Abstract

Reproductive health education in secondary schools is very important considering the increasing rate of teenage pregnancy and the low knowledge of reproductive health among adolescents. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of reproductive health education programs implemented in these schools. This study aims to identify the materials taught, teaching methods used, as well as students' responses and perceptions of the reproductive health education program. The methods used in this study include in-depth interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) with 60 students from three secondary schools in X city. Data were collected over two months and analyzed to find relevant patterns and themes. Findings showed that the education program improved students' knowledge of reproductive health, but there were challenges such as social stigma and variations in the quality of teaching. Students reported increased confidence and better understanding of reproductive health topics. Reproductive health education programs in secondary schools have significant potential to improve adolescent understanding, but improvements in materials, teaching methods, and social environmental support are needed to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

In the era of rapid globalization, the Professional Certification Agency (LSP) Ditekindo is faced with significant challenges to increase sales of its certification services. Intense competition with other certification bodies requires LSP Ditekindo to adopt effective and innovative marketing strategies. This study aims to describe the marketing strategy implemented by LSP Ditekindo and evaluate its effectiveness in the face of changing market dynamics. The approach used is qualitative with data sources from in-depth interviews and observations at LSP Ditekindo. Data analysis was conducted using the methods of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. LSP Ditekindo successfully implemented a marketing strategy that includes increased branding on social media, strategic partnerships with educational institutions, and analysis of customer needs and preferences. The implementation of this strategy showed an increase in sales volume and brand awareness. The implementation of effective marketing strategies has proven to increase LSP Ditekindo's competitiveness in the professional certification market. Customer feedback and market analysis are continuously conducted to improve and adjust the existing strategies. LSP Ditekindo has successfully increased sales and brand image through relevant marketing strategies. Future research is recommended to use a quantitative approach to measure the impact of each marketing strategy element.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pendekatan multidisipliner dalam mendesain kurikulum humaniora-STEM di sekolah menengah. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh kebutuhan global terhadap kurikulum yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan sains, teknologi, dan dinamika sosial, sekaligus menekankan nilai-nilai humaniora seperti etika, empati, dan kepekaan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi eksploratif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 9 guru dan 30 siswa dari tiga sekolah menengah di Kota Cirebon, yang dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menyadari pentingnya integrasi humaniora dalam kurikulum STEM, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan berupa dominasi pendekatan teknis, keterbatasan sumber belajar, dan kurangnya kolaborasi antar guru. Siswa menilai pembelajaran multidisipliner relevan dengan kehidupan nyata (skor 4,4) dan bermanfaat dalam pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, tetapi tingkat keterlibatan dan integrasi aspek etika masih relatif rendah. Observasi kelas memperlihatkan dominasi guru sains dalam proses pembelajaran, sementara kontribusi guru humaniora masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi humaniora dalam kurikulum STEM memiliki potensi besar meningkatkan relevansi dan makna pembelajaran, namun memerlukan strategi pedagogis yang lebih inovatif serta dukungan kebijakan yang sistematis.
