Abstract

Bankruptcy of law is a law to arrange about bankruptcy with the intention to avoid being deception Creditors to get prerogative with sell goods from Debtor. Petition of bankruptcy submitted to The Commercial Court who be competent by their territory and after petition granted so that Debtor be avowed bankruptcy and taken over by Curator. However, during domination by Curator be found problem namely Curator cheating with obscure manner of bankruptcy estate, as a consequence prejudice for the parties with the result that affect of justice. Based on the above, the legal issues that will be discussed in this thesis are : 1) How is adjustment responsible of curator do safekeeping bankruptcy estate? 2) What weakness adjustment responsible of curator do safekeeping bankruptcy estate who involve injustice? 3) How should the adjustment responsible of curator do safekeeping bankruptcy estate to fulfill justice. The method used in this research is normative research. Based on the research, the conclusions are : 1) Adjustment responsible of curator do safekeeping bankruptcy estate not fulfill justice because there is no equality of rule so that rights and obligations not reached balance which raises disadvantage, 2) Weakness contained in adjustment who involve injustice namely, is not clearly regulated about adjustment responsible of curator, is not regulated about penalty provisions, and is not clearly regulated about oversight of curator by supervisory judge, and 3) Alternative deals for adjustment to fulfill justice namely, augment to Article 72 A points (1) until points (5) about adjustment of curator personally, augment to Article V about penalty provisions Article 299, and amendment to Article 98, Article 102. Article 116, and Article 201 about oversight of curator by supervisory judge.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk perkotaan memicu berbagai tantangan dalam penyediaan perumahan yang layak, terutama di wilayah padat seperti Jakarta Timur. Rumah susun menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan sekaligus mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi lingkungan hidup rumah susun Kelurahan Bidaracina, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan penghuni sesuai Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2011 tentang Rumah Susun. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode yuridis sosiologis menggunakan data primer dari wawancara penghuni rumah susun dan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai prasarana, sarana, dan utilitas umum yang disediakan telah memadai, namun kurangnya pemeliharaan dan kepedulian penghuni menyebabkan kerusakan yang signifikan. Pembahasan mencakup peran badan pelaksana, perhimpunan pemilik dan penghuni, serta kontribusi masyarakat dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perbaikan manajemen lingkungan hidup rumah susun sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan penghuni. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan keberlanjutan yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2011.

Abstract

Training on the use of Artificial Intelligence-based learning media was held as part of teacher empowerment activities in developing such media. This community service activity was held by the Civic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijaya University. The Community Service Team trained teachers at SMPN 1 Indralaya Selatan, Meranjat Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning media. This training and mentoring aimed to improve teachers' capabilities so they could create innovative and effective learning. The methods applied included counseling, training, and mentoring in direct practice using Artificial Intelligence-based media from Wayground AI, Canva AI, Avatar AI, Renderforest AI, LMS AI, and ChatGPT AI, as well as assessments through pretests and posttests to measure the increase in participants' understanding. The results showed a significant increase in understanding of creating Artificial Intelligence-based learning media, with the average post-test score of participants increasing from 37.7 to 80.03 from a total of 30 participants. The evaluation results showed high satisfaction from participants with the material provided and its relevance to needs in the field. The participants' response was very positive, as evidenced by their active discussions, willingness to experiment with the media, and commitment to creating learning products. The program is planned to continue with follow-up publications in newspapers, YouTube, and journals, as well as evaluation meetings and activity reports. It is hoped that this program will continue to empower teachers to improve and develop AI-based learning media in schools.
