Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku komsumtif ini kerap kali dikaitkan dengan kegemaran untuk berbelanja yang didasarkan oleh keinginan dan stres atas aktivitas yang dilakukan sehingga seseorang rela untuk mengorbankan segala sesuatu demi memiliki produk atau jasa yang diinginkan. Perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern, teknologi yang berkembang pesat serta kehidupan manusia yang dinamis diiringi dengan tingkat pendapatan yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, penggunaan shopee paylater dan life style terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa penggunaan shopee paylater dan life style berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Namun literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Konsumtif Mahasiswa, Literasi Keuangan, Penggunaan Shopee Paylater dan Life Style

Abstract

The gig economy has significantly transformed work patterns and labor market dynamics. This study presents a systematic literature review to identify conceptual trends in research on gig economy workers. Employing descriptive analysis, 157 articles from the Scopus database (2017–2023) were analyzed using VOSviewer. The findings reveal three primary concepts: the gig economy, online platforms, and workers. Moreover, the analysis indicates that digital technology positively and negatively impacts gig economy workers, highlighting workers' need to comprehend the digital ecosystem. Policymakers have a pivotal role in ensuring adequate employment protection for these workers. However, this study is limited to data from Scopus and excludes publications from 2024. Future research should include a comparative analysis using the Web of Science (WoS) database and extend the period frame to provide a more comprehensive perspective.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of disaster archival document management and strengthen financial governance within the Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) in Palangka Raya City. Orderly, systematic, and accountable archive management is a crucial factor in supporting a rapid, precise, and coordinated disaster response. Furthermore, transparent and efficient financial governance is the foundation for program sustainability and public trust in the organization. This training program is designed to provide MDMC administrators and volunteers with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, procedures, and best practices in disaster archive management and organizational finances. The implementation method includes presentations through interactive lectures combined with group discussions to identify real-world problems and solutions. Participants also have the opportunity to engage in hands-on practice, such as compiling disaster archival documents, managing archive databases, and creating simple financial reports in accordance with nonprofit accounting standards. Furthermore, this training introduces national regulations related to archiving and data protection, ensuring that practices are aligned with statutory provisions. The results of the training demonstrated an increased understanding of the participants regarding the importance of archive management and financial governance, as evidenced by their ability to systematically organize documents and present accountable financial reports. It is hoped that, after the training, participants will be able to consistently apply these principles in MDMC's operational activities. This will create a well-organized documentation system, accountable financial management, and an MDMC institution that is increasingly professional, effective, and responsive to community needs in emergency situations. This activity is a strategic step to strengthen MDMC's role as the vanguard in disaster management at the local and national levels.

Abstract

The fishing industry in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, has great potential for development. However, farmers face problems related to feed availability and prices, as well as limitations in digital marketing. This community service program aims to provide skills to the “Berkat Bersama” Business Group through training in independent fish feed production using local materials with automatic machines and digital marketing training. The activities were carried out in a participatory manner, including preparation and coordination, procurement of materials, assembly of feed printing equipment, module development, dissemination of information on the importance of quality feed and the use of local materials, and training on marketing strategies using digital media. Monitoring and evaluation were conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and participant testimonials. The pre-test results showed that the majority of participants were in the “Poor Understanding” (75%) and “No Understanding” (12.5%) categories. After the training, there were no more participants in these two categories, while 12.5% of participants reached the “Fair Understanding” category, 25% “Understanding,” and 25% “Very Understanding.” Participant testimonials reinforce that this program is useful as a means to increase independence in feed supply, expand the marketing network for fishery products, and strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of freshwater fish farming businesses in Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This community service activity was implemented at SDN 3 Tangkiling to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among elementary school students by integrating financial literacy and exploring creative professions. The program emphasized enhancing students' comprehension of fundamental financial principles through socialization activities and rudimentary buying and selling simulations using play money. The “Mini Shop” activity was implemented to facilitate students' learning about the value of money, the distinction between needs and wants, and the importance of saving. This activity was designed using an active and contextual learning approach, which aligns with the characteristics of elementary school students and the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, emphasizing character building, independence, and creativity. Additionally, the exploration of creative professions was undertaken through the implementation of role-playing and interactive discussions, thereby introducing a variety of occupations and cultivating an interest in entrepreneurship from an early age. The outcomes of the activity indicated that students exhibited increased enthusiasm and comprehension of fundamental financial concepts and demonstrated an interest in elementary entrepreneurial activities. It is anticipated that this program will evolve into an inspirational learning model for instilling financial literacy and entrepreneurial spirit at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Rendahnya indeks literasi ekonomi syariah di kalangan digital native menjadi tantangan besar di tengah pesatnya digitalisasi keuangan. Meskipun literasi keuangan nasional telah mencapai 66,46%, literasi ekonomi syariah masih tertinggal di angka 43,42%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme optimalisasi AI-based personalized marketing sebagai strategi transformatif dalam mengakselerasi literasi ekonomi syariah. Menggunakan metode studi literatur kualitatif, penelitian ini mensintesis berbagai literatur mengenai kecerdasan buatan, pemasaran digital, dan edukasi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi AI, seperti Machine Learning dan Natural Language Processing, mampu mentransformasi materi ekonomi syariah yang kompleks menjadi konten edukasi yang personal dan adaptif bagi pengguna. Model ini mengubah customer journey menjadi learner journey yang tersegmentasi berdasarkan karakteristik psikografis individu. Temuan riset menekankan bahwa strategi ini harus didukung oleh transparansi algoritma, perlindungan privasi sesuai UU PDP, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip Maqasid al-Syariah. Kolaborasi antara regulator dan pengembang teknologi menjadi kunci untuk menciptakan ekosistem literasi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat digital native.

Abstract

Generation Z grew up in a digital era dominated by technology and social media, thus affecting their consumption patterns and preferences for marketing content. Studies show that they trust recommendations from influencers and organic content more than conventional advertising. With shorter attention spans, effective marketing content should be concise, engaging, and easy to understand. Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts are the main tools in reaching this young audience. However, the main challenge is creating content that not only grabs momentary attention but also builds long-term attachment. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze the effectiveness of content-based marketing in attracting Generation Z. The results show that an effective marketing strategy involves three main elements: the use of influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC), content personalization with artificial intelligence (AI), and adaptation to algorithm changes and digital trends. By optimizing this strategy, brands can increase audience engagement, build trust, and drive customer loyalty. Therefore, a data-driven approach and creativity are key in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of digital marketing in the modern era.
