Abstract

The objective of the research were (1) to know the fundamental factors of macroeconomic which determines general price levels and inflation rates during the period of the 2004-2008 and (2) to examine the stability of general prices and inflation models in Indonesia during the period of 2004-2008. Using the econometric approach (the time series analysis), the study found that general price levels in Indonesia during the period of 2004-2008 were determined by the fundamental factors of macroeconomic as follows: (a) price of import (b) nominal interest rates, (c) the global economic crisis of 2007-2008. All of those variables have positive relation with general price levels. The research was also found that inflation rates determines by the changes in nominal exchange rates in the one quarterly lag, price of import, money supply, nominal interest rates (SBI), and government expenditures. The research was also concluded that the long run equilibrium of general price model was happened. Employing the CUSUMSQ Test, the study provides evidence supporting that the model of general price levels was stable. Otherwise, the inflation model during the period of 2004-2008 was not unstable (there was change in parameters of the model).

Abstract

Islam memandang urgensi penerapan nilai-nilai halal tidak hanya pada aspek materi, tetapi juga pada aspek penerapan cara hidup (muamalah). Dalam perekonomian, kegiatan distribusi menjadi salah satu kegiatan penting selain konsumsi dan produksi. Bisnis berbasis Islam tidak akan sempurna tanpa kegiatan distribusi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Nilai monoteisme (persatuan), rasa syukur, keadilan dan kebebasan menjadi dimensi dalam mengukur prinsip variabel distribusi Islam yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Islam dalam kegiatan distribusi yang dilakukan oleh produsen makanan dan non-pangan di Kota Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 51 responden yang terdiri dari pengusaha di bidang peternakan yang mewakili produsen makanan, sedangkan dari 88 responden yang terdiri dari pengusaha penganan pakaian muslim yang mewakili produsen bukan makanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengusaha konpeksi pakaian ternak dan muslim terhadap prinsip distribusi Islam adalah 99,22% dan 98,11%, masing-masing. Dimensi yang paling dominan diterapkan dari prinsip distribusi Islam, baik oleh pengusaha ternak dan pengusaha konpeksi pakaian muslim adalah dimensi monoteisme (kesatuan) dengan nilai rata-rata per item masing-masing 233,0 dan 416,56. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini mendorong pengusaha Muslim untuk menerapkan prinsip distribusi Islam dalam kegiatan bisnis mereka untuk mencapai manfaat masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence investment decision making in food and beverage industry companies. This research uses a sample of 5 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and is a company that has the highest Sustainable Enterprise Index in 2022 based on the Katadata Corporate Sustainability Index. Investment decision variables are proxied using Capital Expenditure to Book Value (CAPBVA) data. The data used is secondary data obtained from the publication of each company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is a quantitative approach using panel data regression and processed using E-views 12 software. The test results based on the Fixed Effect Model show that partially the Cash Flow and Return on Equity (RoE) variables have a significant negative effect on investment decisions. While the Liquidity and Leverage variables do not have a significant influence on investment decisions. Simultaneously the variables of Cash Flow, Liquidity, Leverage, and Return on Equity (RoE) have a significant influence on the Investment Decisions of Food and Beverage Companies. The Adjusted R2 obtained is 99%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi di perusahaan-perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia yang menggunakan sampel 5 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki Indeks Perusahaan Berkelanjutan tertinggi pada tahun 2022 berdasarkan Katadata Corporate Sustainability Index. Variabel keputusan investasi diproksikan menggunakan data Capital Expenditure to Book Value (CAPBVA). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari publikasi laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan yang diterbitkan dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan diolah menggunakan software E-views 12. Hasil pengujian berdasarkan model Fixed Effect Model menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Arus Kas dan Return on Equity (RoE) memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Sedangkan variabel Likuiditas dan Leverage tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Secara simultan variabel Arus Kas, Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Return on Equity (RoE)  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman. Adjusted R2 yang diperoleh adalah sebesar  99%.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is a business that processes or refines raw materials into value-added finished goods or semi-finished goods made with machines or without machines. Foreign direct investment is an integral part of the manufacturing industry sector. This study aims to determine the impact of foreign direct investment, wages and labor literacy on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia in 2010-2019. The type of research used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on the research results, it turns out that direct foreign investment and wage levels have no impact on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Meanwhile, labor literacy has a significant positive effect on the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.Industri manufaktur adalah suatu usaha yang mengolah atau memproses bahan baku menjadi barang jadi atau barang setengah jadi yang bernilai tambah yang dibuat dengan mesin maupun tanpa mesin. Investasi asing langsung merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam sektor industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak investasi asing langsung, upah kerja dan literasi tenaga kerja terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa investasi asing langsung dan tingkat upah tidak berpengaruh terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia, sedangkan literasi tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap industri manufaktur di Indonesia.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of human capital, organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence on performance as measured by work productivity partially or simultaneously. This study's PLS-SEM analysis led to the following conclusions: (1) There is a considerable positive influence of organizational commitment, human capital, and spiritual intelligence on employee work productivity, whereas intellectual intelligence has a negative and negligible effect. (2) While intellectual intelligence has a negative and minor impact on employee performance, human capital, organizational dedication, and spiritual intelligence all have a considerable beneficial impact. (3) There is a sizable positive relationship between employee performance and job productivity. (4) Work productivity as an intervening variable for workers has a large positive relationship with human capital, organizational commitment, and spiritual intelligence, but a negative and negligible relationship with intellectual intelligence. The study's novel conclusion is that both directly and indirectly, the discovery of spiritual intelligence positively affects performance through job productivity.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To determine and analyze: the quality of BRIMO services, the promotion mix and the level of competition on customer satisfaction at BRI Tasikmalaya Branch Office either partially or simultanously. Background Problems: Banking competition in Indonesia is currently increasing, therefore BRI Kanca Tasikmalaya must be able to increase customer satisfaction by paying attention to the quality of BRIMO services, promotion mix and level of competition. Novelty: There is no research on the level of competition on satisfaction. Research Methods: This study uses path analysis with the help of the SPSS V.20 program. Finding/Results: BRIMO's service quality, promotion mix and level of competition had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction both partially and simultanously. Conclusion: BRIMO's service quality is in the very good category, the promotion mix is in the very good category, the level of competition is in the good category and customer satisfaction is in the very good category.

