Abstract

This research explores the comparison of the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) that are registered as legal entities and those that are not registered, with a focus on the impact of legality on operational effectiveness and economic contribution to village communities. Registration of BUMDes as a legal entity is believed to provide various benefits, such as easier access to funding sources, increased public trust, and more transparent business management. This research uses mixed methods yuridis normative and by collecting qualitative data through interviews and field observations. The results of the analysis show that BUMDes registered as legal entities tend to have superior performance in terms of revenue, operational efficiency and business expansion capabilities. Meanwhile, unregistered BUMDes face limited access to funding and strategic partnerships, as well as problems in terms of accountability and transparency. This study suggests the importance of government support in facilitating the legal entity registration process for BUMDes in order to increase competitiveness and sustainability at the village level.

Abstract

Ibn Sina, as a prominent philosopher and Muslim scientist, offered profound thoughts on education that emphasize the balance between intellectual and moral aspects. According to Ibn Sina, education not only aims to enlighten the mind but also to shape the moral and spiritual character of students. This study aims to examine the concept of Islamic education management in the thought of Ibn Sina, focusing on the integration of rationality and spirituality as the foundation for managing education. Ibn Sina, as a prominent philosopher and Muslim scientist, not only made significant contributions in the fields of medicine and philosophy but also had profound thoughts on education. In his view, education must shape a person holistically, being intellectually sharp and spiritually mature. A qualitative approach is used in this study with a literature review method of Ibn Sina’s major works, such as Kitab al-Shifa and Kitab al-Najat, as well as relevant secondary literature. The study’s results show that Ibn Sina emphasized the importance of a logical and systematic teaching method, yet still framed within ethical and religious values. This thought is relevant in the context of contemporary Islamic education management, which faces the challenge of balancing the cognitive and affective aspects of students. Thus, Islamic education management based on Ibn Sina's thought offers an integrative model that combines intellect and spirituality in the educational process sustainably. The thought of Ibn Sina offers a holistic and sustainable model of Islamic education management. This model integrates rationality and spirituality, making it a strong foundation for building an educational system that not only focuses on intellectual achievement but also on the formation of a solid moral character. Thus, Islamic education management based on Ibn Sina’s thought holds great potential to address contemporary educational issues that are often trapped in the separation between knowledge and spiritual values

Abstract

The Hidayatus Sibyan book is used as a learning reference because its content is easy for students to memorize and understand. In Class 1B of the Diniyah division at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin, this book is implemented in the learning process to deepen students’ understanding of tajwid (rules of Qur’anic recitation), although several challenges are still encountered in its application. This study was conducted in Class 1B Diniyah at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Mubtadiin with the aim of exploring the role of the ustadzah (female Islamic teacher) in implementing the Hidayatus Sibyan learning to enhance students' fluency in reading the Qur’an. Furthermore, the study seeks to identify both the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of this learning process. This research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative method through three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This process aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the ustadzah’s involvement in the teaching of the book. The results show that the ustadzah plays a fairly effective role in delivering the content of the Hidayatus Sibyan book, especially in improving students' fluency in reading the Qur’an. This is achieved through repetition techniques, memorization of verses in the book, and comprehension of their meanings. The main supporting factors identified include the ustadzah’s teaching competence, the students’ learning motivation, and the religious environment of the pesantren. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure. Nevertheless, the learning of Hidayatus Sibyan has proven to significantly contribute to enhancing the Qur’anic reading fluency of the female students in Class 1B Diniyah

Abstract

Abstract: Restorative justice is increasingly being discussed as an alternative to resolving sexual violence cases, particularly in rural areas where formal legal systems are often inadequate. This research aims to examine how restorative justice is applied at the village level in Indonesia and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving interviews with law enforcement officials, village leaders, and victims who have undergone the restorative justice process. The results show that restorative justice has the potential to help victims recover and support the rehabilitation of perpetrators within a more humane and community-based justice framework. However, the process still faces obstacles such as patriarchal cultural norms, lack of understanding from the community, and weak legal awareness. This research concludes that restorative justice can be a relevant alternative if implemented with full victim consent, community support, and through agreements that are legally recognized Keywords: Restorative Justice; sexual violence; inhibiting factor. Abstrak: Keadilan restoratif mulai banyak dibahas sebagai pendekatan alternatif dalam penyelesaian kasus kekerasan seksual, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan yang kerap mengalami keterbatasan dalam sistem hukum formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan keadilan restoratif di tingkat desa di Indonesia serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui wawancara dengan aparat penegak hukum, tokoh masyarakat desa, dan korban yang pernah menjalani proses keadilan restoratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan restoratif berpotensi membantu pemulihan korban dan mendukung rehabilitasi pelaku dalam kerangka keadilan yang lebih manusiawi dan berbasis komunitas. Namun, proses ini masih menghadapi tantangan seperti norma budaya patriarkis, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat, dan lemahnya kesadaran hukum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keadilan restoratif dapat menjadi alternatif yang relevan jika diterapkan dengan persetujuan korban, dukungan komunitas, dan melalui kesepakatan yang diakui secara hukum. Abstract

