Abstract

Purpose - The recent Covid-19 pandemic has stagnated the majority of economic sectors, especially Micro-enterprises. This is observed in the inability of most Micro-enterprises to develop during the period, thereby, leading to bankruptcy and a change in sales strategy through a digitalization scheme to obtain more comprehensive marketing access. Therefore, this research was conducted to initiate the ideal e-marketing adoption model for small micro-enterprises. Methodology - This research uses qualitative exploration approach. The samples were selected using snowball sampling technique by moving gradually from one individual to another. Moreover, the analyzed through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Findings - The results showed that there are two categories of digital business programs which include startup training and development as well as scale-up training and development. The main contribution of the implementation of the Digital-Based Economic Recovery Program is facilitating the micro-enterprises in Indonesia accessibility to become participants in sustainable empowerment, increasing the micro-enterprises in Indonesia business performance capacity, and encouraging the micro-enterprises competitiveness increased to penetrate the suitable international market standards. Originality - The program is expected to serve as a role model based on mutual relations to ensure optimal empowerment of Micro-enterprises supported by the use of appropriate technology.

Abstract

Digital marketing is the answer to internationalization several obstacles of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in dealing with the society 5.0 era market dynamics. The virtual world has emerged as a promising platform for various marketing activities can significantly encourage MSMEs to improve business performance. The research aims to improve business performance by implementing a digital marketing sustainability model so it can be a solution for MSMEs to penetrate the international market in the society 5.0 era. The research method is an exploratory qualitative approach by collecting data based on in-depth interviews with related informants. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, in which the main criteria are MSMEs assisted by the Central Java Government. The research analysis flow is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results show the "TUWO" solution model can be implemented in two ways, including (1) education and increasing digital marketing knowledge; (2) mentoring and business model development. This research implies a multiplier effect by improving MSME business performance at the international level through the government's role in facilitating online single submission programs to monitors in an integrated manner, so another government can adopt the successful implementation later of the "TUWO" model.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengelola Panti Asuhan Riyaadlul Jannah Semarang terkait dengan kelangsungan usaha online anak-anak asuh yang cenderung stagnan akibat kurangnya pemahaman dalam perolehan engagement di pasar. Brand image merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang harus dimiliki oleh pengusaha era digital agar mampu terus eksis dipasar dan tidak mudah tergerus oleh pendatang baru ataupun pesaing lainnya. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan secara komprehensif tentang pembuatan konten digital menarik di media sosial dan pelatihan serta pendampingan yang dimulai dari pembuatan akun media sosial, penentuan jenis konten, hingga caption menarik yang mampu membentuk brand image dan menghasilkan engagement positif. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan kemampuan dan kreativitas anak asuh mengelola konten digital pada media sosial akan berdampak terhadap pembentukan brand image toko online dan meningkatnya engagement. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah IbM (IPTEKS bagi Masyarakat) yang dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan arahan secara komunikasi dua arah (duplex), dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan keterampilan dan pendampingan pembentukan brand image melalui konten digital yang menarik dimedia sosial.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Reward, Punishment, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 83 pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang. Teknik untuk mengambil sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh artinya semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data primer yang didapatkan dengan melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan kepada semua responden. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan diperiksa dengan evaluasi tahap instrumen penelitian dengan meliputi (uji realibilitas dan uji validitas). Tahapan uji asumsi konvensional meliputii ( multikolinearitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji validitas). Uji asumsi klasik meliputi (heteroskedasitas,nuji normalitas, dan uji multikolinearitas). Tahap ini melibatkan pengujian hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji f), uji parsial (uji t). Temuan yang telah dilakukan mengungkapkan bahwasannya variabel reward, punishment, dan disiplin kerja semua memiliki pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja dari pegawai Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Semarang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Reward; Punishment; Disiplin Kerja; Kinerja. Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine Reward, Punishment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Semarang. The type of research in this research is quantitative. The population in this study consisted of 83 employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Semarang City. The technique for taking samples using a saturated sample means that the entire population is used as a sample. This research is to analyze the primary data obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed to all respondents. The data that has been collected will be examined by evaluating the research instrument stage by covering (reliability test and validity test). The conventional assumption test stages include (multicollinearity, reliability test, and validity test). The classic assumption test includes (heteroscedasticity, normality test, and multicollinearity test). This stage involves testing the hypotheses that have been proposed in this study using the coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (f test), partial test (t test). The findings that have been made reveal that the variables of reward, punishment, and work discipline all have a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Semarang City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprise Office, either partially or simultaneously. Abstract

A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. Abstract

Munculnya dunia digital di pasar global telah merevolusi berbagai industri terkemuka. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong konsumen terutama gen Z di Kota Semarang dalam memilih antara platform TV tradisional dan Over-the-Top (OTT). Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah konten, kenyamanan, persepsi nilai, persepsi harga terhadap preferensi konsumen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan Hair dengan 153 responden yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria seseorang yang mencakup usia 18-26 tahun berdomisili di Kota Semarang, serta pernah menonton TV tradisional dan konsumen platform OTT. Metode Analisis yang di gunakan penilitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pada hasil penelitian ini, ditunjukkan bahwa variabel konten, kenyamanan, persepsi nilai, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap preferensi konsumen gen Z di Kota Semarang dari TV tradisional ke OTT, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menawarkan kesempatan berharga bagi layanan streaming online, video-on-demand, operator TV tradisional, dan produsen konten hiburan untuk lebih memahami dan mengadaptasi diri terhadap preferensi konsumen.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah qouta sampling, dengan 80 responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, sedangkan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to explore an integrated model related to mechanisms or operational standards for the leadership succession planning system through developing talent management theory and analyzing Indonesian Government Agencies that can be involved in implementing the succession planning system. The research is qualitative through comparative studies and literature reviews in the form of regulations related to managing state civil servants (ASN) using an exploratory, and descriptive analysis method. The findings in this research are that the government can optimally implement the operational mechanisms or standards to build an integrated succession planning system through talent management in each government agency. The results of this research recommend that the succession planning system be an urgent element to be realized immediately and to create future leaders who are professional, dignified, and able to become the central axis in the wheels of a future government.
