Abstract

Background: Dusun Betambak adalah dusun yang memiliki hamparan tanah yang luas sebagai salah satu sumber mata pencaharian warga. Namun, terdapat masalah dalam pemanfaat tanah tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, penulis bermaksud mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pendampingan Pembuatan Pupuk Organik sebagai Upaya Memberdayakan Ekonomi Masyarakat Dusun Betambak.” Metode: Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini, penulis menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR). Di mana, penulis juga turut terjun berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penulis mengadakan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu yang diisi oleh para ahli dari dinas pertanian dan perhutani. Hasil: Penyuluhan tersebut membuahkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pupuk organik sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan akan tersebar luas, membawa dampak positif bagi lingkungan, kesehatan, dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Sayangnya, proses pembuatan pupuk organik bisa memakan waktu dan membutuhkan tenaga yang cukup besar, terutama jika dilakukan secara manual. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan penyuluhan pembuatan pupuk membawa sisi positif dan negatif bagi masyarakat Dusun Betambek, namun begitu masyarakat banyak terbantu secara pengetahuan dan wawasan dari kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

Agriculture is the main sector of livelihood for the people of Tambes Hamlet. Still, the community has not been able to manage it well with various challenges such as limited quality seeds, pest attacks, limited knowledge in managing the economy, and the lure of a more lucrative practical economy. This article aims to support and empower the community in Tambes Hamlet's sustainable agricultural development efforts. Community empowerment is an important step for local resident to contribute to the development process. Sustainable agriculture is the main focus because it has a great impact on daily life. In completing this program, the author took a participatory approach. This approach involves working with various parties such as village officials, farmer groups, and related agencies. The program stages include problem mapping, sustainable agriculture counseling, environmentally friendly pest control, and yield optimization through commodity diversification. 2,000 seedlings were distributed for greening and agricultural yields. Farmer groups were reactivated for program efficiency and sustainability, with technical assistance and regular monitoring. It is hoped that agriculture in Tambes Hamlet can be more productive and improve the welfare of the community.ABSTRAKPertanian merupakan sektor utama mata pencaharian masyarakat Dusun Tambes, namun masyarakat belum bisa mengelola dengan baik dengan berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan bibit berkualitas, serangan hama, adanya keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam mengelola ekonomi, dan iming-iming ekonomi praktis yang lebih menggiurkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam upaya pembangunan pertanian yang berkelanjutan Dusun Tambes. Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah langkah penting agar penduduk lokal dapat berkontribusi dalam proses pembangunan. Pertanian berkelanjutan menjadi fokus utama karena memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari. Tim penulis mengambil pendekatan yang bersifat partisipatif. Pendekatan ini melibatkan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak seperti perangkat desa, kelompok tani, serta dinas terkait. Tahapan program mencakup pemetaan masalah, penyuluhan pertanian berkelanjutan, pengendalian hama ramah lingkungan, serta optimasi hasil melalui diversifikasi komoditas. 2.000 bibit didistribusikan untuk penghijauan dan hasil pertanian. Kelompok tani diaktifkan lagi untuk efisiensi dan keberlanjutan program, dengan pendampingan teknis dan monitoring berkala. Diharapkan pertanian di Dusun Tambes bisa lebih produktif dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Tambes Hamlet is known for its fertile soil and rich natural potential. This land supports the growth of various crops and provides opportunities for farmers. With a good climate and abundant resources, Tambes Hamlet can produce a lot of agricultural products, supporting food needs and the local economy. However, these resources have not been utilized to their full potential, with a lot of empty land and a lack of fruit commodities. Lack of agricultural management knowledge is the main reason for the difficulties faced by farmers. The author conducts land restoration to improve soil quality and farmer knowledge, and works with the government to provide education and distribute planting seeds. These efforts benefit both the environment and the community. In general, in implementing this program, the author divides it into three methods; preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Land restoration is an important process to repair damaged land. The goal is to return the land to a better condition so that it can be used for agriculture or other ecosystems. Restoration methods include reforestation, which is the replanting of trees. Soil conservation is also important to maintain fertile soil quality. Restoration benefits the environment and the community, increasing biodiversity and supporting plant and animal species. Tambes Hamlet faces soil productivity issues that affect agriculture. Soil restoration is needed so that the community can benefit from it.

Abstract

Purpose: Since October 7, 2023, Israel has launched intense aggression against Palestine, resulting in over 11,200 Palestinian deaths by November 12, 2023. In response, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued Fatwa Number 83 of 2023, concerning the law on supporting the Palestinian struggle. One of the arguments cited in the fatwa is a hadith that permits fighting invaders. This study aims to analyze the authenticity (sanad and matan) and interpretation (sharh) of this hadith while exploring its relevance to the Palestinian resistance against the Israeli occupation. Methodology: This study uses a normative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods. Descriptive-analytical is meant here by applying the takhri>j al-h{adi>th method. Results: The analyzed hadith narrates the duel (mubarazah) between Muslim and non-Muslim warriors before the Battle of Badr. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) permitted Ali, Hamzah, and Ubaydah to accept the challenge, resulting in victory. The hadith is authentic and highlights that dueling and armed resistance are permissible when one possesses sufficient skill and strength. Conclusion: According to Islamic law, it is lawful to fight oppressors, and helping others in such efforts—materially or immaterially—is permitted. This supports the MUI’s position that resistance to Israeli aggression is religiously justified. Limitations: This study is limited to one hadith from the MUI fatwa. A broader analysis can be performed using other hadiths or interdisciplinary perspectives. Contribution: This article highlights the content of the MUI fatwa on the permissibility of fighting against invaders in terms of hadith studies using the takhrij method.

