Abstract

Religious moderation is an important pillar in Indonesia's diversity, because it functions as a bridge to embrace various differences and encourage tolerance between religious communities. In the context of diversity, religious figures have a central role in shaping the understanding and practice of moderation. This research aims to analyze the contributions and thoughts of K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari and K.H. Ahmad Dahlan regarding religious moderation, which is a pillar of diversity, and its relevance in religious life in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes the works and thoughts of the two figures through literature study and literature review. Data collection was carried out using a systematic analysis method to understand their thoughts and contributions in strengthening religious moderation in a multicultural society in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the development of the concept of religious moderation, not only in the context of religious life, but also in social interactions in various community groups in Indonesia, so that it can strengthen harmony and harmony in society in various aspects of daily life.

Abstract

Bullying is a serious problem in the school environment that can have a negative impact on students' mental health and social development. Various efforts are made to prevent this behavior, one of which is by building student awareness through teacher role strategies and school policies. Teachers, especially in the context of Islamic religious education, have a great responsibility in shaping students' character and social behavior through religious values. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of strategies and policies implemented by teachers and schools in building student awareness of bullying and reducing bullying behavior in schools. This study uses a mix methods method with qualitative data obtained through interviews and observations, and quantitative data collected through questionnaires to students. The primary data source is Islamic Religious Education teachers. The results of the study showed that teacher strategies and school policies include socialization about bullying, counseling, religious activities and anti-bullying declarations, significantly increasing students' understanding of the negative impacts of bullying. The data also shows a decrease in bullying cases in schools along with the implementation of these strategies and policies. From this study, Islamic religious education strategies and school policies that are implemented consistently and are effective in building student awareness of bullying and reducing bullying behavior in schools, make the learning environment safer, more harmonious and holistic.

Abstract

Di tengah tantangan erosi solidaritas sosial, Pendidikan Islam seringkali dipandang berperan penting dalam menjaga kohesi masyarakat. Berangkat dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis bagaimana ajaran dan praktik dalam Pendidikan Islam berfungsi membangun solidaritas sosial melalui pendekatan Teori Fungsionalisme. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber data primer dan sekunder, termasuk literatur teoretis mengenai Fungsionalisme, Pendidikan Islam, serta artikel penelitian yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa elemen-elemen inti seperti ukhuwah Islamiyah, ta’awun, dan kegiatan kolektif secara fungsional bertindak sebagai mekanisme efektif untuk menanamkan kesadaran kolektif, memfasilitasi integrasi, dan mensosialisasikan nilai bersama. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah menyediakan kerangka analisis sosiologis yang menjelaskan bagaimana institusi Pendidikan Islam secara sistematis menjalankan fungsi esensial seperti transmisi nilai dan penguatan ikatan sosial dalam memelihara stabilitas dan kohesi masyarakat, melampaui pemahaman deskriptif konvensional
