Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the various challenges and obstacles faced in the implementation of the Regional Government Information System Republic Indonesia (SIPD RI) for financial administration in Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Agency (DCKTRP)The background of this study is based on the urgent need to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency in regional financial management through the use of information technology. This is in line with the demands for modernization of governance, especially in terms of more efficient and accurate financial management. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, in which researchers conducted direct observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies from the (DCKTRP) of Kotawaringin Regency. The findings of this study indicate that although SIPD RI was designed with the aim of accelerating the reporting process and facilitating access to financial data, its implementation still faces a number of significant obstacles. These obstacles include the limitations of inadequate technological infrastructure, lack of human resource competence in operating the system, and technical problems that interfere with the accessibility of several important features in SIPD RI. In addition, internal bureaucratic obstacles also slow down the response to problems that arise during the implementation process. From the results of this study, it is concluded that in order to achieve SIPD RI optimization, more serious efforts are needed to improve human resource competency through intensive training, strengthening technological infrastructure, and adjusting to more flexible operational procedures. Thus, SIPD can achieve its main goal of increasing transparency, accountability, and efficiency of regional financial management in real time, which will ultimately provide great benefits for regional financial management in Human Settlement and Spatial palnning Agency (DCKTRP) Kotawaringin Timur

Abstract

The gig economy has significantly transformed work patterns and labor market dynamics. This study presents a systematic literature review to identify conceptual trends in research on gig economy workers. Employing descriptive analysis, 157 articles from the Scopus database (2017–2023) were analyzed using VOSviewer. The findings reveal three primary concepts: the gig economy, online platforms, and workers. Moreover, the analysis indicates that digital technology positively and negatively impacts gig economy workers, highlighting workers' need to comprehend the digital ecosystem. Policymakers have a pivotal role in ensuring adequate employment protection for these workers. However, this study is limited to data from Scopus and excludes publications from 2024. Future research should include a comparative analysis using the Web of Science (WoS) database and extend the period frame to provide a more comprehensive perspective.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of interactive CSR communication, employee advocacy, and digital co-creation as strategic tools in managing brand reputation in the digital era. With increasing digital engagement from younger consumers and heightened brand vulnerability on social media, this research aims to understand how interactive communication practices can enhance brand trust and mitigate reputational crises. The study adopts a narrative review methodology, synthesizing recent literature on AI-enabled communication tools, sentiment analysis, employee-driven advocacy, and digital storytelling in crisis communication and CSR campaigns. The findings reveal that explicit and participatory CSR communication, supported by real-time feedback mechanisms and AI technologies, significantly strengthens brand authenticity and stakeholder trust. Moreover, organizational readiness in terms of culture, regulation, and technological infrastructure is found to be a key enabler in sustaining message coherence and credibility. Employee advocacy further amplifies brand identity when internal communication aligns with external narratives. The study emphasizes the need for holistic communication strategies that combine technological innovation with ethical oversight and stakeholder inclusion. As digital transformation reshapes corporate communication, proactive integration of sentiment analytics, influencer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. The insights provided here offer practical and theoretical guidance for designing resilient communication systems and call for future research into digital trust, narrative dynamics, and cross-cultural communication impacts.

Abstract

This narrative review explores the evolution of brand communication strategies within the digital marketing ecosystem, emphasizing the growing significance of omnichannel approaches and emerging technologies in building consumer engagement and brand loyalty. The review aims to evaluate how integrated communication practices—especially those employing artificial intelligence (AI), data-driven personalization, and immersive technologies like virtual reality (VR)—redefine consumer-brand interactions. Literature was collected through comprehensive searches in Scopus and Google Scholar using a Boolean-based strategy with keywords such as "digital marketing," "social media," "brand communication," and "consumer engagement." Inclusion criteria focused on peer-reviewed studies from the past five years that investigated digital branding strategies in developed and developing contexts. Results indicate that omnichannel brand strategies significantly outperform single-channel approaches by offering cohesive, multi-platform experiences that enhance loyalty and trust. AI-based personalization tools and VR-enabled brand experiences deepen user engagement by tailoring communication and delivering authentic interactions. However, the literature also highlights significant disparities in digital capacity across regions, with ethical issues like greenwashing and data privacy violations undermining consumer trust.  The findings suggest the need for policy-level interventions to promote sustainable, ethical, and inclusive brand communication. Stakeholders must align digital strategies with evolving consumer expectations and regulatory demands. Future research should explore the real-world efficacy of these tools and develop region-specific best practices to close the digital divide.
