Abstract

PT Hasjrat Abadi has collaborated with a financing institution to provide opportunities for vehicle ownership through credit facilities. The credit system offered by the financing institution can boost vehicle sales. However, before that, the lender must conduct a thorough consumer data analysis. This is crucial to ensure that potential customers can repay the approved vehicle loans, thereby avoiding the risk of loan defaults in the future. The process of consumer data analysis is time-consuming due to the abundance of documents involved. Additionally, field surveys are necessary to validate consumer data by applying the 5C Bank Principles (character, capital, capacity, collateral, and condition). Research Objective By implementing the Electre (Elimination and Choice Translation Reality) method in the decision support system, we can provide quick, accurate, and precise information to determine whether potential customers are eligible to purchase vehicles from PT Hasjrat Abadi through credit. This method utilizes the 5C Bank Principles (character, capital, capacity, collateral, and condition) to evaluate consumers. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which aims to develop specific products and test their effectiveness. The research findings indicate that this system can enhance the services provided to customers at PT Hasjrat Abadi's branch in Gorontalo. Based on the data input by credit analysts, it was found that only 50 percent of the total potential customer data could be approved using the Electre method for credit applications. This facilitates faster, more accurate, and more reliable decision-making for customers.

Abstract

The library is a service place that is useful as a place to borrow all kinds of books to read or as reference material in the form of images, text or other forms. In simplifying book borrowing strategies, the library utilizes realistic borrowing data as an object for strategy discovery by exploring knowledge that can provide information to simplify the book borrowing system. Data Mining can be interpreted as data mining, where in the data mining process a data mining process is carried out which aims to find important, valuable and useful information in a very large collection of databases. If the data held is very large, it is necessary to carry out a preliminary process as a stage to help simplify the process carried out in data mining, or this process is known as data normalization. One method that can be used in the process of normalizing data is the Z-Score Normalization method. The Z-Score Normalization method is a process in the preprocessing stage by decomposing numerical attribute data which can change the values ​​in the data into a certain range. The Z-Score Normalization method itself can also be combined with other methods such as the CART method. The CART method is a method used to carry out the classification process in data mining. The classification process carried out using the CART method is based on the formation of a decision tree with the binary values ​​obtained. The CART method itself is a method used to assist in processing all types of data such as continuous, ordinal, nominal and other data. The results obtained from the Cart Method research can be applied to obtain book borrowing patterns or book association relationships in libraries in the form of rules which can provide important information about book borrowing patterns in the library

Abstract

Employees are people involved in the company organization to carry out their duties based on their position or position. The current employee performance appraisal process is still carried out manually so that the element of subjectivity is very high, in addition to the relatively large number of employees making the employee determination time longer and sometimes late. The purpose of this study is to design a Decision Support System for employee performance appraisal at Otanaha Hospital so that the appraisal process and the decisions obtained are appropriate. The method used is the Weighted Product Method because this method is more efficient and the time needed in calculations is shorter and easier. The system is designed with php and html programming. Database used MySql language, with modeling using Unified Modeling Language. The result of this study is that it can make it easier for Otanaha hospital to assess and view employee data information and the results of performance appraisals of honorary employees and civil servants

Abstract

Anxiety disorders are a mental health problem that is increasing in prevalence, but the lack of public knowledge about anxiety disorders means that many people are not aware of anxiety disorders, so information technology is needed to understand symptoms and diagnosis using more relevant methods in intelligent systems. Intelligent systems are able to help in analyzing various symptoms and identifying initial diagnosis results with wider accessibility, but the problem of this research is focused on selecting the most effective method for intelligent systems as a basis for clinical data analysis, so in this research we will compare the level of accuracy of applying the method, namely Bayes' theorem and Certanty factor for the diagnosis of anxiety disorders. Bayes' Theorem is a classic statistical approach, offering a structured and measurable framework for calculating the probability of disease based on clinical evidence, while the Certainty Factor is a method for proving the certainty value of a fact in the form of a metric in an intelligent system. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the Bayes Theorem method and certainty factor by examining the percentage results obtained by applying the two methods. that the percentage result of the Bayes Theorem calculation method is higher, namely 84%, compared to the percentage result of the certainty factor, namely 70%, so it can be concluded that the application of Bayes' theorem is better than the certainty factor, especially in the diagnosis of people with anxiety disorders.

Abstract

The use of CCTV systems in daily life is increasingly widespread, along with the growing need for security and surveillance. However, malfunctions in both hardware and software components of CCTV devices remain a challenge, especially for technicians and non-technical users who lack sufficient expertise. This study aims to develop an expert system using the Backward Chaining method to assist technicians and users in accurately and efficiently diagnosing various types of CCTV malfunctions. The Backward Chaining method is employed due to its ability to trace symptoms back to the root cause using a rule-based logical inference approach. The system is implemented as a mobile application for Android platforms, with a knowledge base constructed from the expertise of CCTV technicians at PT. Smart CCTV Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that the expert system provides significant ease in diagnosing CCTV issues and offers relevant recommendations to both technicians and users. Thus, this system is expected to enhance efficiency in troubleshooting processes and support better decision-making in the management of digital security systems

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a computer-based information system for storing, managing and analyzing, and calling geographic differential data that has grown rapidly in the last five years. This rapid technological advance has led more and more people to benefit, one of which is to provide information on crime reporting and tracking in the city's Gorontalo police. This research is focused on the city's Gorontalo police related to reporting and tracking information especially related to crime location information. From the results of the study found that there is still very little use of technology to present information to the police in Gorontalo city, this is certainly a condition that irony in the midst of the rapid state of technology development today. Research System is implemented and can make it easier to provide information navigation point location reporting and tracking crimes that occur in Gorontalo police area of the city and have been through system testing (Blackbox and Whitebox).
