Abstract

One of the problems faced by students at the high school/vocational high school level is confusion in choosing higher education. This is because they do not yet have an idea of the field of science and job prospects of the science that will be taken in higher education. Choosing the right study program will determine the direction of your future career, so it is necessary to introduce one of the fields of science that will be studied at the higher education level, one of which is through supply chain management. The purpose of implementing community service activities is to introduce the cluster of sciences in Industrial Engineering so that it becomes a reference for students in determining their career direction according to their interests and ideals. This community service activity was carried out using the simulation and game method with Beer Game. This activity began with a pretest, continued with a simulation, and closed with a posttest. The results of this activity showed that students had understood the basic concepts of supply chain management well. In the future, direct field activities will likely be carried out so that students' understanding of this matter becomes deeper.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa pada tingkat SMA/SMK sederajad adalah kebingungan dalam memilih pendidikan tingkat tinggi. Hal ini karena mereka belum memiliki gambaran terhadap bidang ilmu dan prospek pekerjaan dari ilmu yang akan ditempuh di pendidikan tinggi. Memilih program studi tepat akan menentukan arah karier di masa depan, sehingga untuk menjawab masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan pengenalan terhadap salah satu bidang ilmu yang akan dipelajari di tingkat pendidikan tinggi salah satunya adalah ilmu manajemen rantai pasok yang dipelajari di program studi Teknik Industri UNIBA. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu untuk memperkenalkan rumpun ilmu di Teknik Industri agar menjadi salah satu referensi bagi siswa-siswi dalam menentukan arah karier sesuai dengan minat dan cita-citanya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode simulaasi dan permainan dengan Beer Game. Beer Game adalah simulasi yang meniru rantai pasokan. Pemain mengambil peran seperti pabrik, distributor, grosir, dan pengecer, dan membuat keputusan yang mempengaruhi aliran barang dan tingkat persediaan. Bahan yang butuhkan adalah papan beer game, kartu, pensil, chip permainan, dan slip pesanan. Permainan Rantai Pasokan adalah cara interaktif dan menarik untuk mempelajari pentingnya komunikasi, koordinasi, dan perkiraan dalam rantai pasokan. Dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan siswa tingkat SMA/SMK Sederajad dapat memahami rumpun ilmu manajemen rantai pasok sebagai referensi mereka memilih jurusan dan karir di masa depan. Abstract

Stingless bee (Trigona sp.) farming training serves as a practical and contextual strategy to foster entrepreneurial spirit among students in Islamic boarding schools. This activity was carried out at Oemah Jampi for the students of Isy Karima Islamic Boarding School with the aim of providing technical understanding of stingless bee (Trigona) farming and fostering business motivation based on local potential. The training encompassed educational sessions, hands-on technical workshops, practical field activities, and evaluations through pre- and post-tests. Results indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding, with average scores rising from 48.3 to 84.6. Additionally, students proposed simple business ideas, such as producing packaged honey and developing derivative products. The enthusiastic response from participants and the conducive environment of the boarding school suggest that stingless bee farming holds substantial promise as a medium for practical entrepreneurship education. This training not only transferred technical skills but also successfully instilled a sense of economic independence aligned with the boarding school's character. Similar training models have the potential to be replicated in other Islamic boarding schools as part of developing students' creative economies. Abstract

This study aims to design a halal supply chain model for Joper chicken by integrating the Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000), the Indonesian National Standard for halal poultry slaughtering (SNI 99002:2016), and the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. The research identifies ten Halal Critical Points (HCPs) along the supply chain from upstream to downstream. Through direct observation, interviews with stakeholders (farmers, brokers, poultry slaughterhouse operators, and restaurant owners), and literature review, this study identifies potential risks that could threaten halal status. A total of 31 risk events were mapped using the guidelines from SNI 99002:2016. The SCOR model was then applied to systematically structure the halal supply chain framework based on five pillars: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. The result is a comprehensive and integrated halal supply chain model that enhances traceability, control, and assurance of halal integrity in the Joper chicken business processes. The proposed halal supply chain model enhances traceability, halal quality control, and risk management across all stages. This model serves as a valuable reference for industry practitioners and policymakers to strengthen halal assurance systems in Indonesia's poultry sector.

Abstract

Limbah Tankos atau Tandan Kosong dari kelapa sawit adalah satu jenis limbah padat dari kelapa sawit, jumlahnya terus meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya aktivitas produksi CPO. Setelah menjadi CPO sebagai bahan baku, kemudian CPO disimpan dalam tangki-tangki timbun sebelum siolah menjadi produk turunan (Mulyadi et al., 2023). Setiap proses produksi CPO tidak terlepas dari limbah terutama limbah tandan kosong (tankos). Menurut (Septiawan et al., 2014) strategi penghematan pupuk kimia dan perbaikan berkelanjutan dengan pemanfaatan limbah padat dan pengurangan limbah B3. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti penumpukan limbah padat pada pabrik CPO, penurunan estetika lingkungan, dan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan serta lingkungan akibat pengelolaan yang tidak tepat, seperti pembakaran tangkos yang menyebabkan polusi udara dan kontribusi pada pemanasan global. Selain itu, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai alternatif pengolahan tangkos sering kali di biarkan begitu saja. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai alternatif pengolahan limbah tangkos memperparah situasi ini. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, program pelatihan dan pendampingan daur ulang tangkos menjadi pupuk organik merupakan solusi inovatif yang mudah dilakukan. Tujuan program ini mengintegrasikan edukasi lingkungan, pelatihan teknologi tepat guna, dan pengembangan kreativitas serta kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan warga desa Padang Luas, Langgam sebagai target utama dengan pendekatan berbasis partisipatif dan praktik langsung. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan memiliki beberapa tahapan antara lain: Tahap sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, Tahap pelaksanaan pembuatan kompos tangkos dan Tahap refleksi kegiatan.
