Abstract

This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sample technique used is purposive sampling. The total sample in this study is 100 MM46 Way Jepara consumer respondents who have made a purchase transaction. Data processing techniques use validity tests, realism tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The software used to analyze the data is SPSS 16.0. The results of this study using the T-Test showed that (1) Quality of Service has a partial influence on a purchase decision with a significance of 0.003. (2) Price has an influence partial on a buying decision with the significance value of 0.038. (3) Quality of the Service, and Price has a simultaneous influence upon a decision of purchase with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

The advancement of the times, marked by progress in science and technology, has had a profound impact on human life. As thinking beings, humans continuously strive to develop various aspects of life to improve their quality of living. This process of change is ongoing, especially in the agricultural sector, which plays a crucial role in human life, and in industries such as PT. Great Giant Pineapple, one of the largest fruit plantation companies in Indonesia that has exported its pineapple products to nearly every corner of the world. The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the differences in Work In Progress (WIP) costs before and after the implementation of mechanization in the Banana Department at PT. Great Giant Pineapple PG4. The data used in this study are quantitative, and the methods for data collection include documentation and interviews. For data analysis, a two-sample independent t-test was employed. The results of the data analysis show that the Sig. (2-tailed) value from the Independent Samples Test table is 0.014, which is less than 0.05. Based on the decision criteria for the t-test, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, indicating that there is a significant difference in WIP costs before and after the implementation of mechanization at PT. Great Giant Pineapple PG4 Banana Department. Prior to mechanization, there was an overcost of IDR 1,674,000,000, which was reduced to IDR 749,998,500 after mechanization, resulting in a total saving of IDR 924,001,500. This reduction is attributed to the shift from using 12 manual laborers to just 1 laborer operating a machine, which cut down the workforce by 11 people and simultaneously increased productivity and quality, processing land from 1 hectare to 7 hectares.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how workload and dual role conflict affect the performance of married female teachers in junior high schools in East Lampung. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The research was conducted in junior high schools in East Lampung, with 138 respondents as samples from the same population. Samples were taken using a non-probability method with saturated census sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression run through SPSS v23 software for Windows. The research results indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female teachers. (2) Dual Role Conflict also has a negative and significant effect on the performance of female teachers. (3) Together, workload and dual role conflict have a significant effect on the performance of female teachers.

Abstract

“SUSI SULASTRI. 2024. Analisis Efisiensi Saluran Pemasaran Jagung Hibrida (Zea mays) (Studi Kasus pada Kelompok Tani Sedasari di Desa Kadupandak Kecamatan Tambakasari Kabupaten Ciamis). Dibawah Bimbingan IWAN SETIAWAN dan RIAN KURNIA”.“Pasokan bahan baku pakan yang stabil, seperti jagung hibrida, diperlukan untuk industri peternakan yang sedang berkembang. Kelompok Tani Sedasari di Desa Kadupandak, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Kabupaten Ciamis adalah salah satu kelompok yang bergantung pada jagung dalam jumlah yang cukup besar untuk mata pencaharian mereka. Para petani masih bergantung pada lembaga pemasaran karena mereka tidak memiliki informasi pasar yang cukup. Pertama, saluran pemasaran; kedua, biaya dan keuntungan; ketiga, margin; dan keempat, efisiensi pemasaran adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk merancang penelitian ini, yang bersifat kualitatif. Tiga belas lembaga pemasaran dipilih secara snowball sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan dua puluh tujuh petani dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Margin, biaya, keuntungan, efisiensi pemasaran, dan pangsa petani adalah ukuran yang digunakan untuk analisis data deskriptif. Saluran I: Petani - Pedagang Besar - Pedagang Pengecer - Konsumen Akhir diidentifikasi sebagai saluran pemasaran pertama, sedangkan saluran II: Petani - Pedagang Pengumpul - Konsumen Akhir diidentifikasi sebagai saluran kedua. Dibandingkan dengan saluran II yang memiliki biaya pemasaran Rp130,00/kg dan keuntungan Rp70,00/kg, saluran I memiliki biaya pemasaran Rp238,37/kg dan keuntungan Rp261,63/kg. Sedangkan persentase farmer's share pada saluran II sebesar 70% dan 89,36% pada saluran I. Nilai marjin pada saluran II sebesar Rp200/kg, sedangkan pada saluran I memiliki nilai marjin yang besar yaitu Rp500/kg. Dengan nilai 3,023% dan 5,072% masing-masing untuk saluran pemasaran I dan saluran II, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa saluran II merupakan saluran yang paling efisien”.Kata Kunci : Efisiensi, Farmer’s share, Jagung, Saluran Pemasaran.

