Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation of participatory development plan at the Village development plan deliberation, in Lape village Lape Sub-District in 2023. The type of this study was qualitative study. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The numbers of informants in this study were 11 informants consisted of Head village of Lape, Village Secretary of Lape Village, head of Village Consultative Board of Lape Village and Lape Village Communities. The methods used to collect data were through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out using Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis techniques which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study showed that communities’ involvement in the development process in Lape Village was quite good so that the developments that had planned by apparatus of Lape Village have been done in accordance with the needs of the Lape Village communities. Therefore the success of a participatory development cannot be separated from the participation of the communities where communities’ participation were the most important and most important factor in the development and implementation process so that a successful development plan can be realized in Lape Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource management in improving employees performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample that will be used as respondents in this study was 55 employee at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District who were determined using non-probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that human resource management consisting of performance assessment, career development and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District, both partially and simultaneously. The variation of changes in the value of the employee performance at Public Health Centre in Lopok Sub-District can be explained by the performance assessment, career development and compensation variables, which was 67.6%, while the remaining of 32.4% was explained by other variables that are not included in this study, such as work motivation, work enthusiasm and welfare.

Abstract

The importance of learning and understanding design thinking capabilities and innovation capabilities is the key to developing MSME businesses. The application of strategic concepts through design thinking and innovation capabilities is able to have entrepreneurial skills to predict better business profits in the future. The ability to think creatively and innovatively through the Bale Berdaya Sumbawa program can create collaboration for MSMEs and strengthen the local economy and improve the quality of life of the people of Sumbawa Regency. The purpose of this activity is to encourage MSME actors to develop knowledge and business success so as to create new economic opportunities. therefore, through the sharing method, discussion or question and answer online or offline which has been followed by all participants from the MSME Bale Berdaya Program, MSMEs from Car Free Day Activities and students. The benefits of this activity provide convenience and in-depth understanding to participants to always be creative, innovative, resilient and strong in facing challenges and changes in the business economy in a better future. In conclusion, this activity went smoothly and orderly and all participants were committed to advancing their products so as to produce economic welfare for their families. Therefore, in the future it is important to continue and improve it into a national seminar attended by all MSME actors along with all MSME assistants and other stakeholders on Sumbawa Island and facilitated with awards in the form of certificates for all parties involved in this program.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on employee performance at Social Department of Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of job descriptions (X1) and job specifications (X2) on employee performance at Social Department of Sumbawa District. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were 32 employees at Social Department of Sumbawa District. Determination of respondents using non-probability sampling techniques with the census sampling method (saturated sampling). The data used in this study was processed using the SPSS application to be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that job descriptions and job specifications had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Social Department of Sumbawa District, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of job description and job specification in effecting employee performance at Social Department of Sumbawa District was 73.2%, while the remaining of 26.8% was effected by other variables not examined in this study, such as work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of digitalization marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) on local economic growth in Sumbawa District. The type of this study was comparative study. The type of data used was quantitative data obtained directly from research sources, namely MSME actors in Sumbawa District. The number of MSME actors who were the sources for this study was 60 people who were divided into two groups, namely MSME actors who used digital marketing totaling 30 people and MSME actors who did not use digital marketing totaling 30 people. The data used in this study were collected using structured interview techniques. Data analysis in this study used the two-average difference test technique. The results of this study showed that there are a positive and significant difference in the income of MSME actors who have used digital marketing and MSME actors who have not used digital marketing. The income of MSME actors who have used digital marketing is higher than the income of MSME actors who have not used digital marketing. By using digital marketing, businesses can reach a wider consumer market, thus having a real impact on increasing sales and income earned by MSMEs.