Abstract

This article explores the interpretation of Surah al-Mumtaḥanah verses 8–9 and its relevance to the Indonesian Ulama Council’s (MUI) Fatwa No. 83 of 2023, within the context of Israel’s ongoing annexation and aggression against Palestine. The significance of this study lies in the close thematic connection between these Qur’anic verses and the current plight of Palestinians—despite the verses not being explicitly cited in the fatwa. Employing a qualitative library research method, this article combines thematic tafsir with Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological framework to examine the meanings and implications of the verses. The analysis reveals that the verses instruct Muslims not to extend fairness or form alliances with those who expel them from their land. When contextualized within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the verses imply that Muslims should avoid conciliatory relations with Israel. Phenomenologically, the "because motive" behind the interpretation is Israel’s continued aggression, while the "in-order-to motive" is to support the cessation of violence and the attainment of Palestinian independence. These findings highlight the ethical and political dimensions of scriptural interpretation in response to contemporary geopolitical crises.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme para da’i muda melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dakwah yang diselenggarakan oleh organisasi Ittihadul Muballighin di Pondok Pesantren Darussholah Pusat Pakong Modung, Bangkalan, Madura. Fenomena lemahnya kemampuan dakwah yang sistematis, kurangnya wawasan kontemporer, serta keterbatasan metode komunikasi efektif di kalangan da’i muda menjadi latar belakang utama kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua bentuk utama, yaitu pelatihan intensif yang mencakup materi keislaman, teknik retorika dakwah, dan pendampingan langsung dalam praktik dakwah. Peserta yang terlibat adalah para santri pondok pesantren yang tergabung dalam jaringan Ittihadul Muballighin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan menyusun materi dakwah, keterampilan komunikasi publik, serta kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan keislaman kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membentuk da’i muda yang profesional, relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman, serta siap menjadi agen perubahan di tengah masyarakat. pelatihan dan pendampingan ini merupakan model efektif untuk mempersiapkan generasi da’i yang kompeten dan profesional, siap menghadapi tantangan dakwah di era modern.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman ibu-ibu jama’ah yasin dan tahlil desa Dabung mengenai macam-macam puasa sunnah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dirumuskan tiga masalah utama: kurangnya pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis puasa sunnah, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap dalilnya, dan belum adanya bimbingan praktis terkait waktu pelaksanaannya. Melalui metode sosialisasi, ceramah, dan tanya jawab dengan merujuk pada kitab Nayl al-Awtār, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman mereka mengenai ragam puasa sunnah serta menumbuhkan minat untuk mempelajari fikih secara lebih mendalam. Kesimpulannya, penyampaian materi yang sederhana dan partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan wawasan keagamaan masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the low level of public moral awareness regarding the significance of honest behavior (al-Ṣidq) and the negative impact of lying (kaẓẓāb). The main objective of this intervention is to revitalize social conditions that tend to be permissive of dishonest behavior, especially in  horizontal interactions between neighbors, which often trigger disharmony. Women were designated as the primary target audience, given that observations indicated that this group was often involved in dishonest practices, particularly in the context of communal conversations (gossip). This community service method combines socialization and participatory discussions, which are carried out in three stages: 1) Initial Needs Analysis of the sociocultural conditions of the Lerpak Village community. 2) Dissemination of Core Material in the form of hadiths about the recommendation of al-Ṣidq and the prohibition of (kaẓẓāb). And 3) Active Interactive Discussion between the implementation team and participants. The result of this activity was an increase in the community's understanding of honesty (al-Ṣidq), which was emphasized as an essential foundation for maintaining harmonious neighborly relations and strengthening ukhuwah islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood).

Abstract

Cursing and denying the goodness of one's husband are two acts that cause women to become the most numerous inhabitants of hell and are two things that usually occur in married life, so it is necessary to conduct Islamic studies based on the Qur'an and hadith to prevent this. Islamic education is a program held to provide the community with a deep understanding of the hadith that reads Akthar Ahl an-Nār al-Nisā' as an effort to prevent wives from cursing and denying their husbands. The education program, packaged in the form of da'wah, was delivered to the Jama'ah Majelis Muslimatan in the village of Katol Barat, Geger District, Bangkalan Regency, whose members are all married women. This program was carried out using lectures and case studies of community habits related to the material presented. The results of this program provided a deep understanding of behaviors that are usually considered normal, such as cursing, even though it is prohibited in Islam.
