Abstract

Abstract Mental health problems in today's life often occur among teenagers, ranging from stress, and depression to frustration in facing various physical trials, demands, and challenges. This study aims to determine the role, impact, and whether Army BTS can solve life's problems. The method used in this study was qualitative with three respondents, data collection was carried out using interviews and observation. The results of this study state that the Army BTS community can be used as a way to voice everything in the form of self-love and provide motivation. The impact of community is on one's mental health, knowing how to deal with one's condition, having friends to share stories with, and helping you get back on your feet. Abstract

This study aims to look at the role of self-compassion and social support together in the tendency to depression in drug rehabilitation patients. The participants of this study were 46 drug rehabilitation patients in the city of Surabaya. Research data collection was obtained by physically distributing questionnaires to drug rehabilitation patients. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 for Windows. The results showed that there was a negative and significant effect of self-compassion on depression tendencies in drug rehabilitation patients. Meanwhile, support does not have a significant effect on the tendency of depression in drug rehabilitation patients. The effective contribution of self-compassion and social support to depression tendencies in drug rehabilitation patients is 33.1%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran self-compassion dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kecenderungan depresi pada pasien rehabilitasi narkoba. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah pasien rehabilitasi narkoba di Kota Surabaya sejumlah 46 orang. Pengambilan data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara fisik pada pasien rehabilitasi narkoba. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara self-compassion terhadap kecenderungan depresi pada pasien rehabilitasi narkoba. Sedangkan dukungan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan depresi pasien rehabilitasi narkoba. Adapun sumbangan efektif self-compassion dan dukungan sosial terhadap kecenderungan depresi pada pasien rehabilitasi narkoba adalah sebesar 33,1%.

Abstract

The adult development phase is one of the most dynamic and complex periods of life. Adults are required to achieve emotional independence, career stability, social responsibility, and a balance between personal and professional life. However, the fast-paced digital reality presents new challenges for adults during this phase. Engagement in the digital world can offer self-development opportunities through access to information, online learning, and social connectivity. This study examines the implementation of digital psychology on adult development from an educational perspective using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with PRISMA methodology. The study analyzes 6 articles published between 2015 and 2025. The results indicate that the psychological aspects of adults can be influenced by digital use. In adulthood, activities in the digital space include several activities such as using social media, using smartphones and laptops, accessing artificial intelligence on various platforms, and accessing internet search engines. This is in line with the visual representation of the concept of neuroplasticity, which reveals that the use of artificial intelligence has negative effects on spatial cognition and navigation skills as well as disrupts social cognition in adults. In general, it indicates that the psychological aspects of adults can be influenced by digital space usage in the context of education. ABSTRAK Fase perkembangan dewasa merupakan salah satu periode kehidupan yang paling dinamis dan kompleks. Individu dewasa dituntut untuk mencapai kemandirian emosional, stabilitas karier, tanggung jawab sosial, serta keseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan profesional. Namun, realitas digital yang serba cepat menghadirkan tantangan baru bagi individu dewasa pada fase ini. Keterlibatan dalam dunia digital dapat memberikan peluang pengembangan diri melalui akses informasi, pembelajaran daring, dan konektivitas sosial. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi psikologi digital terhadap perkembangan dewasa dalam perspektif dunia pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA. Analisis penelitian ini melalui 6 artikel     yang diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 2015–2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek psikologis individu dewasa dapat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan digital. Pada fase dewasa, aktivitas di ruang digital meliputi beberapa aktivitas seperti penggunaan sosial media, penggunaan smartphones dan laptop, akses kecerdasan buatan di berbagai platform serta akses pada mesin pencarian internet. Hal ini sejalan dengan representasi visual dari konsep neuroplastisitas, yang mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan kecerdasan buatan memiliki dampak yang buruk pada kognitif spasial dan kemampuan navigasi serta mengganggu kognitif sosial pada dewasa. Secara umum, menunjukkan bahwa aspek psikologis pada dewasa dapat dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan di ruang digital pada aspek pendidikan.
