Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality and Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction in using the Flip application. This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through a Likert scale questionnaires distributed to active S-1 and D-4 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business State University of Jakarta who are Flip application users. The sampling method applied is purposive sampling, with a final sample of 86 respondents. The data collected was then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the two independent variables, namely E-Service Quality and Perceived Value, had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. E-Service Quality has a more dominant influence than Perceived Value with a regression coefficient of 0,379. This finding indicates that efficient, reliable, and high-value digital services contribute significantly to increasing Flip user satisfaction.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is one of the latest innovations in Indonesia’s education system, aimed at making learning more flexible and student-centered through a deep learning approach that emphasizes a thorough understanding of ideas. However, when implemented in elementary schools, teachers and institutions face many challenges. The purpose of this study is to identify various problems that arise as a result of implementing the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools and to propose alternative solutions to these issues. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a literature study. It examines books, scientific journals, educational articles, and official documents related to curriculum policies. The results show that several major challenges hinder the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, including the increased administrative workload for teachers, difficulties in developing teaching materials, and limited school facilities and infrastructure. To address these issues, various efforts are needed, such as teacher training, improved collaboration among teachers, better management of facilities and infrastructure, and simplification of learning administration.

Abstract

Chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension remain highly prevalent worldwide, including in Indonesia. The geriatric population is particularly vulnerable because of their susceptibility to polypharmacy, which increases the risk of adverse outcomes. This study aimed to evaluate polypharmacy among geriatric patients, especially participants of the PROLANIS, using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). A literature search was conducted through Google Scholar following PRISMA guidelines. Of 40 articles identified, only three met the inclusion criteria, consisting of publications from the last 10 years indexed by SINTA and SCOPUS. The review included 350 geriatric patients, most aged ≥60 years and predominantly female. The main chronic conditions were hypertension and diabetes mellitus, with Lisni et al. (2025) specifically reporting type 2 diabetes. Polypharmacy was strongly associated with drug interactions, where moderate-severity combinations such as glimepiride-metformin (18.6%) were most frequent, and pioglitazone-clopidogrel was categorized as high-severity. These interactions mainly increased the risk of hypoglycemia, while others reduced antidiabetic effectiveness. Utaminingrum et al. (2015) emphasized polypharmacy in the broader context of irrational drug use, including self-medication and antibiotic overuse. Factors linked to polypharmacy included the number of prescribed drugs and education level, while age and gender showed no significant associations.
