility for giving opinions when making decisions, (3) The solution to the inhibiting factors is to be advised verbally if still It cannot then be reviewed in writing or in the sanctions policy from the school leadership or principal.

Abstract

Wirid Yasin is one of the practices that are widely carried out by Muslims to get closer to Allah SWT and improve the spiritual aspects in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data related to the implementation of wirid Yasin in the school. The results of the study indicate that the routine implementation of wirid Yasin at MTsN 4 Mandailing Natal has a positive impact on improving the quality of students' religious life. Students experience improvements in spiritual aspects, such as increased piety, inner peace, and better understanding of religion. In addition, wirid Yasin also contributes to creating a religious atmosphere in the school environment, which in turn affects students' morality and attitudes in everyday life. Therefore, the implementation of wirid Yasin can be an effective effort to improve the quality of students' religious life at MTsN 4 Mandailing Natal.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an approach that emphasizes tolerance, respect for differences, and the maintenance of harmony in religious life. In the context of the Jorong Kampung Mesjid community, religious moderation plays an important role in building effective communication among its recidents. Through moderation, differances in beliefs and religious practices can be managed peacefully , preventig conflict and miscommunication. This study aims to analyze how religious moderation can enhance the effectiveness of social communication in Jorong Kampung Mesjid, through a qualitative approach carried out during service in Jorong Kampung Mesjid, the research finds that religious moderation fosters openness, emphaty, and the strengthening of values of harmony in social interactions. Proper implementation of religious moderation proves to create inclusive and harmonious spaces for dialogue, as well as enchancing solidarity within the community.
