Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to revitalize the Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ) and the activation of Yasinan gatherings in Nagari Pasia Laweh as part of the Universitas Negeri Padang’s community service program (KKN). A descriptive qualitative approach was used, focusing on participatory observation and documentation. The TPQ revitalization included environmental cleaning, playful learning methods, and more effective time management. The Yasinan gatherings were aimed at strengthening social bonds among villagers. Findings reveal increased participation among children in TPQ activities and higher attendance in Yasinan by local women. In conclusion, the TPQ revitalization and Yasinan reactivation successfully fostered a more positive learning environment and social interactions in Pasia Laweh.Keywords: TPQ Revitalization, Yasinan, Pasia Laweh, Community Service, Social Interaction

Abstract

Title: The Impact of Administrative Ethics on the Effectiveness of Public Service at the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province This study explores the influence of administrative ethics on the effectiveness of public services at the Social Service Office of West Sumatra Province. Employing a mixed-methods approach, both qualitative and quantitative data were collected through surveys and interviews with employees and service users. The findings reveal that adherence to ethical standards significantly enhances the efficiency and quality of public services. Key ethical principles such as transparency, accountability, and fairness were found to be crucial in shaping positive service outcomes. The study highlights that fostering a strong ethical culture within the administrative framework can lead to improved public satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Recommendations for policy improvements are also discussed to support better service delivery.