implementing excellent Islamic education in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, this study examines data from various scientific sources, official policies, and educational documents. The data collection technique is carried out through thematic documentation, while the analysis is carried out by content analysis technique. The results of the study show that madrassas have undergone significant transformation since the colonial period to the era of the Independent Curriculum. Several important policies, such as the Decree of the Three Ministers, the MAPK program, the 2013 Curriculum, and the Independent Curriculum became milestones in Islamic education reform. Despite progress, challenges such as inequality in human resources, limited infrastructure, and suboptimal management still hinder the delivery of excellent Islamic education. The research concludes that the reformulation of the madrasah system needs to be carried out through a participatory management approach, the application of the principle of total quality education, and the strengthening of the local context and Islamic values. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in designing Islamic education policies that are more adaptive, inclusive, and sustainable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision-making used by leaders in Pondok Pesantren, also known as pesantren, because of their substantial impact on official educational institutions. To achieve its goals, various organizations that oversee Islamic boarding schools use various methodologies and standards for decision making. Design, implementation, and assessment of decision making are the main topics of this research. The method known as descriptive qualitative is applied in this study. Interviews, documentation, and observations were used to collect data. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are data analysis methods used. In this study, the aim is to determine the design in decision making, to determine the decision-making process and to determine the assessment criteria used by the leadership. The results show that: first, design decision-making involves processes such as team building, needs analysis, program design, program socialization, and process assessment; second, the purpose of design decision-making is to improve the quality of management. Second, the use of the decision-making process by leaders can be observed in the improvement of human resources, where they focus and highlight this particular issue as it is closely related to school administration standards. Third, the leader's performance is assessed either directly or indirectly through conversation. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the planning and implementation of RBM in the management of madrasah education, (2) examine the mechanism for evaluating and measuring the achievement of results, and (3) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of RBM and its implications for the formulation of madrasah education management models. This study uses a qualitative method with a multisite approach. The research locations include three private aliyah madrassas in South Lampung Regency, namely MAS Al Fatah Natar, MAS Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Agung, and MAS Islamiyah Cintamulya. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies of madrasah heads, deputy madrasah heads, and teachers. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model, involving data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, which were validated through the triangulation of sources and techniques. The study's results reveal variations in the level of maturity of RBM implementation among madrasas. MAS Al Fatah Natar implements RBM relatively more systematically, utilizing academic outcome indicators and data-based follow-up. In contrast, MAS Hidayatul Mubtadiin Jati Anonacademicout achieves nonacademic outcomes through the program. At the same time, Tion, while MAS Islamiyah Cintamulya is still situational and has not been institutionalized. The conclusion of the study emphasizes that the clarity of outcome indicators, consistency of data-based evaluation, and follow-up documentation are the keys to the success of RBM in madrasas.

Abstract

The first objective of this study was to determine the influence of the teacher's role on improving the morality of class VIIIC students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, Jati Agung, South Lampung. The second objective was to determine the impact of the teacher's role on improving the morality of class VIIIC students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, Jati Agung, South Lampung. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative correlational type to analyze the influence of the teacher's role on the morality of class VIIIC students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, South Lampung. The entire student population (n=24) was sampled through total sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, observation, and documentation, and tested for validity and reliability with SPSS 23. Before testing the hypothesis, normality and linearity tests were conducted. Analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and t-test to determine the extent of the influence of the teacher's role on students' morality. The results of this study indicate that the role of teachers has a significant influence on the moral character of class VIII C students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo. A simple linear regression analysis showed that every one-unit increase in the teacher's role was followed by a 1.032-unit increase in moral character (Sig. 0.003 0.05), with an R-square value of 42.3%, indicating the teacher's contribution in shaping students' moral behavior. This finding supports Bandura's theory of social learning and the Islamic educational perspective on teacher guidance as a model of morality. The success of character formation is also influenced by the school environment, family, and social interactions, emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach in character education to produce intelligent and noble students.ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini yang pertama yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran guru terhadap peningkatan Akhlakul karimah siswa kelas VIIIc MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan Dan yang kedua yaitu Untuk mengetahui adanya dampak dari pengaruh peran guru terhadap peningkatan Akhlakul karimah siswa VIIIc MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif korelasional untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran guru terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa kelas VIII C MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo, Lampung Selatan. Populasi seluruh siswa (n=24) dijadikan sampel melalui total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala Likert, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS 23. Sebelum pengujian hipotesis, dilakukan uji normalitas dan linearitas. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan uji t untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh peran guru terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa. hasil penelitian Ini menunjukkan bahwa peran guru terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa kelas VIII C MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan setiap peningkatan satu satuan pada peran guru diikuti peningkatan akhlakul karimah sebesar 1,032 satuan (Sig. 0,003 0,05), dengan nilai R Square 42,3%, menunjukkan kontribusi guru dalam membentuk perilaku moral siswa. Temuan ini mendukung teori Bandura tentang social learning dan pandangan pendidikan Islam mengenai bimbingan guru sebagai model akhlak. Keberhasilan pembentukan karakter juga dipengaruhi lingkungan sekolah, keluarga, dan interaksi sosial, menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan karakter untuk menghasilkan siswa cerdas dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Cooperative Script dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi Akidah Akhlak pada peserta didik kelas VII A MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Tujuan tersebut dilandasi oleh research gap yang muncul dari kecenderungan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak menempatkan Cooperative Script sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan keaktifan atau capaian belajar Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Cooperative Script dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi Akidah Akhlak pada peserta didik kelas VII A MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru Akidah Akhlak dan peserta didik kelas VII A yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Script efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada peserta didik kelas VII A MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan tahun pelajaran 2025/2026. Model ini mendorong peningkatan pemahaman konseptual peserta didik, ditandai dengan kemampuan menjelaskan materi menggunakan bahasa sendiri serta memahami keterkaitan nilai akidah dan akhlak secara utuh. Cooperative Script juga membentuk pemahaman kontekstual, sehingga materi dipahami sebagai pedoman bersikap dan berperilaku dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, model ini meningkatkan partisipasi dan interaksi antarsiswa melalui pembagian peran yang jelas dan suasana belajar kolaboratif. Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi Cooperative Script sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak yang partisipatif, kontekstual, dan bermakna.
