Abstract

Implementing the 7P marketing mix strategy in marketing educational services at RA Al Muttaqin aims to determine how the marketing strategy is implemented at the RA Institution. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques such as observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis includes data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion. The results show that RA Al Muttaqin uses the 7P marketing mix strategy in marketing educational services, which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The product offered is an Islamic school with local wisdom. The price offered is affordable and light enough to meet needs. The place is strategically located near the highway and has a large yard. Promotion uses social media, word of mouth, and flyers as the main promotional media. People include educators and education personnel who are recruited with certain qualifications. The physical evidence provided is complete and according to needs. The learning process is in accordance with the learning plan and is running quite effectively.

Abstract

In the midst of increasingly tight competition between educational institutions, schools are required to be able to maintain their existence by improving the quality of service and appropriate marketing strategies. Student satisfaction is an important indicator in assessing the success of educational institutions, including Vocational High Schools (SMK) which have a strategic role in producing competent and work-ready human resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix and service quality on student satisfaction at SMK Nusantara Weru Cirebon, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach to 88 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix and service quality have a significant effect on student satisfaction. Simultaneously, the two variables explain 70% of the variation in student satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings emphasize the importance of effective marketing strategies and improving service quality in increasing student satisfaction.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, media yang digunakan dalam pendidikan menjadi lebih bervariasi. Platform pembelajaran berbasis game online Kahoot! adalah salah satu contohnya. Kahoot! adalah platform pembelajaran berbasis game online yang menggunakan survei, kuis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik. Matematika adalah salah satu mata pelajaram yang dapat menggunakan platform pembelajaran berbasis game online Kahoot! Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan Kahoot!, sebuah platform pembelajaran daring berbasis permainan, mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika. Metodologi kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki dua kelompok sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas VIII, bab Pythagoras, di SMP Daarut Tazkiyah di Cirebon. Menurut analisis temuan penelitian, penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis permainan daring Kahoot! memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan pada hasil belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 70,4% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model persamaan regresi Y = 11,713 + 0,752 X menunjukkan bahwa kinerja siswa saat menggunakan Kahoot! sebagai media pembelajaran berbanding lurus dengan prestasi akademis mereka. Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, game, Kahoot!
