Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peubah dependen Business Longevity pelaku usaha mikro dipengaruhi tiga variabel bebas a nilai- nilai sikap, efikasi diri dan Cognitive Dissonance dengan variabel pemoderasi Islamic Spiritual values. Disain riset menggunakan riset kuantitatif survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling masyarakat sebagai responden merupakan pelaku usaha mikro di wilayah Klaten sejumlah 110 responden. Melalui uji model Stuctural Equation peneliti menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam model secara simultan. Uji Model meliputi uji deskripsi responden dan deskripsi variabel, uji kesahihan butir, uji keandalan butir, uji regresi dan uji pemoderasi secara simultan dengan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak AMOS. Hasil uji membuktikan terdapat pengaruh langsung nilai- nilai sikap, efikasi diri dan Cognitive Dissonance terhadap Business Longevity . Uji pemoderasi variabel Islamic Spiritual value mampu memperkuat tiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen. Implikasi manajerial melalui terbuktinya model diperlukan strategi bagi pamangku kepentingan untuk menyusun upaya agar semakin meningkat etos Islamic spiritual value. Temuan riset, wilayah Kabupaten Klaten memiliki kadar religiusitas tinggi dengan istilah lain Islamic spiritual values mampu berperan sebagai variabel pemoderasi.

Abstract

The assistance activity for empowering Posyandu (integrated service center) toddlers in Pilangsari Gondang Village, Klaten Regency aims to improve the quality system of Posyandu services, increase the participation of mothers and young women in serving the community so that the effectiveness of activities to fight toddler stunting in the village is achieved. The model of activities carried out includes: 1) Service-Quality Capacity Building for Posyandu services for toddlers, 2) Technology Transfer. To achieve this goal, several activities are carried out in assistance: a) Evaluation of the quality of Posyandu for toddlers b) Establishment of a Service-Quality network (c) Training and development of healthy toddler services to fight stunting d) Improvement of supporting facilities/infrastructure to develop services f) entrepreneurial training for making dry and wet cakes based on village characteristics to improve nutrition for toddlers and the community. Based on activities, the results of an effective activity model are obtained, where mothers and young women are enthusiastic about participating in the program and this lead to the formation of a foundation for empowering the quality of excellent toddler Posyandu services in the village to fight toddler stunting.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is an investigation of scientific activities related to problems in the field of science based on sharia-based health services. The purpose of the research training activity for education and training for employees at three Islamic General Hospitals (RSUI) is to train, answer and practice learning comprehensive sharia concepts based on scientific methods. This community service develops science by conducting observations, identifying problems, formulating problems, proposing frameworks, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, analyzing data, interpreting data and drawing conclusions. A good mindset is needed to carry out research, namely a logical and empirical mindset. The results of the activity obtained positive changes in the emergence of changes in thinking before and after training, increasing the education and training employees’ ability in practicing research activities, data processing, and increasing the ability to interpret research outputs
