Based on this, a study was conducted with the aim of determining the extent to which SMA 1 Anyer can implement the independent curriculum well. The research questions prepared were how the curriculum was implemented by SMA 1 Anyer. The research was conducted at SMA 1 Anyer on September 27, 2024 by means of observation and interviews with curriculum teachers. The results of the study stated that SMA 1 Anyer in 2024 still implemented 2 curricula, namely the 2013 curriculum and also the independent curriculum. In general, the transition to curriculum change runs naturally and adapts well. However, there are still many factors that hinder the complete change of the curriculum to the independent curriculum, one of which is the facilities that cannot yet support the independent curriculum being implemented comprehensively at SMA 1 Anyer. This year is the last year that SMA 1 Anyer has implemented the 2013 curriculum. In the following year, the high school will implement the independent curriculum comprehensively and of course try to improve anything that hinders the implementation of the curriculum so that teaching and learning activities run well and optimally. Keywords: Independent Curriculum, Implemention, Education

Abstract

This study evaluates community satisfaction with provincial road services on Ahmad Yani (Pandeglang) and Serang–Pandeglang sections. Using a quantitative approach with 384 respondents determined by the Lemeshow formula, data were analyzed through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Results show that of 18 service indicators, 9 had positive gaps and 9 negative gaps, with 3 attributes in quadrant I (high importance, low satisfaction). The CSI value of 65.75% indicates users are generally satisfied with the services. Practical implications suggest prioritizing road maintenance, improving responsiveness to user needs, and enhancing accessibility for vulnerable groups. These findings provide useful input for local governments in allocating resources, improving service quality, and developing user centered infrastructure innovations.
