Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how workload and dual role conflict affect the performance of married female teachers in junior high schools in East Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The research was conducted in junior high schools in East Lampung, with 138 respondents as samples from the same population. Samples were taken using a non-probability method with saturated census sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression run through SPSS v23 software for Windows. The research results indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female teachers. (2) Dual Role Conflict also has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female teachers. (3) Together, workload and dual role conflict have a significant effect on the performance of female teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, product variety and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Shopee market place at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was an unlimited number of students at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling Technique, with the criteria being that respondents had made purchases at the Shopee market place, at least twice, were at least 15 years old, male or female. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to respondents who meet the criteria. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. This research proves that the more and higher the product variety and service quality, the more purchasing decisions will increase, while price is not able to increase purchasing decisions. There are many more variables that influence purchasing decisions that were not examined in this research. This research focuses on one object and the results of this research cannot be generalized to other objects that are not the same. Improving knowledge in making a strategy or decision in reaching potential consumers and retaining consumers in purchasing products in this research object This research focuses on the shopee market place object at the As-Sya'roniyyah Islamic boarding school with the variables price, product variety and service quality which are the variables that influence consumer purchasing decisions at that object. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between ethical leadership, Islamic workplace spirituality, and employee engagement in pesantrens in Bandar Sribhawono. The research employed a quantitative approach, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed both offline and online to pesantren managers. The collected data was then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software with regression analysis techniques. The findings indicate that ethical leadership significantly correlates with employee engagement in pesantrens. Islamic workplace spirituality also shows a positive relationship with employee engagement. Additionally, there is a positive relationship between ethical leadership and Islamic workplace spirituality. These findings provide insight that ethical and spiritual values play crucial roles in enhancing employee engagement in pesantrens, with implications for pesantren management and human resource development in this context
