Abstract

This community service program aimed to optimize the water tourism potential of Pangancraan Hamlet, Cijulang, Pangandaran as a driving force of the local economic growth. Despite its natural beauty, which is ideal for river tubing, the tourism sector remains underdeveloped due to limited promotion, uncoordinated tourism management, and declining community enthusiasm for managing tourism activities. Revitalization of the "Cijoelang Rafting" attraction will open up greater local economic opportunities and improve the well-being of the community, while also preserving the environment and local culture. The implementation of the program included four stages: preparation, implementation of counseling, monitoring, and forming an implementation agreement for community partnership programs (fostered villages) with Siliwangi University. The program included outreach efforts to rekindle the community spirit and raise awareness of the importance of effective tourism management. By using a participatory approach that involved the community in decision-making and project implementation, the program sought to ensure the sustainability of tourism management in Pangancraan Hamlet. The participants in the outreach program came from various generations and communities, ensuring that people from all segments of society could gain valuable experiences and insights that could be shared with other group members. Throughout the activity, the participants were actively engaged in interaction and communication.

Abstract

The housing industry is experiencing an increase in demand, especially subsidized housing. Various factors are the main considerations for consumers in determining purchasing decisions such as environment, green open space, price, and location. The object of this research is 4 subsidized housing in Tasikmalaya Regency. This model measures government public policy as a moderating in deciding to buy a subsidized house. This study uses primary data in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire to measure each variable. The sample determination technique uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research method uses SEM - PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). The results showed that government policy has a moderating role for the environment on housing purchase decisions. Environmental, green open space and price have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. The implication of this finding will be the establishment of supporting facilities related to the location of subsidized housing. In this case the government needs to ensure that public facilities are available before the subsidized housing project is implemented.

Abstract

Desa-desa wisata di seluruh wilayah Indonesia menampilkan pengalaman yang sangat unik bagi pengunjung atau wisatawan, seiring dengan terpenuhinya kehidupan yang berkelanjutan bagi komunitas wisata lokal. Ekosistem yang tercipta dari kemasan antara pengalaman hidup di pedesaan, alam terbuka dan kesenian merupakan refleksi penerapan desa wisata. Desa wisata hadir untuk memberikan pengalaman yang autentik dan eksotik dalam menjelajahi kehidupan pedesaan khususnya di Desa Neglasari Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Provinsi Jawa Barat sekaligus menghadirkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya sejak mulai dari kelompok sadar wisata, badan usaha milik desa, maupun kelompok masyarakat lainnya. Tantangan ekonomi dan lingkungan yang terus berkembang, membuat pengelola desa wisata perlu mengikuti perubahan zaman untuk tetap sejalan dengan perkembangan dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Sehingga dibutuhkan kecermatan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengantisipasi tantangan dan persoalan terkait dengan keberadaan desa wisata. Diperlukan Model bisnis yang dipergunakan untuk mengelola desa wisata saat ini, dan perlu di up-grade untuk memastikan keberlangsungan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Salah satu model bisnis yang masih relevan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis baru adalah menggunakan Sosial Economic Business Model Canvas, selanjutnya disingkat SEBMC. SEBMC merupakan sala satu alat yang efektif untuk mendesain, menggambarkan, dan menganalisis model SEBMC yang memiliki sembilan elemen kunci, yaikni Segmentasi Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran Distribusi, Hubungan dengan Pelanggan, Sumber Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Kunci, Aktivitas Kunci, Mitra Kunci, dan Struktur Biaya. Target yang diupayakan bagi mitra adalah dapat merancang, menyusun, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta dapat menganalisis Social Economic Business Model Canvas

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen kepada masyarakat Desa Karangjaladri Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran merupakan bentuk Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi dalam upaya memberikan sumbangan ilmu kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran produk Abon Ikan melalui peningkatan kualitas dan pengembangan pengemasannya. Sehingga diharapkan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengembangan strategi pemasaran produk Abon Ikan yang lebih baik dalam upaya meningkatkan pendapatan usaha masyarakat di Desa Karangjaladri Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran, khususnya bagi nelayan dan pedagang pengolah Abon Ikan. Metode pendekatan yang dilaksanakan adalah melakukan identifikasi permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan, melakukan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi dan membuat laporan. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah i) Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengembangan strategi pemasaran melalui peningkatan kualitas Abon; ii) Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengembangan strategi pemasaran melalui pengembangan pengemasan produk Abon Ikan. Community Service activities carried out by lecturers to the community of Karangjaladri Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency are a form of Tri Dharma of higher education in an effort to contribute knowledge to the community. The purpose of this service is to improve the marketing strategy of Abon Fish products through quality improvement and packaging development. So it is hoped that this activity will be able to increase community knowledge related to the development of a better marketing strategy for Abon Fish products in an effort to increase community business income in Karangjaladri Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency, especially for fishermen and traders processing Abon Fish. The approach method implemented is to identify problems, analyze needs, conduct counseling or socialization and make reports. The problems that arise are i) Lack of community knowledge about developing marketing strategies through improving the quality of Abon; ii) Lack of community knowledge about developing marketing strategies through developing Abon Fish product packaging.
