Abstract: Since ancient times, most residents of Golo Wua Village have worked as farmers and livestock breeders, with varying levels of educational backgrounds. Limited formal and informal education in livestock health management has led to significant economic losses for livestock farmers. A collaboration between six lecturers, nine students, the Head of Golo Wua Village, the Traditional Leader, and thirty pig farmers in Golo Wua Village aims to improve the knowledge and skills of pig farmers in livestock health management. This activity began with an initial survey to identify the needs and challenges of farmers through interviews with key stakeholders in Golo Wua Village. The interview results then formed the basis for developing training materials and modules. The training was conducted using a participatory method, beginning with theoretical sessions followed by hands-on practice in the field, focusing on disease prevention and pen hygiene. The evaluation system employed pre-tests and post-tests to assess the effectiveness of this outreach activity. Evaluation results indicated a significant increase in farmers' understanding and practices related to pig health management, from 53% to 84%.
