Abstract

Pertumbuhan pengguna internet di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan aktivitas e-commerce, termasuk di Zalora. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, gaya hidup, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian di ecommerce Zalora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode sampling mengunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 125 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Zalora di kalangan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga produk fashion menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan (t hitung = 4.048, signifikansi = 0.000), di mana harga yang kompetitif menjadi pertimbangan utama konsumen. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh signifikan (t hitung = 2.424, signifikansi = 0.017), dengan konsumen cenderung memilih produk berkualitas tinggi. Promosi terbukti menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh (t hitung = 6.263, signifikansi = 0.000), di mana berbagai bentuk promosi efektif menarik minat beli konsumen. Sebaliknya, gaya hidup tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t hitung = 0.689, signifikansi = 0.492). Kesimpulannya penelitian ini dapat memberikan indikasi terhadap ecommerce Zalora untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian produk fashion.

Abstract

Eco-friendly dowry design training aims to increase people's knowledge and skills in processing waste into economically valuable products. This activity was carried out by the community service team with the Ardian Collection MSME, Tamanan Village, Bandar Kidul District, Kediri City, as an effort to manage household waste, especially used paper and plastic, through the 3R process (reduce, reuse, recycle). This training provides an understanding of systematic and sustainable waste management, as well as utilizing used items such as plastic bottles, cloth and newspapers into dowry works of art. Training methods include outreach, demonstrations and direct practice in creating waste-based products. As a result, participants succeeded in producing dowry works made from recycled materials that were aesthetic and of high selling value, while reducing environmental waste. This activity is expected to improve community welfare through optimizing waste into value-added goods and supporting environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

Pada bayi BBLR, kemampuan menyusu secara oral merupakan salah satu kriteria keluar dari rumah sakit. Ketidakmampuan refleks hisap pada bayi disebabkan oleh kemampuan otot menghisap masih lemah dan kemampuan oral belum stabil yang mengakibatkan berat badan belum optimal. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terapi stimulasi oral terhadap reflek menghisap dan peningkatan berat badan bayi BBLR di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan jenis penelitian pra eksperimen dengan two group pre test - post test design yaitu penelitian ini terdapat dua kelompok intervensi dan kontrol yang mana setiap kelompok akan mendapat test dua kali sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kelompok intervensi diberikan tindakan stimulasi oral dan pendampingan keluarga sedangkan kelompok control mendapat perlakukan sesuai SOP rumah sakit untuk bayi BBLR. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bayi berat badan lahir rendah di ruang siti hajar RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara bulan November Tahun 2025 sebanyak 53 bayi BBLR. Jumlah sampel dihitung dengan rumus slovin didapatkan sampel sebanyak 47 bayi. Teknik sampel yaitu consecutif sampling (berurutan). Instrument yang digunakan adalah early feeding assessment dan penimbangan berat badan. Analisa data menggunakan uji uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan ada pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terapi stimulasi oral terhadap reflek menghisap pada bayi BBLR di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara dengan nilai p = 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Ada pengaruh pendampingan keluarga terapi stimulasi oral terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi BBLR di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara dengan nilai p = 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Saran yang dapat diberikan pada penelitian selanjutnya yaitu menambahkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi peningkatan berat badan bayi BBLR seperti faktor nutrisi ibu dan lama perawatan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to conduct a systematic review of the literature on digital well-being, focusing on the paradigm shift from merely reducing screen time to achieving profound eudaimonic consumer outcomes. This study investigates how the paradoxical effects of digital connectivity can be managed and transformed into a strategic asset for organizations in building brand equity and long-term loyalty. Research Design & Methods: Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) protocol guided by the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) framework, an analysis was conducted on 84 scientific publications from Q1-ranked journals from 2018 to 2026. The selection process included identifying central themes, conducting qualitative content analysis, and synthesizing data on digital well-being interventions, consumer behavior, and transformative marketing strategies. Findings: The research findings reveal the existence of a “Technology and Consumer Well-being Paradox Model,” in which connectivity acts as a double-edged sword: it facilitates autonomy and personal growth while simultaneously triggering technostress and cognitive load. It was found that the current market is dominated by strategies of “individual responsabilization” through digital self-control tools; however, there are strategic opportunities for brands to integrate digital well-being into their value propositions to enhance trust and meaningful engagement, particularly through “eudaimonic entertainment” and corporate digital responsibility. Implications & Recommendations: Organizations are advised to adopt empathetic digital designs that prioritize the quality of interactions over the quantity of attention. Recommendations include aligning communication strategies with “right to disconnect” regulations and leveraging AI for personalization that supports users’ mental health. Contribution & Value Added: This study makes a theoretical contribution by conceptualizing digital well-being as a strategic asset within the Transformative Consumer Research (TCR) framework, offering a new perspective that holistically aligns business profitability with human well-being.
