Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Book Value Per Share (BVPS) dan Volume perdagangan saham terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan batubara yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 hingga 2018. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini diwakili oleh return saham, sedangkan variabel independent terdiri dari pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE), Book Value Per Share (BVPS) dan Volume perdagangan saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sehingga dari 22 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian, hanya ada 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat untuk dijadikan sampel. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan Regresi Data Panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tiga variabel independent yang diuji terhadap return saham perusahaan pertambangan batubara, ada satu variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham yaitu volume perdagangan saham, sedangkan variabel ROE dan BVPS tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dimoderasi oleh corporate governance pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di IDX Tahun 2013-2017. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah corporate social responsibility yang diukur dengan CSRI. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV dan variabel moderasi yang digunakan adalah corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan komite audit. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel kontrol, yaitu ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan usia perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data panel dengan pendekatan random effect model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate governance yang diproksikan Komite Audit melemahkan hubungan antara corporate social responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Kata Kunci:  Nilai Perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility, Komite Audit, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Usia Perusahaan.The aim of this study is to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on the firm value moderated by corporate governance on mining sector listed on IDX Period 2013-2017. Independent variable of this study is corporate social responsibility as measured by CSRI. Dependent variable of this study is firm value with PBV as a proxy. While moderating variable used is corporate governance with audit committee as the proxy. Then control variable in this study are Firm Size, Profitability, Leverage, and Firm Age. The data used in this study is annual report of mining sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2017. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling technique. The research model of this study employs panel data analysis with random effect model approach. The empirical result shows that corporate social responsibility does positive effect and significant on firm value. Corporate governance moderated by audit committee weakening the relation between corporate social responsibility on Firm Value.Keywords: Firm Value, Corporate Social Responsibility, Audit Committee, Firm Size, Profitability, Leverage, Firm Age.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of profitability, asset structure, and firm size on debt policy in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015 – 2020 period. The independent variables used in this study consist of profitability using return on assets (ROA), asset structure are proxied by the value ot total assets divided by fixed assets, and and company size is proxied by the value of Ln of total assets. The dependent variable used is debt policy. The data used as samples in this study are financial reports and annual reports of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015–2020. The sampling method used in this study is a purposive sampling technique with 39 companies that meet the criteria used as samples. study. This research uses panel data regression analysis model. The model used in this study is the random effect model (REM). The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. Asset structure has a positive and insignificant effect on debt policy. Meanwhile, firm size has a positive and significant effect on debt policy.

Abstract

Kemampuan manajemen keuangan dalam hal perencanaan keuangan menjadi salah satu kemampuan yang wajib dimiliki oleh para buruh migran yang bekerja di luar negeri dengan meningkatkan literasi keuangan mereka. Sebab dengan kemampuan manajemen keuangan yang baik dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan yang efektif, efisien, dan bermanfaat, sehingga para buruh migran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraannya saat kembali ke tanah air memiliki modal yang cukup selama merantau di luar negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar para pekerja migran di Taiwan memiliki pengetahuan literasi keuangan yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pekerja migran dapat melakukan perencanaan keuangan rumah tangga. Dengan memiliki literasi keuangan yang baik, masyarakat Indonesia diharapkan menjadi lebih maju, sehat, dan sejahtera khususnya pekerja migran di Taiwan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing non performing loan moderated by inflation rate. Case studies on conventional commercial banks that were listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is moderated regression analysis. The classical assumption test entails normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. While the hypothesis testing entails t-test and coefficient determination test. Data analysis used E-views 12 software. The result showed: LDR and CAR did not significantly influence NPL in a negative direction, NIM had a negative and significant effect on NPL and inflation did not moderate the relationship between LDR, CAR, and NIM on NPL

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of LQ45 companies before and during the coronavirus infection pandemic. The uantitative approach uses secondary for 2018-2021. Secondary data is sourced from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and LQ45 index company annual reports. The population is 20 companies included in the LQ45 index 2018-2021 period. The sampling method was purposive sampling which consisted of 80 data. Stock Price is dependent variable while CR, ROE, DER, TATO, and EPS are the independent variable. The results showed that EPS has significant positive effect on stock prices. CR, ROE, and DER do not have a significant positive effect on stock prices and ROE does not have a significantnegative effect on stock price. There is no different in the mean of the independent variables before and during the pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Investment Opportunities (Sales Growth), CEO Tenure (TN) on Cash Holding. The independent variables used in this study are Capital Expenditure, Investment Opportunities and CEO Tenure. The dependent variable used in this study is Cash Holding. The data source used in this study is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial report. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) for the 2013-2017 period. The number of samples used in this study were 155 companies with observations for 5 years so that 775 objects of observation were selected. The sampling method used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The model used in this study is panel data with a fixed effect model approach. The results obtained from this study are that Capital Expenditure has an effect on Cash Holding, Investment Opportunities have no effect on Cash Holding, and CEO Tenure has an effect on Cash Holding

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of board gender diversity, board independence, CEO duality, and CEO tenure on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The independent variables in this study are board gender diversity, board independence, CEO duality, and CEO tenure, while the dependent variable is firm value, measured by the price to book ratio (PBV). The data used in this study consists of annual reports of manufacturing companies published by the IDX during the time period of 2016 to 2020. The number of samples used in this study were 94 companies with observations for 5 years so that 470 objects of observation were selected. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, and the research analysis is conducted using panel data regression. The results of this study contrast with the theory of good corporate governance. The empirical result shows that Board Independence, and CEO Tenure had a significant and negative effect on firm value. While board gender diversity, and CEO duality do not influence the firm value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of disclosure of company risk management on company value in companies listed on the Kompas100 Index from 2018 to 2021. Using purposive sampling, the samples obtained in this study were 292 observations. Data were collected through financial reports and annual reports, then panel data regression was performed with Eviews 12 econometric software. The results found from the research sample indicate that disclosure of company risk management has a significant positive effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, NPM, EVA, and MVA on stock returns in automotive manufacturing companies for the 2010-2019 period. The sample of this research is 7 manufacturing companies in the automotive sub-sector for the 2010-2019 period in Indonesia (38 observations). This research uses unbalanced panel data with a Fixed Effect Model approach. The theory used in this research is signal theory. Testing the data using panel data regression test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis t-test. The test results show that Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant positive effect partially on stock returns, while Net Profit Margin (NPM), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) partially have a negative effect on stock returns.