Abstract

In line with the rapid advancements of the times, accompanied by the development of science andinformation technology, people are increasingly required to enhance their potential to understand and adaptto emerging technologies and changes in their respective fields. The need for accurate and fast informationservices has become essential for everyone. As a result, televisions have now become a basic need for many,as they cater to a person#39;s needs in various areas such as business, entertainment, and more. This hascontributed to the booming growth of the electronics trade, as the increasing demand from society makes iteasier for electronic stores, especially those selling televisions, to sell products from various brands.The electronic stores in the Way Jepara subdistrict of East Lampung sell a wide range of electronicproducts, including televisions. The brands of televisions that are most frequently purchased or favored bythe community include Panasonic, Sharp, and Goldstar. Meanwhile, other brands, such as those from China,are also popular among consumers, contributing to the stable monthly sales of televisions. However, there isa need to increase consumer trust to encourage more purchases or product selection.Therefore, in this study, the researcher formulates the problem: quot;Is there a relationship between productquality and consumer decisions in purchasing televisions in the Way Jepara subdistrict of East Lampung?quot;The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze whether there is a relationship between product qualityand consumer purchasing decisions for televisions in the Way Jepara subdistrict of East Lampung.The data collection techniques used in this study include field research, literature research, andquestionnaires. The population of this study consists of individuals or consumers who have purchasedtelevisions in the Way Jepara subdistrict of East Lampung. This study uses the independent variable ofproduct quality (x) and the dependent variable of consumer decision (y).The analytical technique used in this research is the Spearman Rank correlation. Based on the analysisconducted, it was found that the calculated rho value is greater than the table rho value, or 0.985 gt; 0.364.This means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected,indicating that there is a relationship between product quality and consumer decisions in purchasingtelevisions in the Way Jepara subdistrict of East Lampung, amounting to 98%. Meanwhile, the remaining2% is influenced by other factors such as product price and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) dengan model pembejaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 02 Kota Bengkulu Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas VII G sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan peserta didik yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik yang mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dan kelas VII F sebagai kelas kontrol dengan peserta didik yang berjumlah 33 peserta didik yang mendapat perlakuan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menggunakan Uji-U (Mann Whitney Test) diperoleh nilai  yaitu  dengan taraf nyata (?) = 5% dan , sehingga . Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran koooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) di kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Kota Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, TTW, STAD

Abstract

The spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among pregnant women in Papua is quite high, around 2.3% compared to other provinces in Indonesia, which is due to the lack of interest of pregnant women to utilize servicesPPIA . This aims to analyze the effect of study counseling on improving the perception of the status of healthpregnant women on the importance of utilizing PPIA-HIV. This study used primary data taken directly from pregnant women who performed pregnancy checks at Independent Practitioner Midwife (BPMRodinda ) during the period July-December 2024, totaling 172 people with a research design in the form of Pre-experiment. Sampling of pregnant women using technique purposive sampling with a research questionnaire. This was study analyzed up to bivariate with Wilcoxon test. analysis the The results of the study found that around 76.8% of mothers who utilized the PPIA service not only that it turned out that the counseling method was able to improve the health perceptions of pregnant women before and after being given counselingbefore and after being given counseling which was marked by a p-value of 0.001, , where there was a difference in the average value of perceived susceptibilityperceived perceived benefit severity, and perceived barrier . Conclusion: providing counseling incentive to pregnant women can change the perceptions of pregnant women regarding the utilization of PPIA-HIV services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of quality and product design on brand switching of mobile phones at STIE Lampung Timur Students. The population in this study were BPJS Kesehatan patients who had experienced the services of the Sukadana Community Health Center, Sukadana District. The number of population used in this study were 218 people and the sample taken was 100 students. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. In processing the data, this study uses the SPSS program. This study uses multiple linear analysis. This analysis is used to examine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results showed that the variable Product Quality and Product Design simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Mobile Brand Switching. The results of this study indicate that the determinant coefficient value of R = 0.929, this value means that the level of the relationship between Product Quality and Design on Brand Switching is strong. While the value of R square is 0.987, the value of R square can be called the coefficient of determination which means that Brand Switching is influenced by Product Quality and Product Design by 98.7% while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Product quality has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where the significance value is 0.00 <0.05. Product design has a significant effect on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung Students, as evidenced by the t test where a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 is obtained. So that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of product quality and product design on the Mobile Brand Switching of STIE East Lampung students.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on observations at MTs Qamarul Huda Bagu, it was found that science learning is still teacher-centered, while students prefer practical activities and discussions. The purpose of this study was to develop student team achievement division cooperative-based worksheets on heat and transfer materials for class VII in SMP/MTs and feasibility developing cooperative student achievement division on heat and transfer materials for class VII in SMP/MTs based on the validity of the developed worksheets.This study uses the ADDIE development model, with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. However, in this study the implementation stage was not carried out because it was hindered by pandemic Covid-19. The product resulting from the research on the development of cooperative worksheets based on student achievement division on heat material and its transfer is very valid based on the validation results from two lecturers including a media expert lecturer and a material expert lecturer as well as a science teacher at SMP/MTs with an average score of 3, 27.

Abstract

This research is done because a lot of students who have difficulty in understanding the concepts of mathematics. Based formulation of the problem in this study, i.e. whether there is a difference between the students' mathematical communication skills are getting instructional model jigsaw premises cooperative script? . the study aims to determine differences in mathematical ability of communication between the students who get the Jigsaw cooperative learning model script. This research was conducted using a quasi-experimental. The instrument used to measure the communication skills of mathematics that is shaped in the form of a written test descriptions. Tests administered before researcher provide treatment (pretest) and after treatment (posttest), about the same as the pretest posttest questions. Based on data from the pretest and posttest results, both normal distribution and homogeneous so that data processing followed by t-test, thus Ho is accepted. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference between the students' mathematical communication skills that get the Jigsaw cooperative learning model script. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep-konsep matematika.Berdasarkan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu “apakah terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa antara yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dan Cooperative Script?”, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa antara yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dengan Cooperative Script. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen.Berdasarkan data hasil pretest dan postest, keduanya berdistribusi normal dan homogen sehingga pengolahan data dilanjutkan dengan Uji t,dengan demikian Ho diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa antara yang mendapatkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw dengan Cooperative Script.
