Abstract

Abstract. The renovation project of the Directorate General of Health Workforce Building is a construction project that requires careful planning, organized execution, and strict control. With a project duration of 120 calendar days, this project includes works such as lightweight brick wall construction, installation of tempered glass partitions, and mechanical and electrical installations. A systematic construction method is applied to ensure the smooth execution of the project, including the preparation of a master schedule, periodic evaluations, and quality control through mock-ups and material testing. In addition, strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols are enforced to ensure the safety of the workforce. Challenges such as limited site access and material management were overcome through innovation in project management and the use of supporting technology. As a result, the project was completed on time with quality in accordance with technical specifications, without significant safety incidents. Proyek renovasi Gedung Ditjen Tenaga Kesehatan merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang memerlukan perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang terorganisasi, serta pengendalian yang ketat. Dengan waktu pelaksanaan selama 120 hari kalender, proyek ini mencakup pekerjaan dinding bata ringan, pemasangan partisi kaca tempered, hingga instalasi mekanikal dan elektrikal. Metode konstruksi yang sistematis diterapkan untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek, termasuk melalui penyusunan jadwal induk, evaluasi berkala, serta pengendalian kualitas melalui mock-up dan uji material. Selain itu, protokol keselamatan kerja (K3) diberlakukan secara ketat untuk menjaga keselamatan tenaga kerja. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses lokasi dan pengelolaan material berhasil diatasi dengan inovasi dalam manajemen proyek dan penggunaan teknologi pendukung. Hasilnya, proyek ini berhasil diselesaikan tepat waktu dengan kualitas sesuai spesifikasi teknis tanpa insiden keselamatan kerja yang signifikan. Abstract

Abstract. Construction project control is essential to achieve efficient results and meet established targets. One of the methods used in project control is Earned Value Management (EVM). EVM is an approach that integrates time and cost analysis to assess project performance objectively. This article discusses the application of EVM in a steel staircase installation project, focusing on two key performance indicators: Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI). The study aims to evaluate how SPI and CPI can be used as value indicators in measuring the performance of the steel staircase installation project and provide recommendations for improving project management. Pengendalian proyek konstruksi sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil yang efisien dan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengendalian proyek adalah Earned Value Management (EVM). EVM merupakan pendekatan yang menggabungkan analisis waktu dan biaya untuk menilai kinerja proyek secara objektif. Artikel ini membahas penerapan EVM pada proyek pemasangan tangga baja dengan fokus pada dua indikator kinerja utama, yaitu Schedule Performance Index (SPI) dan Cost Performance Index (CPI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana SPI dan CPI dapat digunakan sebagai indikator nilai dalam pengukuran kinerja proyek pemasangan tangga baja dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dalam pengelolaan proyek. Abstract

Abstrak. The occurrence of several cases experienced by the author himself, the author tries to provide a summary of what happened and hopes that this will not happen to the implementation of construction activities in Indonesia, especially construction work contract activities involving foreign investors. They are very interested in doing business in Indonesia. Especially in accordance with government programs to attract as many foreign investors as possible to do business in Indonesia. In this case, the reference or law in the implementation of construction work contract activities in Indonesia also has permanent laws and legal channels and must be implemented by both parties, both job owners or investors or also by the implementing contractor who wins the work tender. Terjadinya beberapa kasus yang dialami oleh penulis sendiri, maka penulis mencoba memberikan rangkuman atas apa yang terjadi dan berharap ini tidak terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan konstruksi di Indonesia, terutama kegiatan kontrak kerja konstruksi yang melibatkan pihak-pihak investor asing. Mereka sangat tertarik untuk berusaha di Indonesia. Terutama juga sesuai program – program pemerintah untuk menarik investor-investor asing sebanyak-banyaknya untuk berusaha di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini tentang acuan atau undang-undang dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan kontrak kerja konstruksi di Indonesia juga sudah mempunyai undang-undang dan jalur hukum yang tetap dan harus dilaksanakan oleh ke dua belah pihak baik pemilik kerja atau investor ataupun juga oleh kontraktor pelaksana yang memenangkan tender pekerjaan. Abstract

Green building is a development concept that pays attention to the efficiency of energy, water, materials, as well as the comfort and health of its residents. Its main goal is to minimize environmental impact and improve sustainability. Especially emphasized are several things, including  the First energy and water efficiency, the Second indoor air quality, the Third reduction of emissions and waste, and the Fourth use of renewable resources. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of writing this Practice Work Report is to complete the requirements in pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mpu Tantular University. Practical work is a course that must be taken by every student to gain very valuable experience that is not learned in lectures. The implementation of practical work is carried out for 90 working days, so that students can get a real picture of the implementation of construction projects in the field directly along with their problems. In addition, this practical work is also intended to apply the knowledge that students have gained in lectures so that they can compare theory with implementation practice in the field. Maksud dari penulisan Laporan Kerja Praktek ini adalah untuk melengkapi persyaratan dalam menempuh pendidikan strata I Departemen Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mpu Tantular. Kerja praktek merupakan mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh setiap mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman yang sangat berharga yang tidak dipelajari pada perkuliahan. Pelaksanaan kerja praktek dilakukan selama 90 hari kerja, agar mahasiswa dapat memperoleh gambaran yang nyata tentang pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek konstruksi di lapangan secara langsung beserta dengan permasalahannya. Disamping itu, kerja praktek ini juga dimaksudkan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang telah diperoleh mahasiswa di bangku perkuliahan sehingga dapat membandingkan antara teori dengan praktek pelaksanaan di lapangan. Abstract

Currently, the world is facing Global Warning Phenomena, El Nino and La Nina, each of these natural phenomena makes above-average rainfall at a time and place and an area, especially impacting large cities that are passed through by water due to high rainfall. With inadequate city channels to accommodate rainwater flow, it results in, among other things, high floods, landslides due to the soil no longer being able to accommodate high rainfall, high Rob floods due to seawater overflowing into coastal areas of the city. Based on the disaster data due to high rainfall, Research, Handling and Mitigation Planning is needed with the aim of obtaining data for drainage design. The study is the observation of rainfall for 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years, so that by calculating the intensity of rain using the Gumbel and Pearson III Log distribution methods, accurate data is obtained to determine the drainage dimensions that must be made in a city and the dimensions of retaining walls along the coast to overcome storm disasters in coastal areas or big cities.

Abstract

Abstract. This study discusses the structural design of a 7-storey building that uses reinforced concrete material as the main structural element. The design was carried out based on the provisions of SNI 2847:2019 and SNI 1726:2019. Structural analysis is performed using SAP2000 software. The design results show that the building structure is safe against vertical and lateral loads with a special moment bearing frame system (SRPMK) Keywords: reinforced concrete structure, SAP2000, spColumn, SNI 2847:2019, SRPMK, earthquake. Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas perancangan struktur sebuah gedung bertingkat 7 lantai yang menggunakan material beton bertulang sebagai elemen struktural utama. Perancangan dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1726:2019. Analisis struktur dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SAP2000. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa struktur gedung aman terhadap beban vertikal dan lateral dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK).