Abstract

Bimtek ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk olahan ikan pindang Sa`at Pangandaran dengan penerapan teknologi makanan beku (frozen food). Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk memperpanjang masa simpan dan meningkatkan nilai tambah produk ikan pindang, yang merupakan salah satu produk unggulan daerah Pangandaran. Melalui penerapan metode pembekuan, produk olahan ikan pindang diharapkan dapat lebih tahan lama, menjaga kualitas gizi, serta memenuhi standar keamanan pangan. Bimtek ini melibatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada para pelaku usaha ikan pindang di Pangandaran. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi teknik pembekuan yang tepat, penggunaan peralatan modern vasum sealer, serta pengemasan yang sesuai standar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kualitas produk, baik dari segi rasa, tekstur, maupun daya tahan simpan. Selain itu, produk olahan ikan pindang yang telah dibekukan juga lebih diterima di pasar modern, membuka peluang ekspansi ke pasar yang lebih luas. Bimtek ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan bagi daerah lain dengan potensi serupa. This technical guidance aims to improve the quality of Sa`at Pangandaran pindang fish products by applying frozen food technology. This activity is motivated by the need to extend the shelf life and increase the added value of pindang fish products, which are one of the superior products of the Pangandaran area. Through the application of freezing methods, pindang fish products are expected to last longer, maintain nutritional quality, and meet food safety standards. This technical guidance involves direct training and mentoring to pindang fish business actors in Pangandaran. The materials presented included proper freezing techniques, modern vacuum sealer equipment, and standardized packaging. This activity showed a significant improvement in product quality, taste, texture, and shelf life. In addition, processed pindang fish products that have been frozen are also more accepted in modern markets, opening opportunities for expansion to a wider market. Abstract

The housing industry is experiencing an increase in demand, especially subsidized housing. Various factors are the main considerations for consumers in determining purchasing decisions such as environment, green open space, price, and location. The object of this research is 4 subsidized housing in Tasikmalaya Regency. This model measures government public policy as a moderating in deciding to buy a subsidized house. This study uses primary data in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire to measure each variable. The sample determination technique uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research method uses SEM - PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). The results showed that government policy has a moderating role for the environment on housing purchase decisions. Environmental, green open space and price have a direct impact on purchasing decisions. The implication of this finding will be the establishment of supporting facilities related to the location of subsidized housing. In this case the government needs to ensure that public facilities are available before the subsidized housing project is implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung harga, pendapatan dan kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel intervening. Studi empiris dilakukan pada Gabungan Kelompok Tani di 5 Kecamatan Tasikmalaya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 367 sampel yang merupakan Gabungan Kelompok Tani di 5 Kecamatan Tasikmalaya. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuisioner pernyataan dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling dengan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Harga, kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan ada dalam kriteria kurang baik, sedangkan keputusan pembelian ada dalam kriteria tidak baik. Rata-rata pedapatan sebesar Rp. 1.865.650, dari seluruh responden yang terbanyak masuk dalam kriteria sedang. 2) Harga, pendapatan, dan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) harga, pendapatan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 4) Keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 5) Harga, pendapatan, dan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the economic value of brand equity by analyzing the roles of gamification, perceived price fairness, and service quality, with customer trust as a mediating variable. The research focuses on consumers of Wardah cosmetics on the Shopee e-commerce platform. A quantitative approach was employed using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 385 respondents. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The findings reveal that gamification, perceived price fairness, and service quality each have a positive and significant impact on customer trust. Furthermore, these three variables also directly influence brand equity positively and significantly. Customer trust itself has a significant mediating role in the relationship between the independent variables and brand equity. These results highlight that enhancing the interactive experience, ensuring fair pricing, and improving service quality contribute to building customer trust and, in turn, strengthening the economic value of the brand.
